I am not sure why he would be buying into his own scam.

We would only allow investors who can prove they bought in during the IPO investment window.

We need to make sure to implement an anti-scam system in our coin development and premine distribution strategy.  It should all be transparent.

We can focus partially, in terms of innovation, as an anti-scam coin.  So that it will never happen again.  I think IPOs are sometimes good, but we need better systems in place.

I liked PheonixCoin as a name: rising from the ashes.

Things related to strength in community, helping eachother.

'We put the altruism in alt-coin'

CommunityCoin is ok.  There are a lot of possibilities though.  I like the idea of us coming together to create this coin as a community, we should be able to vote on things.

edit:  Ourobourus sounds good too.

How we can set up who gets part of the premine:

We have the address of the old Stack dev where everyone sent their bitcoin.  If you where an investor and sent your bitcoin there will be a record of this.  Anyone who wants to claim that they invested can confirm their spot by sending or receiving a small amount using the same wallet.

We could take the list of everyone who invested, create another coin, and then premine a reasonable amount of it to give to the list of investors.  It is possible to save this if a community effort was put together, to benefit the people who where scammed and save face for alt coins.

YOU CAN CALL FBI FOR HELP

LOL! Yea if you want to embarrass yourself even more. You think the FBI is going to give a shit that you made an uneducated consumer decision in an unregulated market? Wouldn't be surprised if you were one of the ones dumb enough to invest in this obvious scam.

Well, they do have an online form - so you don't really have to talk to them over the phone or anything.

If something actually went wrong the dev would have posted by now.

i've got some question about stage 3 IPO...
their own investment, what does it mean ... Huh

Assumedly it means they're going to be buying in that additional amount (using some of the invested BTC) - or that there is an additional 'hidden' premine for the devs which will be paid out to investors rather than held and dumped... either way not optimal to say the least.

This makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE.  Why would they have people invest bitcoin just to spend it on the market to pay the investors back?  Either the devs lose money if the cost is up, in which case this whole stage is meaningless, or the investors lose money which defeats the whole purpose.

Since the development team is changing aspects of the investment offer (with respect to the structure and number of rounds) I believe any investor who wants a refund should be refunded fully without question.

I was going to mine this until I saw devs fucking around with the IPO to get more btc. Another get rich quick scheme *sigh*

Yup.  So many red flags coming from the development staff these past couple days that one might think the development team was taken over by communists.

The last thing they should be doing after a failed launch is asking for even more money.  It makes no sense other than as an attempt to rip people off.

Nothing, this coin is not dead.  Mrjitter is trolling.

I know these are lame, but maybe they will help others think up more ideas.
