While it's true that changing coach one in a while terrible for the squad cohesivity, I do think that only applies if you have a good coach who can improve the situation in the dressing room. The question is, can Giampaolo do that? Only the players could answer it.

I doubt bringing Schevchenko will give Milan a quick boost and move up progressively, but it's probably the only alternative that they have right now. What a terrible situation for Milan.
523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 01, 2019, 10:52:48 AM
You are right but Solskjaer also take a part why Man United sucks so bad this season. I still can't believe he sold Sanchez and Lukaku, look at Rashford, he can't make a goal on arsenal match. Even if Man United change to another coach, it will not guarrentee Man United back to winning track.

You should ask why Man United agree with Solskjaer on selling him.

if they do a lot of evaluations for change, there is still a chance to be in the position of zone 4 of the EPL standings this season. I think the current MU manager should be replaced by a more experienced one.

And this cycle will repeat again. You said United should hire X, because X knows how to play the United way, etc etc. And then the same results happen. The problem with United is complex and it will probably take years to fix it, starting from the boards to the players.
524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: October 01, 2019, 08:44:44 AM
Unfortunately money has changed everything. Unless the smaller teams in la Liga like Real Betis, Granada, Villa real etc are able to spend lots of money and compete with big team when bidding for players, the trend is not likely to change long term.

Team with a limited budget should focus on youth development and try to build a winning team there. Don't sell their star player and see 5-10 years later, they should be able to compete with the top teams. The reason why City, Real, etc keep winning is that they buy lots of young/potential players from a club like Ajax etc.

Maybe it time for Manchester to do something. I mean they are great club Arsenal is also but last few season Manchester have problem with picking goad coach. It was look promising with Solskaer in start but seem like he is loosing the edge.

The problem with United is not only the coach. Their players also need to do better. Even if they're still under Sir Alex they won't be able to perform at their best if the players don't give their all. Take a look at how they interact with the manager, like Poga to Jose. It needs to be fixed, sometimes having a 'mediocre' player is better than having 11 players with a huge ego that don't want to play according to the managers tactical approach.

My prediction is 2-0 Arsenal.

I also tend to believe Arsenal could win this, but take a look at their away performance and it's not all good. As some pundit said, mentality of the players is the key to this match.

Let's see what's going to happen 3 hours from now. I hope Emery will play an attacking football instead of defending to increase the pressure on MU.
528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: September 30, 2019, 12:17:48 PM
Or maybe we will have mega surprise and PSG gonna win. That could be something

I honestly doubt PSG can progress further than quarter-finalist. They didn't perform that well, and in some matches, they got 'lucky' because Neymar, which in fact, is evident not going to stay in PSG if he has the chance to leave.

Last season they failed to progress further because of Man United. If they see another team that's better than Man United (especially considering how bad MU is right now), then it would be a tough game.
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for an ongoing cooperation with a philologist/proofreader on: September 30, 2019, 12:10:53 PM
But it does not apply to the EurBit token. It is better than both the bitcoin and the dollar. It is better than any fiat and crypto currency. So why not to work for the best money in the world?

This is just an assumption, without any supporting evidence. Any sane person would prefer to accept BTC or fiat instead of your token simply because your token is not on the market yet, and therefore there is no guarantee they can liquidate it. You can't promise people to pay with something that will worth $1000 in the next few months when you hire them to do a full-time job.

Probit

Oh, this one should be remembered by anyone who wants to run an IEO for their project. They did a lot of IEOs but many of them did not get the listing or get postponed for so long until the community beg for them to do it. Definitely an exchange to avoid if you want to do IEO.
531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 30, 2019, 09:08:47 AM
They are ranked 16th, as a big club they should think about this. If this continues, well maybe they will go to series B for next season.

That would be a disaster. I guess they should hire a better tactician to boost their player's morale. Sometimes the problem lies in mentality and not technical abilities. They need someone like Jurgen Klopp I guess.

I just checked your team and it seems your team is the one who's running FinFabrik. But oddly enough, I don't find the XPinvest on their Linkedin profiles, except Tanuj.

Isn't it weird?  I think you guys should fix it, and better move this thread to Project Developments or Services.
534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: September 30, 2019, 07:12:28 AM
Both teams are playing bad,  while Man Utd maybe has a bit better odds since they are playing at home, there is no clear favorite here, not for even playing below/over 3 goals.

A draw should be the expected results. After that, I'm more inclined to think that Arsenal will win, just because their recent form is better than Man United, even though they're not perfect.

If Arsenal wins this match, they'd be inside the top four and it's a good position. While MU will sink further in the mid-table.
535  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a way to set recurring BTC buys, without a lot of fees? on: September 30, 2019, 07:01:09 AM
I recommend XRP when OP is going to make his another purchase, XRP is a good investment and a stable coin in my opinion. XRP does have a lightning network with a very low transaction fee. However, the final decision would still yours, I am just giving an advice because I see XRP as a coin that could make me profits in the long run, just like bitcoin, the only difference they have is their transaction fees and their network.

Are you serious?

XRP is a stable coin? How would you explain the crazy fluctuation on the charts?

What Naida mean by the stable coin is USDC, TUSD, GUSD, or even better, DAI. If you use another alts to save your money just to buy Bitcoin later, then there's a huge risk that you'll get less Bitcoin than if you buy with DAI or other stable coins. Not to mention that XRP supply is crazy af and the majority is owned by Ripple.
536  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 30, 2019, 06:37:12 AM
oh god, why did Leipzig suffer defeat at home. Though many predict that Leipzig will always play well and be able to maintain their top position. And surprisingly they scored in the final minutes (83 ') Not like Leipzig before.

Because they played a bad game, winning or losing does not depends on how many people predict you're going to win; it depends on how you play.

Leipzig played terribly, and they lose, it's just common sense. As for the reason why they played so bad, nobody knows for sure because we don't see the dressing room details.

Take a look at the stats and you'll see why losing is not a surprise for Leipzig.[1]

I am wondering why the AC Milan board let Gennaro Gattuso leave in the first place, he really did very well when he at the helm of the club and narrowly missed out of Champions League qualifications to Atalanta. I believe that he is still a better option than  Marco Giampaolo.

Because he wants to leave. If somebody forced you then you might not perform at your best. Milan's board probably doesn't want that to happen and now they stuck with finding a good manager to replace him.

Bad news for Milan. I still hope they won't battle relegation because that would be too much.
538  Economy / Reputation / Re: Should I leave the Yobit signature campaign? on: September 29, 2019, 01:28:01 PM
It is nice to join their campaign without a fear on getting tag by the Mod.

Moderators never tag a user just because they join a signature campaign though.

Ramsey does the stuff that Pjanic doesn't like to do like running in between the lines, getting into the penalty area, he has pace and is not afraid to use it. He could be the player Juve has been missing so far to take the ball and do the hard stuff.

Ramsey is a good player since his time in Arsenal. He just had a bad game and didn't fit too well.

hopefully Inter will become a strong competitor for Juventus because Serie A is too boring if Juventus always win the league. At present the Inter Squad also has quality in every position.

Yep, pretty sure Inter will give Juve a great competition, just like Liverpool and City. It's interesting to see that inter is also having a winning streak like Liverpool while their rival don't. What a coincidence.

They are at -100M € and they need that money before 30/06/2020 to avoid sanctions.

Time to get more loans maybe?
540  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to avoid getting blocked on neteller/paypal/skrill/etc? on: September 29, 2019, 11:39:05 AM
For skrill and neteller, from the look of this thread, I wouldn't recommend. Paypal definitely seems to be the popular option here.

I agree with you for PayPal, from what I've seen theres a 1,000 USD limit on transactions (so after you have more then 1,000 in your paypal balance, your account gets locked and you need to have ID before your able to use the account again), pretty easy to avoid, just make sure you spend/withdraw money from your PayPal.

Guys, you realize it's not only about avoiding a block on Paypal etc, but also related to the crypto trading right?

OP, have you checked Transferwise? It seems they don't have any limit on the type of transactions. They just stated that they don't support sending cryptocurrency directly or indirectly, but it's still ambiguous.
