Instrucciones para sincronizar tu monedero con un fichero de cadena de bloques en Windows.

Para monederos no nuevos (no utilizados por primera ver, lo que incluye versiones anteriores):
1.-Para localizar donde se almacenan los datos del monedero, teclear en una ventana del explorador de archivos "%appdata%", sin las comillas. Nos desplegará la carpeta del roaming. Buscar la carpeta "pesetacoin" y entrar en ella.
2.-IMPORTANTE: Hacer una copia de seguridad del fichero wallet.dat, y guardarlo en lugar seguro.
3.-Borrar todo lo que hay en la carpeta de pesetacoin, EXCEPTO el fichero wallet.dat. He incluido el fichero pesetacoin.conf con los últimos nodos para que se conecte lo más rápido posible. Los que no tengáis un nodo, o no uséis las características avanzadas de las llamadas rpc podéis dejarlo. Los que tengan un fichero pesetacoin específico, deberán preservarlo (cuidado con esto).
4.-Descomprimir el contenido del fichero "ptcblockchain.zip" descargado en la carpeta pesetacoin.
5.-Ejecuta el monedero y verás como automáticamente tiene ya descargada la cadena hasta ayer mismo.
6.- Se conectará a la red y tendrá que bajar sólo los últimos bloques. Aparecerá abajo a la izquierda un mensaje tipo "Sincronizando con la red..." hasta que al final, desaparecerán los mensajes y la barra, y aparecerá un tic verde abajo a la derecha del todo, al lado de las barras conexiones que indicará que el monedero está actualizado.

Para monederos de nueva instalación:
1.-Ejecuta el archivo de programa del monedero "pesetacoin-qt.exe". Como es la primera vez, creará la estructura de ficheros.
2.-Cierra el monedero. Ahora vamos al directorio de almacenamiento.
3.-Incorporarse al paso 1 del procedimiento anterior y ejecutarlo hasta el final.

I mined a bunch of these coins many moons/months ago, do I have to do anything to get them active now?  Wallet change? 

Also, it's Canada's 150th birthday this July 1st. It would be awesome to promote the coin in-sync with the big birthday!  There's plenty of excitement within the country - from coast to coast - celebrating the 150th year. 

Market says otherwise, virtually non exsistant buy support and no one wants to touch the order at 10k coins that were bought for more than twice the price, not even the dev here wants to buy back the coins he sold for less than half price. So what does that tell you.

Thats my order at 10k (most of it) please someone buy it so i can finally forgot this nightmare, i paid 36btc for these coins.

You call yourself an investor but your manners are way out of order... I'd ask you to refrain from posting on this thread as you don't bring anything to the conversation.
Critics are fine and in most cases they help to see things from a different perspective, but yours don't, when I read them I have more than before.
So I just stopped reading them altogether.

The other issue you have is that I feel you don't understand how DBIX differs from DBIC.
DBIC had very little to offer in terms of utility, there are so many other coins that do the same: they are just a token or they are a clone of another coin.
Might as well setup a Counterparty or Omni token for that purpose. So how do you expect that token and its blockchain to produce any value?

You lack vision unfortunately, you can't see a palm away from your nose. DBIX has a lot more to it than DBIC ever had.
Even just the smart contracts part is way more interesting and adds a great deal of utility. The type of utility Dubai and the Middle East are eagerly seeking right now.

Not sure if you have read the many articles about Dubai that recently appeared on CoinDesk and other Bitcoin media outlets where the government is setting aside millions in financing support for blockchain tech.
They plan to implement blockchain at a government and finance industry level in the region as soon as feasibly possible. The want to create "smart cities". This is where ArabianChain Technology is trying to make a dent.

DBIC as it was wouldn't have gone very far in terms of appealing to such use cases, it was just a coin you could mine, period.
However DBIX with all it has to offer may have a better shot at it. And the team behind the project has all the skills required to give it a good try, in my opinion.
And yes, I did go through their LinkedIn profiles before coming to this conclusion.

It's not about being excited about the swap, it's what the swap offers to supporters: the opportunity to be part of the next iteration of DubaiCoin/ArabianChain.
I can't predict the future otherwise I wouldn't be here replying to you... And I can't say for sure DBIX will be successful, only time will tell, but I will give the team a chance to prove themselves.

Honestly dude, you have been out of order and disrespected the people who are actually looking forward to the swap and the new opportunities DBIX may bring.
Do you think you are actually helping them with your posts? Don't you think they can judge what's right for themselves?

Asegurate bien de lo de F2pool, el pantallazo que aportas representa las monedas que alguna vez han sido repartidas desde F2pool, USC por ejemplo creo que ya ni existe.

I don't believe for 1 sec ond this guy has any dbic at all,, or even if he does,,, they will be a few thousand.. this is all a clever FUDDER. If this guy is a long time supporter,,, he would have bought these coins at a very low price,,, somewhere in the region of 2k sats,,, its 20k sats right now,,, just sell and move on,, you still making 10x.
