Block 378,000 is getting closer and closer.

Yep, it sure gives more options and ran "The Hashinator" off. 
Most of XVG has been mined so after the next halving, it going to be harder and harder to get without just buying.
So, anybody wants XVG, better do it soon. Just over 87,000,000 left before halving.
At 11 sats that's less than 10 BtC guys.

A few more than that.....halving is at 378,000.....XVG is almost to block 371,000.
But yes, it'll be good.  

Things had been going too well on version 3.2 so I just watched 3.3 and 4.0 roll by.
Set up my crate and installed fourth card in last evening. Ran on 3.2 until late this afternoon.

Downloaded 4.1 stable and ran as is with no changes to the 3.2 bat settings for eth only.
Wow. .... that dang dag file builds fast now.....just a tad slower on Mh's though.
Then I remembered that this version is -ethi 8, added -ethi 16 to batch file.

Now it's a tick faster.  

Temps are still stable and cool even on the display card in the case. (to get to the pci-e slots for the risers it has to be in the bottom slot just above the power supply. seasonic gold X 850.
All four cards mining...pulling 580 watts according to Mr Killowatt.


I'm going to think about some tweaks now.

1- MSI - HD7850 2Gb Twin Frozer - Display card and mining
1- Asus - R9 270X 2 GB
2 - MSI - R9 270X 4 GB

putting out 53.2~53.4 mH - zero rejects
Not the fastest or fanciest cards in the world but the prices were right.
I already had the HD 7850 from four I owned 2 years ago.

Thank you Claymore for putting this out and staying on top of its development... all the time fielding all the seemingly endless noob balls.
 It's been fun getting back to my GPU mining roots.  

Got to give it a chance....it's just great to have choice. Been a long time coming.

and if my calculators not broke we're about 75% mined so far...maybe a few points less.

I for one appreciate that you refuse calls to manipulate XVG.
As you said, the specs were there from the start and it is what it is.

When other people finally realize (as they're starting to do now) what this coin really is.....the market will take care of price.
As much as Verge is up and down lately, that's just part of it's natural growth as it moves through what you laid out back in 2014.

Thank you for this coin, it's really like no other.  

So if you're someone looking to mine, invest or both......better do it now.

This has been coming for a while

One thing about it....btC is bumping $450.
which is good ...or bad....depending how you look at it.

@ koYnsta - by the way as a miner and an investor.....I take issue with you miners are depressing the price.
The last thing a miner wants is for a coin's price to go down. Especially one like Verge. He'll mine and hold for when price rises.

I don't know where these coins are coming from unless the "Hashinaotr' was more successful than we all thought.....or if somehow the coins in cryptsy were /are finding their way to market.

But I assure you ........what I'm mining...I hold.

Steady as she goes... 865 shares and 0 rejects
14.5xx , 14.5xx and 12.7xx Total 41.7

No degradation in hash speed, temps on cards good.

Thanks for this miner Claymore, started GPU mining back in 2013 and this brought me back from the land of asics and cloud.

adding the ASUS R9 270X 2 GB back in the mix tomorrow. Aleady had it clocking just over 13 MH.
