I think now is the time to sell some of the HYPER you have in reserve funds (which is a massive amount) and spend it on advertising to help it along. If the market can recover to 6k satoshis in a few days from a 150k HYPER dump, a 50k-100k or so HYPER dump will be absolutely nothing and still increase the value greatly due to advertising. (You do REALLY need to start distributing some of the HYPER that is not in a fund to the market also, else people will start raising concerns about whether you're holding the pre-mine for personal profit.)
I believe quite the opposite for the most part, but I do agree on one facet. That facet being PR.
I, also, believe HYPER should never, ever be sold on the market except possibly down the road when the price is stable at >12.5k and volume is >15btc/day and then possibly with very small amounts placed only as sell orders. If placing it as the lowest sell it would have to be completely random as to when this happens. That is if it is even necessary. I believe it will not be unless some sort of emergency arises.
I will explain fully later by quoting this post with many more opinions. I just wanted to post this temporarily so HYPERfuture sees that there is an opposite perspective on this.
Thanks lee. After paying for this MintPal campaign (which is distributing a lot of HYPER to many more people) and the recent unfortunate events, there will only be the main 500 000 MMO development fund, and around 150 000 HYPER for bounties. So there isn't much more to be distributed.
The MMO fund must remain intact and serve its purpose so we can develop the original MMO HYPER is working on, and the bounties are necessary to push forward with more projects like the HYPER Counter Strike server and the space based MMO Zandagort. I will be posting soon to show how the pre-mine has been spent and where the remaining transparent funds are (most of it is in the OP already).
I do agree however, no HYPER must be sold until the value is much higher. HYPER has a long way to go up, especially when it gets to the top of MintPal. So selling HYPER now is just undervaluing it and not giving us enough funds for marketing vs HYPER sold. Some HYPER could be sold from the bounty fund at a later date.
