RoadMap to be disclosed during the next days.
1862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [FJC] FujiCoin 2.0 | Japan | Launched June 2014 | Bleutrade - C-Cex on: June 29, 2016, 12:39:53 PM
Like the idea of being Sunday everyday Wink

And how is the fiscality there? Low taxes?
Because I dont like cooking but neither paying too much taxes... XD

Financial situation of Japan is not so bad.
I think that it will not happening thing such as Spain.
Consumption tax in Japan is 8%. So, I think it's cheaper than Europe.
However, corporation tax and substantial tax burden of workers which takes into account the social insurance premium is higher than the world standard.

 Smiley

1) Im sorry to disagree with you, my friend. Tongue  Wink

Japan is probably one of the biggerst printers of money paper in the world
(correct me if I'm wrong)
That money printing in the long term, devaluates your savings.
(even if it's good for creating new jobs, spending or investing)

Spain is fucked up but not only in a monetary sense, it's in an economic sense too.
The difference is that the Euro depends on several countries, therefore it can not be adapted to the country situation.
There is noone investing new money and creating jobs.
Therefore, the unemployement between youths goes up to 50% and in general up to 20% or more.

I belief Japan's problem is the other side.
Due to printing that much money, some problems are solved (jobs, consumtion, investing) but others are created. (inflation)
Spain:
Due to lack of money, problems stay the same  (jobs, consumtion, investing)  Cheesy
I'm not sure if all info its correct, so feel free to correct!!! Smiley

2) Consumption tax here is from 4% to 21% i believed

3) Here the company pays 30% of the worker salary to Social Security. Plus he has to pay another % by his own.

At what age do you retire there?
Here is 65 but they want to make it longer because there a lot of middle age people and less and less youngs
That clearly will make impossible to pay the retirement in a few years, but anyway people trutst the goverment...  Sad
1863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Tau-Chain and Agoras Official Thread: Generalized P2P Network on: June 29, 2016, 12:16:02 PM
to give two comments about the raised ideas:

BTC's value is based, at the bottom line, on people's belief. just like fiat money without the gold basis, but without the ability to print new money

Hearing something like this coming from you is just dissapointing, the value issue is very relative, especially when someone try to explain it alluding to gold, what is the intrinsic value of gold anyway? belief? scarcity? tradition?  BTC provides a new gold standard for a digital era, allow the transfer of value over the net across the world without middle men or institutions without borders, that is the intrinsec value of BTC, is not based on belief is based on facts in cryptography and math and of course resources, your project is very interesting but bashing a true disruptive tech like BTC is not helping at you mostly because it is a key piece of TAU.  Sad

lol with your dissapointment...
the real value of bitcoin comes from the network effect which is the only thing is not easily replicable...

Main risks for Tau-Chain currently are IMHO:
1) Tau-chain might never be ready
2) New competition emerging & being faster
3) No guarantee that Agora coins will be the dominating currency for Tau-Chain. Who can be sure that there aren't other market place apps on Tau-Chain which will be using other coins like BTC or ETH?

Since Ohad's Tau-Chain seems to be a great ground braking project, early investors might at least see their investment as support for Ohad realizing his vision.
BTW: I think Ohad should look for strategic advice how to secure commercial success of Agora coins.

You know what is risk? Risk management? Money management? Diversified portfolio? STFU? Stop crying?

Strategic Advice - Secure - Commercial success
you dont know what the fuck are you saying...
If you want something secure move to your favourite company: IBM
If u want innovation: Stay here and STFU
Innovation =/ Secure

Straight to the point...

... as of now we ( me and @koad ) have no time or interest of getting CDN on other exchanges or any marketing push
our main focus for the next couple of months ( or more ) is clearly defined in the announcements above
Please feel free ( community ) to organize other exchanges etc. I'm more then happy to chip in. Cheesy

Have a nice day /hex

sounds good to me.

you're the coders, you code

Now the question is:

Has CDN an active community ready to work?

or they prefer to just watch?

Who wants to organize and start working?

OK,
So, I have messaged yobit, who are telling me some gibberish about their tes wallet being screwed up and that somehow someone else needs to fix it. Personally, I have no idea what a fork is and why they can't seem to do anything about it. Have any of the tes team contacted them (even if it takes a few times)?
thanks,
Rick (freegold)

You lucky guy! You get an answer from Yobit?

1) TES wallet is Ok. Bittrex + Cryptopia + users are also using it without problems

2) Fork is when due to low number of nodes, suddenly some nodes start with a new blockchain.
That happend to Yobit.
We are all using one blockchain, and they are using another one.

3) They only need to download the last bootstrap and syncronized it.
Bootstrap is the blockchain zipped, so it's easier to download it.
In this case, the blockchain is longer than the block where the fork was created. So they will be in the correct blockchain.

I'll contact them again, and see if they answer.

Please anyway, answer them to download the bootstrap and problem solved
this is the link. it's also in the OP.

Hi Rw,

1) I hope you dont work every day, you've got some free days rigth?

I was retired the company worked with for many years.
Now's Sunday every day.
I'm  working of graphic design as a hobby every day.

2) Mister Abe is printing money like crazy ... very hard work ...

That's right. Abe is in collusion with Mr. Kuroda.

3) Playboy? The havent went bankruptcy already?

It is that of the people who are playing every day.

4) Great analysis of society ...
5, 6) Lol
My grandson was born recently.

7) I want some tits too ...

It's simple. There is no need to worry.

Cool Husbands dont cook there? I'm moving to Japan ... XD

In Japan, a man for the day-to-day cooking is rare.
It's still male-dominated society.

scam team or who is behind the coin?

still have like 30k coins lost on yobit... Is there a new team actively developing this coin?

Why new topic started? This coin was released 2.5 years ago.

Sorry for not explaining it before. If you've followed this coin for long time, you'll know that Valkir has no time anymore.

Team is part of the previous foundation team, plus new people.
We're 3 people and in talks with another 3 people.

Once we know exactly how many people we are, we'll make it public.

Sorry for the inconveniences.

PS: If you've read the previous thread, you'll know that YOBIT is in FORK.
I dont know how many times we've repeted.
The only way, is to write again and again to Yobit.

PS2: Yes this coin is 2.5 years old. You can found the previous threads in the OP.
Valkir has no more time.

PS3: Dont need to use 22size...

How to sync your Tesla wallet faster
(Bootstrap)

If you just arrived to TeslaCoin and you want to get involved, you will have to download a wallet and start to sync with the network.
This means you have to download the blockchain from your peers (the network).
Has you can expect this will take some time and it can vary from hours to days.
So, in order to do it faster, you will download the bootstrap

What is the bootstrap?
The bootstrap is the blockchain zipped to be downloaded directly, not from your peers.
This will help you sync in less time, from minutes to hours.

Just follow the instructions and enjoy your Tesla Wallet!

1) Download the wallet
2) Download the bootstrap
3) Uncompress the bootstrap folder
4) Run the Tesla wallet and then close it.
5) Go to Roaming folder > Teslacoin folder
6) Replace the archives in the Teslacoin folder with the ones downloaded in the bootstrap.
 Replace only the repeated archives.

anyway, thanks for your useless opinion

2) More important things to do like telling the any Joe what's already built...

Cryptopia and Bleutrade are very low volume exchanges.

CDN needs to be in bigger exchanges.

If you present the improvements to exchanges, they will understand this is a serious coin.

We need to be in real exchanges.

First, Bittrex and Poloniex

CDN is ready to attract new users/coders/investors/merchants.

CDN is ready now.

Farmers are sweating in the fields.
Carpenter is sweating in the field.
The baby is crying in tits want of.
Mother is busy cooking.
Many years, does not change much.  Smiley

lol

I was more interested in the economic / bitcoin side, but thanks for the update anyway XD

just a few questions...

1) I hope you dont work every day, you've got some free days rigth?
2) Mister Abe is printing money like crazy... very hard work...
3) Playboy? the havent went bankruptcy already?

Q tutoriales habias pensado hacer? Descargar la cartera? Compra venta?

1878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CDN:Canada eCoin-merge mineable scrypt eCoin [ANN] on: June 25, 2016, 02:58:51 PM

so if you or any of your friends are looking for a job building cool shit,...  or you could troll around trying to get others to build you your paradise.

Sorry for the rudeness, but you started it Wink

In all honesty, it is a massive undertaking here.  Did I bite off more than I can chew?  That is totally possible.  On the other hand I know what I am doing and I am super great at it.  We have a team almost 10 deep of outstanding minds right now (read about it on www.gencapp.com/help) that are all working towards similar goals and most of us are doing this full time as our day jobs.  We all have families as magichex has said, but this vision of ours is bigger and we are eager to having fresh minds join our mission.

We will see what comes out of the future, but as for dialing it back to smaller (already been done type) projects,  let’s leave that to the greenhorns.  It’s time to evolve the way we use our tools.

/koad

It's ok, no rudeness, direct talk
business and marketing background so I even if I'm learning I cant code...

I wanna see built the paradaise for canadians, not for me.
I'll profit from my investment.

I think it could be a cool project, but i think there are more important things to do.
You're making a project to focus on mainstream people and it's ok, but we're not more than 100 people involved in CDN now.
We need to move step by step.

-active twitter account
-linux /  android wallets
-2 electrum server
-mining pool
-CDN is listed on 2 exchanges

If all those things has been done, it's time to grow the community.
Interviews, active on social media.
No more than 10 pages in 2 years in the thread, how can that be with a coin which has all this developements?
btw, new OP should be done.
Since you're the devs I think you should do it.
If you want I can do it, so you focus on code and interviews Wink
1879  Other / Meta / Re: Czech threads - deleted! on: June 24, 2016, 07:22:56 PM
Ok, so there is no place in this forum for that coin? What kind of censorship is this? really guys?
This has nothing to do with censorship. If the thread is in Czech, then no. If it is in English, then there's a section. Here it is:

lol this sounds like censorship to me...

How a local coin is gonna be in english?

Maybe they wanna talk in their own language?

If there is no dedicated altcoin section it must be in the general section. sounds prety clear to me
No, trashcoins certainly need not be in the general section.

lol

sorry mister consultant

I dont think is your business to judge the coins...

not an expert but sounds like to big

take this question as contructive ideas for CDN
Why dont you work on the TODOlist?
Maybe it's not as cool as the code you're doing now but it's gonna be more useful

Another question
In case that's a viable product is the right timing for it?
Dont you think the target for that product is not ready yet?
There arent more important/urgent things to do?
Dont you think it's more important to make little improvements in CDN than going that big?
Clearly, CDN needs to grow it's community, little improvements would help to attrack people litlle by little
