Well, they could download the wallet, give you money for want they want and you could buy for them.
Then you send the bPOK to their wallet address.

but.....Most exchanges prefer the Dev of a coin to request a listing as they require things that we users can not provide. So may be if you focus on one like alcurex, coinexchange or yobit....the others will follow.
Oh and most require a coin logo as well, needs to be up on OP
