102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I tried to tell him just HODL bitcoin, don't make this hard. on: April 01, 2021, 07:23:32 AM
Well, it's choice for all; some choose to HODL why others don't. The thing here is how you personally look into the technology that's driving the Bitcoin ecosystem, some actually see it as odd becasue of fake news arising from some quarters but lacking the will to investigate properly into these said news. Sometimes years back, a friend bought some bitcoin worth appr-2btc and couldn't hodl, he sold them back in 2017, kindly imagine what he's going through now?, he's doing some menial jobs on the street to survive, nothing beat holding onto your coins either bitcoin or shitcoins.
103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling firms helping Government and people during quarantine, literally. on: April 01, 2021, 06:47:13 AM
Great news this can only happen in advance countries, our own government won't ever do such to her citizens becasue they believe those who will benefit from the act are not their family members. What is good is good and should be commended, even though what i see here is just the government helping her citizens still demand or command appreciation. This is what my country men and women lack, giving helping hands to the needing when the need arises.
104  Economy / Reputation / Re: shahzadafzal account now belongs to a scammer on: March 31, 2021, 10:21:26 PM
<snip>
shahzadafzal, brother is it really you?
That should be the best question to ask right now becasue this whole thing seem weird to me too, considering his profile and posts made. Such account should have understand what it means to ask members to disclose private key publicly, i hope it's April-Fool, even at that still look very strange for my liken.
105  Economy / Reputation / Re: Let's take action against unpaid Signature/Bounty campaign together. on: March 31, 2021, 10:09:27 PM
<snip>
We want great support from forum seniors and bounty manager. I think they will help, Because unpaid campaign also a type of scam and that’s happen in this forum.
Sincerely speaking the only support you guys need now is to quit promoting these scam projects around the crypto-world. They have seen and understand the ways tons of thousands need the virtual money to sustain but yet not paid out becasue of their greed's, it's better to stop promote these projects to get back the lost glory. I started from Bounty and never had a good pay which made me consider working on myself for the technology. Never you agreed to work for a project that never want to pay participant in stablecoin, no, not again and problem solve.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB still undervalue on: March 31, 2021, 08:43:11 PM
As per my view , Still bnb more potential.  now go around 270-300$ per coin. Today announced a new IEO.  I think In the end of April 600$ per coin is more viable.
- BSC chain is more popular
- BSC pad is more popular
-IDO is more popular
So what you all think about this?
All i could think about right now is to agree with your suggestions, the BNB still undervalue reason be that the project is yet to be tap into by institutions around this cryptocurrency, VISA currently exploiting ETH and BNB far more better indeed. I for one had sometimes augured with the believe that the BNB will surpass the said ETH 2.0 some day becasue of their determination to move the world of cryptocurrency into another new dimensions, they are doing what they know to do best in terms of marketing their products and it's working for them quite well.
107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ African Cup Of Nations Cameron 2021 Qualifiers ⚽ on: March 31, 2021, 08:04:34 PM
This is disgusting it's show the incompetent of CAF and how backward the African football is. I thought general test was conducted on these players by CAF before the round 5 and 6 of the qualifiers. I think the Sierra leon were trying to manipulate their way through, it's unrealistic how 5 key players from Benin suddenly developed Covid19.
Frankly speaking this is a big disgrace to CAF becasue they should have put all necessary machines in place before they embark on this journey. In my second thought: nothing is impossible when financial rewards are involve in Africa, maybe the script was written and played as usual in Africa politics; what a shame to my face. Why not allow them play and later award penalty to the Benin to win as the script was drafted to frustrate the Sierra Leone...our shame dey shame me!.

109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ African Cup Of Nations Cameron 2021 Qualifiers ⚽ on: March 29, 2021, 05:25:31 PM
<snip> Is this a sign of South Africa losing significance in global sports? Because in cricket also they are going down. They won the 2019 Rugby world cup, so don't want to comment about it.
I can't see this reducing the South Africa team, this can happen to anyone on the tournament, the last African Cup was not as good to our team Nigeria as the 2021 has done to SA side. Even those who made it into the tournament aren't good as the SA side sincerely but the god of soccer helped some. So, let cheers the SA side up for what they are good at currently.
110  Other / Meta / Re: Is there an app for this forum? on: March 29, 2021, 04:48:54 PM
You can just use a browser on your phone and login there. It's a normal website that you can log in to. Just be sure that you have a secure device. What's so hard about that, OP?
Thank you my bro.
You may not believe it, it'sjust not easy for me to log on an VPN😂😂😂
Then while not use TOR becasue this has been proven with those who keep anonymity with the forum to be working well without hassle in term of log-in into the forum. Also, you can use Firefox browser which is easy for accessing the forum.
111  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: What is safest: Binance/exchanges or online software wallets? on: March 29, 2021, 04:35:53 PM
Yes, I know hardware wallets are the safest options, "not your keys not your coins" etc...
But if I'll leave some coins in a "software", what is the safest option? Leave it in an exchange like Binance or trust a hot wallet like Samourai?
Basically all these software's are good but the bulk of these security depends on the individual, so, you are solely responsible for what happen to your coins. In reality there is nothing safe on the internet sincerely speaking becasue nobody is above compromise, so, using software for coins storage should be ruin out of this context IMO. I could have suggest you with some noncustodial wallets but they're prone to hackers. Hardware wallet still remains the only best option to store your long-term coins and not any software wallet.
Quote

The reason I'm skeptical about about other software wallets like Exodus/Samourai etc is because I'll have to trust that their software wont be hacked, nor my mobile phone.
That's the point, if these software are good then how good is your mobile/laptops safe from hackers most especially malwares?.
Quote
While in Binance/other exchanges, they have a whole team dedicated to that.
It was within these dedicated team that their exchnage was compromise, when the right target come maybe they can find their ways through their software.
Quote

Why is it harder to hack/attack a software/hot wallet than it is to hack Binance/exchanges?
Binance exchange was compromised severally, so, they might get through someday or continue slashing their security.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VISA Completes First Cryptocurrency Transaction on Ethereum on: March 29, 2021, 04:02:47 PM
The really big players are here, finally. We deserve this.
Probably not yet; when the days appointed for the big players to surface the entire world will take a stand-still IMO but, having the likes of these new players is a welcome development and should-be celebrated as such. VISA complete their first Crypto-Trans-on-ETH shows that better days are mostly close. [NB]: Those panic sellers should be thought not to waste-their hard earn resources becasue there will be huge profit for those who understand LTH-[Long Term Holding] soon.
113  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2nd Part of the big bullrun is starting now on: March 29, 2021, 03:49:52 PM
Looking like we starting stage 2 of the big bullrun, target 89k
Permit me to share this: Cryptocurrency will ‘subsume the entire gold market cap,’ Michael Saylor says -  if the giant tech could have said they bought bitcoin at an average of $52k+ then let be rest assured that we're not going back to dooms days we hard in the past. Basically, there will still be dips as we journey along with this technology but not as we hard in the past. Envisaging another or second stage of the bull-run shouldn't be doubted either becasue the targets for Coinmarketcap that could make bitcoin less volatile won't take long to be achieve which is around the $10Tr CMC, so, we move toward the second phase i presume.

116  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1.9 trillion stimulus passes senate on: March 07, 2021, 08:46:16 PM
Short term good for Bitcoin as you'll see a lot of allotments of $1400 being deposited on crypto exchanges when the money starts going out. It'll also of course help out the economy which means more jobs coming back which means more people doing well nearer in the future which is of course good for all asset classes.
Medium term good for Bitcoin as it'll push more institutions into Bitcoin to protect against the perception of the dollar's value being inflated away.
Long term good for Bitcoin as more people will realise how great Bitcoin is and the number of corporations will see the value as well and buy in to keep up with the market. Also if global financial markets break down and central banks are unable to keep up, bitcoin is the only money to survive this.
Definitely if every other financial institutions breakdown believe me that Bitcoin won't do likewise becasue it has proven this several times on this financial institutions. Well, this news came in good time when we all needed it, hope those with the formal experience; those who miss out of the last Trump paid learn their lesson this time to hold their stimulus claque pay in bitcoin.
117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much btc do you need to secure your future? on: March 07, 2021, 08:36:14 PM
I dont know how to talk about secury future and btc. No one knows btc price next month. How i could think about next 10 years? Maybe 1 btc will be enough for me to never work again. Maybe 1 btc will be not enough for cheap plane ticket. No one really knows, sorry
Probably 1-bitcoin should be very much enough for me becasue that will definitely place me into the class of the millionaires which is the best anyone can ask for. Although, there are countries that this 1-bitcoin can't secure their future but for the third-world with this gesture we will be fine with the future. For those asking above this 1-bitcoin and lived in the third world should be more considerate.
118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How have you impact people with cryptocurrency knowledge on: March 07, 2021, 08:09:49 PM
I have been in Bitcoin for years.  but I am more closed and silent.  I don't promote bitcoin to people around me.  Because bitcoin has a risk I'm afraid that I'll be blamed if there is a loss ... because most people don't want to take risks.
It's good to be closed and silent becasue the world is full of risk. But there shouldn't be such closed to that instead that with the knowledge without sharing to others. It's good to share what you know with others in this industry which means you are rightly impacting others with the right or needed skills for their lifestyle. Most of my time are for those who wants to learn one or two thing about Bitcoin as a technology.
119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: March 07, 2021, 07:19:06 PM
I just opened an old gambling account I had on a crypto casino. I was looking at the stats and I remembered the strategy I used there.
I kept using the same strategy until I reached 5 btc profit (over a million bets...) and then two very bad losing streak in row nuked my excellent strategy.
tldr the longer you play on a profit, the higher the chances of losing everything.
How could you of all people still continued the journey of danger after when you have made something good from your bet?, you could have exited the scene of the game to enjoy your win. The two bad streak could have be avoided only if you were able to control your emotions in the process of the game, "I'm a hit and run gambler" and am very much proud of this, those who live out of gambling won't practice this either.
120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: March 07, 2021, 06:29:08 PM
If you are not an addected to betting i must say that you are really lucky...i have friend that always spend 75% from her crypto earning in betting platform, we are in crypto since 2017 and if he well managed her earnings from crypto maybe he is rich now
He must be rich definitely by now becasue of the duration of time he has spent in gambling. Though with the 75% earnings be spent on cryptocurrency gambling seem different in my point of view, maybe your friend addiction should be check by now becasue of this percentage except that's false.
