281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Projects that failed to keep their promise in 2019 on: December 11, 2019, 04:20:30 PM
If you are talking about only bounty hunters then you need to make a complain on the manager running as they should be held responsible if there was no payment at all. Also the subject of the topi is a little misleading as we can find more projects which never fulfilled their promises regarding their roadmap.
282  Economy / Economics / Re: stupidity is so close to poverty on: December 10, 2019, 03:16:28 PM
I remember a story where a building worker won lottery and then after a year he was again working at the same building as a worker. I say he is definitely stupid because even after the stars shined on him, he lost everything again with his stupidity by not thinking it through.
283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: France to launch their own cryptocurrency on: December 10, 2019, 02:44:12 PM
Sooner or later every country will try to create their own crypto and test the scenarios. They think they can manipulate crypto like conventional currencies but I dont think people will fall for this now.
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking vs. mining altcoins on: December 09, 2019, 05:07:54 PM
Have you tried mining any coin these days..? Its not that easy to make profit these days. Also, if you are trying to mine altcoins then the market fluctuations will make it worse. Staking is also hard as there are lots of things to consider and manage. But easier than mining a coin.
285  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5 Reasons why I am buying Bitcoin!! on: December 09, 2019, 03:38:45 PM
I totally agree with the bottoming opinion as I too feel we have bottomed this time's dump cycle and we can only go up from this point of time. Though am not seeing any bull run buy outs but still we have good support at 8k. But alts are going to suffer when we see a sudden pump in bitcoin like in the past.
286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 5 candidates predicted by bookies to win Miss Universe 2019 on: December 09, 2019, 03:19:56 PM
I cant even imagine how anyone will select one candidate in all of these ladies. Miss South Africa is definitely deserving but I dont think I would have bet on her. Miss phili is beautiful and definitely would have been my choice for the win.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XCP] Counterparty - Pioneering Peer-to-Peer Finance - Official Thread on: December 09, 2019, 02:58:21 PM
I had done some transactions with counter wallet and I still have the seed but when I open the wallet or check the addresses on explorer, it doesnt show any transactions. Is there any other way to check it.?  Huh
288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Increase Bitcoin adoption on: December 09, 2019, 02:30:58 PM
Let me clarify you something. Your design is not bad, Its just classic and trust me I know how much effort it takes to design something like this. But the thing is not with your design or thought. The problem is with governments, they will not accept crypto as a normal currency as they havent put any regulations on it yet.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to distinguish between good and bad projects on: December 08, 2019, 04:05:36 PM
Its not that tough actually to decide whether a project will be a good one or just created to scam people. If the team has invested their money into the project like creating a good website with features or even offering services. The usecases of the project and its coin. If the coin has a real use case when the project comes out then we may say that the project is good.
290  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bull run is delayed! Halving not helping! Bear go away on: December 08, 2019, 03:55:11 PM
I think "Halving" is still going to make an impact on the market but may be later in the year. Right now its delayed because of the manipulation by whales and once they start the rolling we will see some good results on the bull run.
291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi should be in Time's influnetial person of the decade list on: December 08, 2019, 03:39:45 PM
I would definitely vote and also share in my local community to get more votes for this if this is going to happen. I too feel this should happen as what he has done is really a revolutionary idea and it influenced so many people.
292  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So traders, how much You lose? on: December 07, 2019, 05:45:13 PM
Trading is not a job where profit and loss happens very often and that too in big time, risk taking is a factor which affects highly as the more risk a trader takes the higher the profit/loss happens. I am lucky in this matter as I am a long time holder, profit is more than loss.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM (XEM) Official Thread - 100% New Code - Easy To Use APIs on: December 07, 2019, 05:11:56 PM
For those who are using Exodus wallet, here's a quick update about them and NEM.

"You can now securely send, receive and manage NEM (XEM) on the go with the Exodus Mobile wallet app!"

Download it in the link below:

Code: (LINKS)

Can we use the NEM blockchain's tokens on the wallet..? If that is possible then its a great wallet to have.

Also I want to know which coin on the NEM blockchain has a working model and use case scenario..?
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is regulation good or bad? on: December 07, 2019, 05:01:39 PM
Regulations can do a great support for the crypto community, it will bring the crypto holders and traders to the mainstream and it can be used in the development of the society. Regulations will also bring more people into the crypto as they will start to explore this world.
295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sale my old bike and buy bitcoin, what do you think? on: December 07, 2019, 03:55:51 PM
We all are hoping to make our dream come true with bitcoin. In the beginning of my crypto life I had sold my old computer and stuff to buy more bitcoin, by doing long term holding I am in profit right now but we are hoping big and 2020 may be the year for us.
296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 06, 2019, 06:50:11 PM
By the way, I like the way Kohli finished the match and also the celebration of the winning hit. This guy is a legend although  he still has a long way to go to get his name next to the other legands like Sachin.

There was a time when cricket meant India and Pakistan but now it's only India.
It is true that Kohli is a future legend and for him to be placed in high regard he needs to play consistantly for a longer period of time, the way in which he is playing in all the formats and the amount of runs he has scored indicates that he might surpass many records created by Sachin and his consistency in all the formats is impressive, hands down the best player in this era.

He is already a legend. He will surely score more than others and his average is also good. But dont forget that there are some new younger generation players who have started scoring faster and we may see someone faster than him in near future.

The match was predictable today as this West Indies team lacks team effort and Indian side was more concrete.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: The Movement DAO | Fully Decentralized Organization | Borderless Collaboration on: December 06, 2019, 06:40:39 PM
Hello Community,

I was hoping someone here would review some code I've been working. It's not 100% yet, but, This is what I've been calling "The Well." Essentially, it will allow for the proportionate distribution of any future funds generated by the Social Change Engine. So everyone will get a fraction of the funds. The size of your bag will determine the amount you'll receive. HODL

I hope you all are well.

Its good to see someone trying something for the community. Even after most of the coins are either left or abandoned, there are still some which makes us think that alts will rise one day.
I have a friend who is crypto developer, passing this link to him, will let you know.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO vs ICO my opinion, tell me yours on: December 06, 2019, 06:29:51 PM
There are pros and cons for both ICO and IEO. But ICO's are more scam than IEO these days, in fact most of the ICO's are made to scam investors. There was a time when just a whitepaper would get you huge investment, people are smarter now. The problem with IEO is that its exchange based and they are not 100% trustworthy.
299  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Dump - The Worst Thing on: December 06, 2019, 05:49:43 PM
Pump and dump are part of the life of cryptocurrency. If something never gets dumped then there is no future for it. But Bitcoin dump creates a domino with other altcoins thats why people think that its a worst thing in trading. But when it dumps and stabilized, there will be more inflow for alts.
300  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin back to $10k soon according to Bloomberg? on: December 06, 2019, 05:28:05 PM
I think this is predictable because we have already seen the bull rally this year and it can be expected that the bitcoin will definitely go past 10k mark sooner. Though these type of articles dont actually make any impact in the market now but still its a good sign for the community.
