You have THREE HOURS LEFT to return 1,362,686 DOGE to DK6X3t77BhxQojv3v5cvvHMgd2PXyeYUh3
The dogecoin wallet will be online in ~24 hours (or less). Downloading the blockchain. We are not sure wtf is happening with the server, but its very sluggish today. We didnt find any deposit records associated with your account, yet there is that withdrawal request. How did you get the coins in the first place, was there any support involved? Your coins will be returned.
About BTC - we stated three things somewhere near page 146:
1) No withdrawals were disabled at any point. This means that any deposited coins turned into withdrawable coins. Stopping withdrawals whatsoever would have created alot more problems.
2) There is no technical way to reject incoming coins. Its not safe to just automatically send them back to origin address.
3) Our goal is to process ALL withdrawal requests. We are negotiating getting BTC from other sources.
Another 350 withdrawal requests (in pending status) are waiting to get processed today. Attempting to credit all stuck deposits right now. What is the status with DGB? Especially those, which were withdrawn in the old blockchain? Are those withdrawals being reset back to accounts?

Well, at least something is MOVING. It's a start. I guess alt withdrawals won't make people waiting for BTC happy and there are no news about DGB yet. Wonder if they are actually going to post some "good news" in this thread...

CoinMarket.io @CoinMarketio 12m Processing all (about 500) requests that never got confirmed because of SMTP/mail server shutdown. Stay tuned for updates.
@ Twitter
This kind of stuff felt like a bad support 2 weeks ago, but now it's just insulting. Stay tuned for updates... Seriously.

Why would anyone even remotely think this could be truth?

We are testing the new code and are going to process stuck withdrawals tonight. We will post a list of processed withdrawals when it happens. Before that, all stuck deposits will be credited. We are very sorry that this has taken too much time.
PS: we are trying to get IP address information from CloudFlare, regarding the users who exploited us.
Please, either calculate your deadlines much better or post more frequent updates in the twitter/bitcointalk. It would be much better for all of us.

I managed to get a response regarding DGB & old wallet issues a couple days ago, when they were responding in a thread. We will reset some DGB and KDC balances so people can retry their withdrawal themselves. We will post an update when it happens. There is also a JSON-RPC specific problem with digibyte - a problem with their code. It does not allow us to send any RPC calls to the coindaemon (from command line) while the exchange is connected to it. Not a big issue though.
Please stay assured that we will solve most of this mess - we are working hardcore on this.
Most of this mess will be solved by the end of this week, especially regarding altcoins. Obviously there is some BTC missing due to the hacks, but we are looking for a solution.
Not sure if they updated wallet already or not. It's hard to tell with them being such way... Only hope remains. We have tried contacting them several times over the past few weeks and they have yet to respond. Yes there is an issue when they havent updated their DigiByte wallet. Have they even checked their email or twitter feed or BTC Talk account in the last four weeks? Even if they reopen we will not be supporting them given their lack of professionalism and total disregard for communication with their customers. Very unprofessional. They posted a couple of vague tweets and posts in their "support" thread. It seems that they were exploited in some kind of LEAF related way and lost BTC (never disclosed on the amount). Their thread was an interesting mess to watch, I'm glad I had no BTC there, but I would still love to get my DGB back. They did promise SOMETHING happening this week, but so far they did break all promises and deadlines they gave.

Here's me hoping that, because I was one of the very few "voices of reason" actually defending the site these past weeks, that I might get some sort of preferential treatment when it comes to my stuck BTC deposit.... That'd be a shitty way to do things and, personally, I would satisfy angriest first to avoid possible problems they can cause. Patient ones can wait for a bit longer. Sorry to rain on your parade, just an observation Yeah - because the squeaky wheels always get the fucking grease don't they. Why would that be a shitty way to do it? Should people be rewarded for inciting violence and vigilante behaviour? Just an observation In the ideal world, where good is being rewarded with good, sure, it would be great, but this is bussiness and this is crypto. Most likely violent ones lost or thought that they lost A LOT of money and KIND OF have a right to be angry, since, lets be honest, CM handled this deal in the worst way possible to calm the community down. If they would've been responsible and responsive from the beginning of this mess, there would be close to none vigilantism, death/police threats and accusations. Also, don't take this personally, but I would rename what you call "voice of reason" to "naive dellusion". I had and still have hopes to get my DGB back and I liked CM as a trading platform a lot, but the way all this went down did not leave a lot to "hook" trust and hope on. You should probably stick to using words that you know how to spell correctly. Best of luck, hope you get your shitcoins back. I'll be fine. You, in other hand, not only prefer to trust exchanges blindly, but can't NOT take it personally, when someone points it out. Godspeed.

Please stop any threats againt the hoster of the web servers - Kenneth Bjorke. He cannot help anyone. Any threats against him can and will result in legal action. Please stay human and try to understand the situation.
Withdrawals dont require email confirmation anymore, the confirmation URL is displayed on the wallet page instead. We may re-credit some accounts instead, so users can retry the withdrawals themselves - if we find that its a faster solution to your problems.
Please be assured that we are working on solving the situation. There will be more communication and transparancy reports from now on.
We will keep you posted on the progress, with lists of new processed withdrawals. Hopefully a very large list of automatically processed ones. Coinmarket.io will be discontinued after everything is settled and the code will be made open-source so others can learn from it.
I understand that it might not be a priority right now, but you haven't addressed DGB withdrawals which happened after DigiByte fork. Are you planning to reset those coin balances after updating DGB wallet? True. We will reset some DGB and KDC balances so people can retry their withdrawal themselves. DGB? Wallet update? Withdrawals to the old chain? Any info on that issue? Do I need to resend you detailed PM of what happened, since my first one must be burried by now. We do not have an SMTP server for outgoing emails anymore, because all this bad publicity has caused problems at the place where it was hosted. As of now, withdrawals do not require an email confirmation anymore. All withdrawals that are "pending" will be automatically confirmed or refunded by the system - this may take some time, but it will happen. New withdrawals will show the confirmation url right on the wallet page after requesting the withdrawal. Please stop any automated and manual deposits towards coinmarket.io addresses. People are still doing this, damaging the wallets by sending alot of small transactions, thus delaying our progress. <..>

why isnt any email for withdrawls coming through, same mail you did send all the time when trading was working ?!
Same problem as me. They haven't answered that question in almost a month. They say they aren't here to scam anyone but won't give their details and instead choose to hide behind Kenneth. There is no update what so ever about the issue of people not receiving confirmation emails. I now have four withdrawals stuck in pending and no coins returned to my wallet. So yes. They are a fucking scam until they address thus question that has been raised by lots of people for about a month. Jesus, don't you even read? "Withdrawals dont require email confirmation anymore, the confirmation URL is displayed on the wallet page instead." I'm not saying that this solves any problems you might be having now or had before, but they just wrote about confirmation emails not being required...
