Added UseCryptos to the AVOID-list
Another one to add would be HitBTC. They are registered in Israel as a company, I haven't looked into it in detail but I think they are transparent. They have been through the regulatory trouble and expense of setting up USD and EUR fiat gateways, this should carry some weight. I haven;t used either personally though. Also, this is the alternate cryptocurrencies board, I will limit myself to exchanges that focus on altcoins rather than FIAT<>BTC. HitBTC are adding DOGE and have opened up voting on adding other cryptocurrencies to the exchange. So they are relevant |

Let me rephrase my previous post. I'm currently looking for a reputable Hero Member or escrow to manage the 500 000 HYPER fund we have allocated to fund the development of the space based MMO HYPER is developing. We are looking to establish more trust and credibility for HYPER and to show the community we are serious about our projects and NOT interested in dumping our premine (that would only devalue the coin which would mean we couldn't fund the MMO development). I haven't heard of them. It would be great for everyone if the OP could be updated with more exchanges, as more information is made available. Coinnext looks like a really professional cryptocurrency exchange too. Great idea starting this thread BTC-e is a tough one as they are not really transparent, but they have been serving the community for longer than any of the exchanges in the OP. One of the first, if not the first altcoin exchange. |

A dev encouraging a pump n dump of his coin hmmmm  I wanted the people of this thread to be aware of HYPER, because it fits these requirements of the OP: Coins are carefully picked, only coins with long term potential, good active devs and a nice supportive community. I'm proud of our coin and want more people to know about it. Sorry for getting the name of our innovative coin out there and in front of a wider audience  Also we are similar to LGD, which has been mentioned extensively in this thread, but have a lot more projects on the table such as our MMO development, which is why I wanted to mention HYPER. Tokyoghetto the value of a coin after a pump often stabilizes higher, so it turns to be beneficial for the future of HYPER and its associated projects. Something needs to be done after you have spent so much energy trying to destroy a coin whose team gave you a GIFT for letting you go, as you were not willing to renegotiate your fees for your services rendered, a week before any such services were rendered, which you have returned with unfounded scam accusations and dumping. YOU made people lose money by spreading FUD and dumping. YOU have blood on your hands. I was just making conversation in the thread - HYPER isn't on Cryptsy so it isn't eligible. What I was referring to in the quote above is that HYPER has a very active dev team and is currently undervalued. Especially with the HYPER space based MMO under development and the HYPER arcade which is launching very soon. I couldn't resist taking you off ignore to see what you had written - but I will engage ignore again now for both our sakes. Bittrex ad and delist on a weekly whim is pretty much the dumbest shortsighted strategy I've seen in an exchange. More supports short term pump n dump, start a new rinse and repeat then adding any longterm value to a real decent coins.
That may be true, but I have no reason to believe that Bittrex will delist HYPER in the near or far future. When they continue to see HYPER progress and gain market volume, they'll keep it listed. Sorry that wasn't an opening for you to promote your shitcoin leptoon probably should start his own thread about how awesome HYPER is. But it is by no means a shitcoin. See you when we launch the MMO Alpha which uses HYPER as an in-game currency (the development of which is being funded by HYPER). Or maybe even the HYPER arcade which will be up in a week or so There ARE a lot of shitcoins, but not all alt coins are by definition shit. There's a big difference. it's very simple
1. all premines have to be held by escrow level members released to the devs for continued support over a long period of time.
2. fair release protocol to stop instamining
you will see VERY FEW new coins if just those 2 things were implemented.
these same devs just keep pumping coins out to cash in the instamines and premines. They have no other agenda.
You will need bcx or other hash whales to enforce it the first few times.... unless you have a strike pool with everyones bats set to that primary, it only activates against coins that do not follow those 2 fair rules.
Makes sense, but who would police that - YOU? As i said you would need to bring some big hash players in to police it. After a few coins that try to grab a big premine or instamine are taken out , people won't bother trying to mine them further. Really though it is everyone ones interest that is here now except the dev scammers and pals. Really it should be obvious by now, take away the premine and instamine and there is no reason to pump out 20 shitcoins per day only to abandon them later. Any dev refusing to let the premine be held by escrow and released slowly over time is obviously out to scam. Same for those refusing to release under fair release protocol which would be laid out to prevent instamine. These zero post devs are a few people that just love getting to dump their premine/instamines on a ton of noobs and take their btc. Stop them doing that and they will vanish. I've been trying to get a reputable Hero Member here to hold 500 000 HYPER of our premine (which is for MMO development) and I haven't found anyone who agrees to holding it in escrow for me yet ... |

Do PoS coins have to be in my own wallet to be benefit from the inflation, or can i leave them on an exchange?
