Can't we simply accept the fact that a crazy amount of people and investors want bitcoin and this is driving the current price rise? The futures markets show that the bitcoin shortage on exchanges is very big and those who want bitcoin are finding very possible means to put their hands on this asset. I find it amusing!
I am sure that many statesmen who believe that the state is above everything will not only oppose the laws of the market economy, but will eventually go against the laws of physics as well! That's all we want to see! Let them fight the unwritten laws of the market and, most of all, the laws of physics. I can't wait to see money (in whichever form) pouring into bitcoin at an exponential rate and the more people will get what bitcoin is about the better. Africa is showing the way, IMHO. Africans will be remember for being smart enough to preserve their wealth into the future. We are only at the start, sit back and relax!

To win at all costs: this is the absolute imperative for Atlético Madrid, which will play vs Eibar today. The colchoneros cannot afford any more missteps, if they want to defend the first place in the table from the assaults of Real and Barça. The final sprint promises to be a real battle and Simeone's team is called to give an important signal after the recent negative results. Therefore, Atletico Madrid cannot fail and is certainly favored for victory in a match in which they might not even concede goals to Eibar (2-0?).

After a disappointing Premierhip season, it is now quite clear that Arsenal has only one way left to participate in the next European cups, which is to win Europa League in Gdansk. I guess both the players themselves and coach Arteta have understood this quite well. Today's game sees Arsenal probably winning by at least two goals, with the option of keeping a clean sheet (2-0?).

Only match missing in this 29 Matchday: Borussia - Werder. Borussia Dortmund had even managed to find the goal of the advantage in the return match against Manchester City in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. The English midfielder Bellingham scored the 1-0 goal with a wonderful shot, deluding his fans and forcing Pep Guardiola's team into a difficult comeback. The rest is history. Borussia Dortmund, despite being back the difficult match in Champions, is favored for the win and I think the total goals should be at least three.

Today I'm gonna focus on two games which are very important for all the teams involved: Atalanta and Juventus is one of the most anticipated matches of the day. In all likelihood, both teams will score a goal on each side, but the feeling is that Atalanta will be able to avoid defeat against a Juve that has returned to smiles but is still shaky (missing Ronaldo will not help). The match between Napoli and Inter, instead, will be open to any kind of result, and it promises to be balanced and potentially spectacular. It is very likely that both teams will score at least one goal each. The game could well end in a draw.

Tor nodes are blocked. Sorry. Why do I keep getting redirected always to Google when clicking on tru.bet? Is anyone having a similar issue? I'm on tor browser default settings, never happened before. This thing happens whether I click on OP's link or if I type it myself.
Ok thanks for letting us know, I'll probably try to open the url via a normal connection to try your platform out. In any case, do you have any plans to open betting via Tor anytime in the future or that is not possibility?

Turkey did it. The Turkish Central Bank has banned the use of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to pay for goods and services. The news came as a thunderbolt to 80 million Turks who have long found cryptocurrencies a solid refuge from the huge loss of purchasing power of the national currency, the Turkish lira (TRY). The news is not completely unexpected: it's long been rumoured that Bitcoin was about to be squeezed, even though there's been a soar in its popularity, in conjunction with a not exactly brilliant domestic monetary situation. Good luck Turkey, Turkish bitcoiners will hodl anyway.

Finally, we have four teams remain in 14th UCL. The semi-finals has been scheduled as below:
Paris Saint-Germain vs Manchester City Real Madrid vs Chelsea
Final Real Madrid vs Paris Saint-Germain and I'm expecting the 14th UEFA Champions League loaded in for PSG, change my mind.
They'll be great semifinals for sure. Too early to make some predictions but I'd focus on Zidane and Real Madrid. They have some very big chances to reach the final because I don't see Chelsea able to stop them. Anyway, like I said it's too early but we all can't wait for these games.

The Nexo Token by Nexo's looking pretty good since a while now. Its performance given its nature (dividends, loyalty perks) has been quit consistent in the last 12 months. I saw the CEO, Antoni Trenchev, on Bloomberg providing some hints that they could follow Coinbase with a direct listing. Might be worth a chip IMO.

I don't think nobody sold anything. SegWit proved to be a necessary upgrade and let's avoid to bring politics always in. SegWit meant lower fees, more tx throughput, LN etc. With Taproot it's the same, it's a necessary upgrade to me.

So long as there are more buyers than sellers these prices levels are to be sustained. Problem is that who's entering the market now, apart from institutional investors which are thinking medium to long term, are those FOMOers average Joes who might start the next big dump after the tree will be shaken hard. Just thinking

Former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Acting Director Michael Morell wrote a report titled “An Analysis of Bitcoin’s Use in Illicit Finance”. The ex-government employee had over 33 years working at the Agency.
Published by the Crypto Council for Innovation, Morell’s investigation attempts to disprove a thesis defended by many authorities around the world: Bitcoin is a tool to finance cybercrime and other illicit activities.
Morell considers Bitcoin to have a growing momentum and a spreading use as a store of value. Endorsed by companies like Tesla and MicroStrategy, cryptocurrency is riding a major wave of adoption.
To achieve his goal, Morell consulted many experts in financial services, payment systems, global intelligence, even former senior government officials. The Ex-CIA director himself used to believe Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are a convenient way of sending money anonymously.
However, the research made him changed his mind. He was able to reach important conclusions: Bitcoin’s use as an illicit finance tool is “significantly overstated” which fiat currency is used for Illicit or Crime than cryptocurrency
Ok, that's intersting and all but can you please stick to the press guidelines before posting? Can you edit your thread title to include both the date and the source like everyone else does? Thanks On the report per sé, I don't know if that's good or bad, certainly shows how the naysayers bluff when they say bitcoin is used by criminals.

After yesterday's result all my respect goes to Porto and its players. I thought they would have had no chances agaisnt Chelsea but they fought hard until the end. Let's focus on the remaining games of the quarter finals: on paper Real and Manchester City should be able to control their games and reach the semifinals but I wouldn't be sure that's gonna be so easy. What if these two games end in a draw?

I wish more sites would add shitcoins to their betting tokens so that it would be more easier to gamble small sums of money just for fun. Even LN powered platforms are too much now if I think the potential price of bitcoin in a few years. Over 60k marks the end of my btc gambling experience
