i'm certain that with the new upcoming whitepaper it'll be much easier to find collaborators. And there are more reasons, one of them is the planned alpha version (to be described in the whitepaper)

And if you could do math then you would see that your split would give so many new coins by minting that its the same as haveing a PoW with 4 coins per block.
