Hopefully the DEVs will get something together soon. If the stock markets are any indication of trader psychology - in a few months when investors start taking some profits from their extra-massive utility coin gains (ie, TRON, Ripple), they will likely gamble 10-20% of the profits on unknown coins. I am hoping that GOPNIK will have positioned themselves to take in entice new investors. A Coinmarketcap listing is important now.
Gopnik coin supply is VERY limited so it would only take the first rush of investors to push this thing up 10x. If the DEVs really perform and get the word out then this could pump to 1000x (yes, 3 zeros).
Waiting for website release now.

Is this coin a dead coin or is there still some kind of communication going on somewhere. Seems little or no mention of broken wallet on your the only exchange carrying this coin?
Also seems only slack, no telegram or discord. What a shame thought this project had some legs, now starting to wonder.

How long do you think we have to wait until IOTA will stop falling and rise?? It‘s sooo hard to keep holding it, when it‘s only going into one direction since weeks  The Alts will probably not rise before the bitcoin fork. Just be patient, a lot of work is done behind the scene, hopefully it will pay  |

On the other hand, the coin is somewhat centralized at the moment because of something called the coordinator that is controlled by the IOTA foundation. It acts as a way to prevent a hostile agent from disrupting the network by controlling a significant portion of it. IOTA says that this is only temporary until the network grows and becomes more stable. Others say the coin will never function without it, I'd recommend doing your own research and deciding for yourself. I personally think it has a lot of potential.
I could not find a supporting argument by those who say that IOTA will never function without the coordinator. Is the concern reasonably justified? People saying the network will never work without Coo are mainly people with clear interest conflicts. Not sure we have a real and objective view on this until stresstests results are published. |
