You still seem to have the old one. Please download new one.

I downloaded and installed the new client with server..

I have the same issue.  New server version.  Was working earlier but isn't now.

Why elasticwallet is not working?
Can't create account...

yeah, seems like the webwallet has an issue.

i'll contact unvoid

Is it just with account creation?  My wallet seems to be working fine and is forging and indicating blocks as normal.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: OTC - Buy and Sell Elastic Coin Thread (XEL) - Always use escrow on: June 30, 2017, 12:25:32 PM
Still selling 50K XEL at 50K sats.  Escrow via byrallier.  Get it before I change my mind or the price goes up further.

Bankster arguments "We are just here to protect you"
We all know where that leads.
Do not fall for that

How is sending things to you not centralised?  The whole idea of gateways is a point of centralisation and a problem.  You are upset because they are not letting you act as a gateway but let's not pretend this is about decentralisation.

How about bittrex is there any new information about it ?

Not yet.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: OTC - Buy and Sell Elastic Coin Thread (XEL) - Always use escrow on: June 29, 2017, 12:12:49 PM
Well seems the prices have gone up.  I still have 50K XEL to sell but the price is now 50K satoshi.  Escrow via byraillier.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: OTC - Buy and Sell Elastic Coin Thread (XEL) - Always use escrow on: June 28, 2017, 08:06:16 PM
I'm still willing to sell 50K XEL at 33K Sats. Escrow only via byrallier or unvoid. Willing to make it 30K for a single buyer.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: June 28, 2017, 06:54:27 PM

This user is probably running testnet client.

Actually it appears they are running linux in an unconventional situation which seems to be resulting in the problem and may already have solved it.  Nobody else has reported the same issue so there is no reason to be concerned at the moment.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: June 28, 2017, 06:34:56 PM
Hey, is there any time limits when is the last time to redeem or claim my XEL?  Thanks!

No time limit at the moment.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: OTC - Buy and Sell Elastic Coin Thread (XEL) - Always use escrow on: June 28, 2017, 12:51:38 PM
Just an FYI - If you come across anyone on any other places than BTC talk claiming to be Soul_eater_123 it is not me it is a scammer and should not be trusted (I only use that name on Bitcointalk - and I use Soul_Eater_43 on Twitter).

It seems someone is brazenly doing this on the forum where I use the name @thecryptofiend.

Further if anyone says they don't want to use escrow DO NOT deal with them.  No sensible or honest person would do that.

If someone claims to be someone on Bitcointalk make sure you message them directly on Bitcointalk to confirm (and make sure it is the same account and not one with a similar name) - after all you wouldn't do a big financial deal with someone in real life without doing some checks and verification - why should it be different in this case.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: June 26, 2017, 11:50:02 PM
Hey guys, bought some XEL from heat and withdrew it to my XEL wallet. I read that it takes 20 confirmations on the Heat blockchain to receive the XEL but it's been almost double the confirmations and nothing showing up yet. Anyone have an idea how long it takes on average?

Not sure but you could try asking in the HEAT forum too:

We can succeed without exchanges. I am currently developing an escrow service with automatic withdrawal and deposits (XEL/BTC). Also Mobile apps and a windows lite wallet without any full node elastic install.

Nice work devking.

I think this helps illustrate what several of us have been saying.  Elastic is a community project...people are contributing in they ways they feel are best.  Yes, ultimately it will be nice if there is a foundation w/ a couple of community leaders, but the bulk of the work will probably continue to be done by people that volunteer their time.

Exactly and am sure there are many people like myself who will be happy to support a foundation with funding.  I'm not rich but I am happy to contribute.  I would rather be part of something important than just make a quick buck.

I've yet to see a good analysis of where all the billions have come from this year.  It could be central banks pumping it up for all we know.

It's supposed to be people from the Far East (mainly Japan).  As a result of low interest rates people are looking for new investments that give a higher return.  The new legal status of bitcoin in Japan has created FOMO there.  That is the official story I've been hearing but not sure if there is anyway to be sure.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: June 26, 2017, 07:45:07 PM
Wow.  Golem has lost $150 million in a day!

Still, it was waaaaay over priced.

The whole market was/is way over hyped and inflated and now some of the hot air is finally leaving.
Nevertheless, Elastic is undervalued compared to any of the other projects in the same field and despite the correction that is happening and is still due in the market.

I suspect it is temporary though.  It will start inflating again within a few days.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: June 25, 2017, 11:18:45 PM
Does anyone know how to get invited to the Bittrex slack.  Do we just ask on Twitter?
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: June 25, 2017, 01:28:18 PM
Good news on the exchange adds...

Soul_eater, be the bigger man and stop replying.  It's super annoying in here.

Yeah you're right.  It is pointless.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: June 24, 2017, 09:23:24 PM
dude a 3 year old is enough for your dumb ass lol sell now otherwise you'l go broke buying pampers holding XEL lol

Yet you are in the thread of the very same project which you are implying will be worthless.  So sad that you can't even see how that makes no sense.  The funny thing is that you believe your tactics will somehow scare people into selling to you at a knockdown price when everyone can see right through you.  If you had any common sense you would stop embarrassing yourself this way. Grin You're comments are quite funny though in an entertaining way - reminds me a bit of Dolores.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: June 24, 2017, 09:00:51 PM
To clarify - it is not safe to forge with the online wallet, correct?

Correct

How do I lease the balance out so I can forge safely? When I click account balance (more info) ---> account leasing ----> lease your balance to another account, it does nothing.

Don't know if leasing is set up yet.  You can easily just install your own node and forge - takes a few minutes to do.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: Elastic - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: June 24, 2017, 08:06:02 PM
Are there any (I'm sure much future plans) to pitch this to aerospace/military?

Specifically computational fluid dynamics simulations might be of huge benefit to the Lockheed Martin, Boeing, SpaceX, NASA type entities.

I suspect that they have the resources to keep these things in house - further they may have security commitments which may not allow them to use something like this.
