Tokyoghetto is the scammer.
According to the messages he made public, he agreed to 10K HYPER as a gesture of goodwill in exchange for an amiable parting of ways. So I sent him the HYPER.
Instead, he mercilessly dumped all his HYPER, including my gift, causing everyone who purchased today to lose money. He's made a lot of BTC by ripping off everyone here.
God knows what he would have done if I had actually given him the market fund.
Now we can move on, aiming for similar exchange rates to today when the project has matured a little more, and there is no tokyo to dump his entire stash.

Don't panic sell guyz. Our dev and tokyoghetto are really in cahoots - putting on these theatrics to cause panic dumps into their buy orders. Watch them patch things up once their FUD-fuelled accumulation is accomplished. Forget the Moon - HYPER is bound for the Ort Cloud and beyond. Right guyz? Guyz?
I'm out if this is a case of theatrics. I can assure you it's not. He's on my ignore list so I have no idea what he is still writing now, but most likely it contains a lot of swearing and FUD. Sometimes doing what's necessary is the hardest thing, and that most definitely includes not having tokyo manage the fund. I'm focusing on the future now, where I want to be  EDIT: Net hash is fluctuating between about 4-8 GH/s and HYPER value is still double it's price yesterday. Today will be remembered as but a blip. |

I think the price should be 4k max given the current market situation
Price will be adjusted - probably not that low but it may be lower than initial projections. I also want to find a trusted member to run the IPO and act as escrow. I do not want to manage it myself. A real trusted member with great positive trust feedback, and who believes in HYPER, can contact me for a bounty to be run the IPO. Preferably hero member. The funds will be used for the BTC side of the stabilization fund, and depending on the amount raised the rest will be used to recruit coding devs for the MMO. |

I believe I made the right choice - my intuition was correct. Tokyoghetto may well have dumped the whole fund plus the 100K he would have killed the coin. HYPER is still very much alive and myself and the core team aren't going anywhere. I'm in this for the long haul, it's only day 6 so far, this coin is still very young and I am going to follow through with the road map set out above. More updates tomorrow |

Current priority is marketing. This is a community project and I don't want to just call all the shots: 1. Discussing the HYPER MMO game world and background story to the MMO 2. Game mechanics. Should it be real time? Do we want a strategy game, like a 4x MMO? This was actually my original vision but I am not sure if this would be too ambitious at this stage. My vision is for players to build and grow an intergalactic empire which earns them HYPER, and which will remain the same until the next time the player logs in. Players will also be able to interact and form alliances and trade agreements etc with other players. So we would end up with a huge HYPER universe of players and their empires. Later we could add features where players can explore the universe by piloting one of their ships around the galaxy etc in cockpit view. Players should be ble to choose from a number of alien races (or humans) to play as, and could perhaps also create a custom race. There will be artificial and biological races and some races will be able to thrive in different atmospheres to Earth's (for example sulphur based life). 3. Open source resources and frameworks to use. We need to start compiling open source space tools / graphics / images / designs which we can incorporate into the game. The game itself may be open source this is still to be decided. We could make the game closed source so that it is an asset of the HYPER community. 4. The coding foundation. I'll be honest with you guys we will probably need a professional that we pay well to manage this aspect. Suggestions on game engines and frameworks to look at are gratefully accepted. 5. Any HYPER profits from the game could be compounded back into the market stabilization fund or other HYPER projects. While the game will earn HYPER for players, they will also be able to purchase game upgrades such as extra worlds and technologies etc for HYPER. Should we have this discussion here or shall I open threads on the HYPER forum? Any feedback gratefully accepted Feedback will be incorporated into a preliminary document. A wiki might be a good way to discuss these aspects of the game and perhaps I should set one up. Remember that anyone is welcome to join the discussion, and contribute their unique skillset and passions. This is a long term project guys so I don't think it is responsible to have ETAs yet as we are still establishing the fundamentals of the game. Once the PoW stage is over MMO Outreach Coordinator Gladimor will be reaching out to MMOs worldwide in an effort to get them to integrate HYPER as an in-game currency or for players to purchase upgrades. The sooner we can gain traction as a real game currency the better for the project Gladimir has some really well thought out ideas regarding this so expect pleasant surprises early on for HYPER Regarding premine transparency, after these initial marketing bounties have been given away (and PoW phase ends) separate funds will be set up for the main MMO project, ongoing marketing, bounties for other MMOs to accept HYPER and more. I have actually been placing some decent buy orders on the exchange (but not all the big orders!), as I really believe in this coin, so this HYPER may be reinvested in the project or I may use it to trade up the price and help stabilize it along side the fund. HYPER IPO will be launching soon! 100 000 to 200 000 HYPER will be issued in IPO format to raise BTC for the market stabilization fund and to hire a primary dev / coder for the MMO. IPO will take place through a reputable escrow and BTC fund will be 100% transparent. There will be stages to the IPO with increasing rates to purchase the HYPER. He compared collegestudent getting paid 0.5 BTC for doing an IPO versus my running the fund.
- Its not my fault he didn't negotiate hard enough
- I can run an IPO (basically selling coins on an exchange) in 10 mins
- I was under contract to run the fund for at least three months
- He wanted to pay me 20k Hyper ( basically 2 BTC) for three months of running a fund....sorry that is TOO LOW.
its still not late. I can still run the fund. Let the community decide. Otherwise why would anyone trust you? Imagine someone did put in hard work on the MMO and you don't pay, or pay cheap. you basically premined yourself over 50k USD. For doing what exactly? Paying loljosh to start a coin for you.
For now I am not involved with Hyperfund. Buyer beware, this one might turn out to be a scam after all.

if you got 1.5 million coins why not pay the guy 125,000? No need to fuck up a good thing and get greedy.
The coins are for projects. Building an MMO is expensive. Sorry guys I'm not going to have Tokyoghetto on board after the things he has said. This might have a short term impact on the coin but I'm not worried. Unlike tokyoghetto, I bought up 100 000 HYPER when the price was ten times less because I believe in HYPER. |

I don't think you know how property and ownership work. What I do with MY COINS is MY BUSINESS. What does it matter if I sold them, kept them, gave them away or wiped my ass with them....my coins my decision. I know your upset. Like I said I'm sorry, but it's not in the best interests of the coin to have someone on board who is so bitter, and doesn't trust me. Sorry things didn't work out. |

Tokyoghetto has been deleting all posts I make in his thread above showing that HYPER is heading towards full transparency ASAP, and is a legitimate long term coin which is here to stay. I believe I mistakenly said earlier Tokyoghetto has integrity. I was wrong. I gave him 10K HYPER as compensation because his fees were too high. He proceeded to dump it and then try and destroy this coin. This was before he had even touched any funds or was due to start managing the fund (a whole week before). Here is the kind of vital info he keeps deleting from his thread:Important HYPER updates! That coin is old and unrelated to this project. The space MMO coin with market stabilization fund (this one) is HYPER. It has totally different specs. The failed one from last year is hypercoin I knew there would be confusion at some stage but for a sci fi coin I couldn't resist. |

Net hash has been jumping between 10 - 15 GH/s for the last hour or so. We need some more big pools to jump on board HYPER! If a large pool joins the network I will send the operator some HYPER for their troubles. Hope to hear from a large pool operator soon HYPER PoW only lasts for 6 more days! |
