The massive BTC investments are probably the dev...by simply taking his own BTC and sending it to HIS OWN "presale" BTC addresses - VOILA - he now owns 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, of the overall presale viacoins by simply exchanging BTC between 2 OF HIS OWN ADDRESSES.
This presale format MASQUERADES as "fair and open", but it's the dev (and his cronies?) who are in a position to really game the system and do some illegal/unethical things.
The more I think about it, the more pissed I get - this is NOTHING MORE THAN A PREMINE with a different name/scheme...btcdrak could have easily boughten more than 50% of the presale viacoins with ZERO RISK whatsoever!
Also, in the entire next 12 months, there will only be about 6.5M viacoins mined anyways, so if the dev "bought" (i.e. sent BTC from his left hand to his right hand) 50% of the presale viacoins, he essentially "premined" 30% of viacoin on a 1 year time frame!
no wonder why btcdrak acted so rude and guilty in the IRC chats - he's probably too busy sending BTC to his presale and felt guilty about it!
do you all see my point!?
That wasn't the dev. He just made over 600 BTC in ICO funds. He's a pretty trusted guy in crypto trading circles, I just don't see him doing this kind of stuff. If you weren't expecting massive buys at the last possible minute you must be new here. Those huge buys were probably cryptocobain  . |

About refunds: all sales are final. There are no refunds *UNLESS* you happen to send BTC after the close. The reason for this, explained in the terms is that some people are mining multipools to their payout address and it may payout after the sale closes.
In those cases only, you are entitled to a refund under the conditions set out (payments received for up to 3 days after the close), and claims made within 5 days from the close.
Example: sale closes Thursday 23:59:59, you send payments that arrive (blockchain timestamped) Friday 3pm. You are entitled to a refund.
Example: sale closes Thursday 23:59:59, you send payments that arrive (blockchain timestamped) Thursday 23:59:59 - You are not entitled to a refund.
Man, I will dump all my coins when it hits exchange, you have my word. In that case you don't seem to understand the potential this coin has. I am willing to buy out your Viacoin investment. Please PM me and we can make the arrangements with Drak. Why do you want to buy from him? You can just add more btc to your presale wallet as this thing is going to clearly go on for much longer |

wow..........
just see this coin and i must admit a fast clever way to get greedy fast money, whats in a coin ? what can you buy with it ? what can you do with it ? except holding in your wallet??
i do prefer the "old fashion way of mining" to get coins trough just mining it nothing more nothing less, people falling in a whole deep down with the lost of there coins by buying it from guys like you
now these days you see allot of these kind of coins , a new way to get fast money for the founders only............

last thing, you have said here before that the ICO will last for sure until the last minute of the 15th of july. from that point further, what will effect the duration of the ICO?? is there a limit of BTC you are hoping to achieve? is there a certain amount of users you're looking for? don't just say "it will end when i say so" please elaborate.
I will announce a fixed cutoff time in the next 24 hours. I am under a lot of pressure to end the presale tomorrow at 23:59:59 UTC so there is a high possibility it will end then. You should cut off the time today at 23:59:59UTC instead of tomorrow silently. Because if you do that tomorrow, maybe some speculator would buy a huge percent just just before the deadline as you claimed. That's would be unfair for early investors. This seems unfair for people waiting to get BTC through coinbase to invest in Viacoin. |

I think both AnonyMint and fluffypony are great guys!
Indeed. I enjoy reading the posts of anonymint and fluffypony. I find that I always learn something interesting I didn't know before. If the low price hurts the coin (some aspect of its economy or adoption), then it's not necessary beneficial.
But I am not personally complaining. (Trying hard not to divulge how many XMR I bought yesterday and today, since the number is not insignificant)
I've been waiting for the price to drop further before I purchase more. Sometimes I think I should go all in, but that's never a good idea. |
