Last time I checked 85% of GLOBAL OS was Android not some garbage iOS. It's probably over 90% by now.
So question isn't why someone isn't creating iOS wallet...better question is why some of them are even wasting their time creating iOS wallet instead of focusing on things that matter.
and to be honest after Steve Jobs they're heading downhill and I won't be surprised if people completely stop buying their products by 2017
iOS was cool thing back in 2006 but now it's just waste of money and any dev creating wallet for iOS shouldn't even be called Dev.
I'm selling all those coins that you listed who have iOS wallet. (excluding Bitcoin)

Just leave altcoins alone... the only thing that will be working in first instance is Bitcoin.
This, for the simple reason that you can ACTUALLY BUY GOODS WITH BITCOINS.
It's the most advertised and spread cryptocurrency and will probably stay like that for 5 years, maybe 10.
999 altcoins on 1000 are useless crap, you can't buy anything with them, no matter how better they are technically: if there's no adoption, it's just an experiment.
And the main hurdle for cryptocurrencies at the moment is having them adopted, and the focus is of course on Bitcoin.
Just keep your money or buy Bitcoins.
I hate to agree but you're 100% right. My issue is how is it even allowed on exchanges? Are they keeping their eyes closed while scams like these are running on daily basis or are they playing a part in it? In all honesty Global coin has no community and according to trex it says that they only list coins that have "good community following". Global thread has only 8 pages so why would trex even consider listing it?...answer is simple...trex or any other exchange would list any coin as long as you're paying them fees..they don't care about scams, non scams or loss of money..hey they're the biggest exchange why do they need to give a sh!t, right? and to make matter even better there is no one that regulates these exchange and pin point scams. In some way people are to blame for it themselves...if you're getting scammed then it's partly your fault..not because you invested in it but you keep your mouth shut after it has happened..instead hire a lawyer or at least report these exchanges to proper authority so they can investigate wtf is going on behind the curtain of "vote to get your coin listed". |

I can't find any info regarding the market value of ether. Biggest wallet has only 11,357 on trex and total supply is one million. What happens when people start transferring their coins to trex to dump...right now it's at 15x above ICO price.

Why most of these crowdfunding projects aren't offering anything in return? like some kind of share on their website/company or whatever. I see startpeeps is offering to place your ad on their website..am I right? but other projects are just looking for free money while offering nothing GOOD in return. I have yet to see a mind blowing project on that website (excluding startpeeps)..most are just meh and already exist.
Here are things they should offer to investors: Shares, Advertising, Free handjob for lifetime? (could work)
I actually disagree strategically but agree in spirit. You don't want to do anything (especially early on) to discourage someone seeking funding from going elsewhere. If Startjoin is going to be the place to get projects funded then it should aim to be very competitive with few strings attached. Of course folks with not so great ideas will have to make more promises cause the community will be less inclined to provide funds. In other words the market will take care of this. A great idea- be it a company, political activism, or whatever has the potential to draw in so many new people not only to startcoin but to cryptos in general. You want to encourage those potential awesome projects to launch on Startjoin (by not making all sorts promotional rules) and really it only takes one or two great projects (especially a controversial one) to get START lots of media attention and a crowd of folks who want to get behind this hypothetical project. This new crowd(s) will very possibly not be the people already in bitcoin/crypto. One often overlooked aspect of START is the potential to bring in new people to crypto - notice how other alts are competing for market share with LTC, DOGE, DASH, etc.. Forget trying to get a bigger piece of the pie when you have the power to make the whole pie BIGGER. You're right but I was saying that should be responsibility of people posting the project not startjoin (in some way they could put some quota). Sure, there are going to be project asking for donation, free money, etc because that's what crowdfunding is but if that takes over majority of the site it might push away lot of "future investors" because lets be honest..there are millions of crowdfunding platforms already where you can find those kind of projects who're looking for freebies. What makes startjoin more attractive to new investors? If I just want to donate money to pet store, poor kids in africa..why would I use startjoin over other websites? I agree with the part that may be it's too early to put those kind of strict rules on crowdfunding platform. may be some kind of quota where startjoin only allow lets say 40% of freebie projects and 60% of real projects that'll bring investors some kind of return...that's how you'll get more investors or it'll be filled with just projects that want money because people want some kind of return on their investment..it doesn't have to be strictly financial return. or here is better one. Ability to separate projects that are freebies from ones that are offering something back to investors if project is succesful. |

Perfect way to lure people. Create new altcoin, get bunch of hero members to comment and voila! all of a sudden you got people interested in it.
Honestly it's pretty retarded for someone to judge a coin based on the bitcointalk rank of its supporters. Still Globalcoin is most likely a shitcoin, and like most shitcoins, will have a cycle of pumping and dumping until its inevitable death. You're right it is retarded but not everone is smart enough to think that...there is a reason why people are buying/selling old user accounts because it's great marketing tool to bring confidence in your investors. it's very simple. Here are two scams: Project A - Offering great project that you're very interested in, newbie dev, supported by hero members. Project B - Same as project A, newbie dev, supported by newbie accounts. Which one would you invest in or any investor would invest in? Keep in mind both are pnd...Project A is just well planned while Project B is not. it's basic marketing...same reason why companies get famous people to vouch for their product...in return it brings more customers. In this case it brings more investors (most newbies but regardless money is money whether it comes from old investors or new investors). People are more inclined to invest in a coin that's backed up by statements of old members vs new members. |

Apparently globalcoin dev haven't posted anything in that thread..so? you guessed it right... this genx scammer is part of a group who creates these random scam coins that get pumped randomly on trex and other hero members are supporting it. His sign says CIRC right now so what that means? I highly doubt price would reach that far..it could go back to 10K..that's very reasonable looking at the fact that it was at 0.003 at one time and right now it's way way lower than it should be but who knows it might get pumped to 150k and he might get lucky and he'll brag about how he turned his 0.45 btc into 109 .  I am stoned right now, so I am gonna say something you don't like to hear. Okay here is what comes to my mind. Look, it's very simple, you know, you are always fighting against pump n dumps except in this particular occassion, so I think you bought yourself some of these coins but these coins you know very well have no real future, it's the same thing with Gridpay and others, same design, anonymous devs, just some expensive words for a coin that ain't worth shit. Now I think you know very well you are over exagerating when you say it will be pumped back to 10k, it is a possibility but only if the devs have some kind of masterplan to pump it again, probably they are going to make big empty promises and voila there is another pump. Honestly I think this thing is dead, people can get fooled only a few times, and then they learn if they are not retarded.  if u look at distribution someone is accumulating..if they're doing it just to baghold..shame on them...never bought any..just watching. |

Crypto has so many talented Dev it's amazing. One would think that quality devs would be only handful but once you enter crypto you realize that everyone is a creative dev who can create an altcoin with great graphics, great future plan and great newbie account.
You probably need to see more to be Confident but no problem you will see some demonstrations for sure. Thanks for your inputs. uhh..do u have another account? I think it'll jump back again to over 1000 sat but who knows..wouldn't hurt to throw little btc in there edit: and I was right..it just hit 910 sat I think that buy wall is artificial, but hey we'll see at the end of the day who is right  could be..who knows. funny to watch its price dump from 0.003 to 500 sat. lol It's a crazy business man, that shit could happen to anybody, even you high risk, high return. I guess that statement very well fit in this case. I'm pretty sure it has happened to everyone and I've lost my share of btc in crypto. Only thing that bothers me about this whole thing is that investors who lost money wouldn't be returning back to crypto for a very long time. |
