here is original almond flour pizza dough

https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/242467/almond-flour-pizza-crust/

Ingredient Checklist
2 ¼ cups King Arthur Almond Flour
2 tablespoons King Arthur Coconut Flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (Optional)
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO SHOPPING LIST

we use 1.5 cups red mill almond flour
himalayan red salt
1 large egg
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 chunk of coconut unprocessed oil comes in a mason jar and it some what hard like butter

makes a thin crust  and it is pretty carb free say 28%  net carb  by gram weight while white flour is 71% net carb by gram weight

add the egg with its 7 grams of protein
and the pat of coconut oil the almond flour crust is far better than white flour pizza crust.

and you can use this item below to start the tomato soup
the soup should be good with tomatoes and heavy cream.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JQC7VHS/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?

only 2 ingredients in the tomatoes above . salt and tomato.

so a jar is 36 net carbs and low salt add the heavy cream and play with spices to taste.

add one 24 oz jar and 8 oz heavy cream .  cook with a slow low flame add the cream slowly

As a GF Celiac, I am very familiar with these ingredients (should all be 8n the cupboard right now) and greatly appreciate this recipe.
BTW my post earlier was not intended to express a lack of protein,  just trying to divert any chance of befouling good Mater Soup with chunks... and I'm nearly always pro-Bacon!
So yea, have my last Merit! Thanks for the recipe!

First off you guys inspired me.

I am going to make that tomato soup. with the heavy cream. (thank god I have good cholesterol )

I am going to talk the wife into making her almond flour based pizza dough

And I will use four cheese's brie,jarlsberg,mozzerella,cheddar

Her almond flour based pizza dough also makes a knock out cracker.

Some black coffee and a nice feast for us.

I will post her pizza dough recipe. tomorrow. It is more like a thin crust crispy pizza dough or a matzo but it is one of the few subsitutes for bread crackers or matzo that tastes really good and has a nice texture.

For more protein (and possibly animal fat - which is good for you) maybe add some fatty ground beef to it  (which would be an attempt to lower the percentage of carbohydrates - of course, cheese is not completely carbohydrates - and yeah, I like the idea of heavy whipping cream rather than water or regular milk)?  Though adding too many other ingredients might end up messing up the whole taste profile?  Think about it:  little pieces of ground beef floating around.. sounds good to me, but I admit it might not be the same experience as the more pure tomato soup play.

NOOO!!!
Blasphemy!!!
Leave the CHUNKS out of the Creamy Cheez Dippin goodness that is Mater Soup!
But if you want to add some protein, can't go wrong with a couple slices of crisp bacon on them fried sammies...

Oh and are BTC maximalists still a thing? I thought they all died.
They did. You're obviously in the "shitcoin price movement tracking & discussion" thread.

Tragic Boating Accident... at least 75% of all circulating KYC supply gone forever! Lost to the bottom of the Sea... wait, no... Ocean... Errr, no... Big River... Dammit specifics unclear so let's just say Big Fucking Watery Area!

Second time knocking on the $43k door... third time it either breaks through and we coast towards $45k or it gets rejected and falls back to retest $40.8 support...

I don't draw pretty colored squiggly lines or anything,  but there's my TA (astrology) for today... Take it or leave it.
112  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 22, 2022, 05:04:49 AM
A lot of money bouncing around as price holds steady at $43k for almost half an hour now. So the burning question is, does it hold as resistance? Or does it flip into a new "higher low" support level??? Only time will tell, we should definitely know by morning. G'night folks! $43,100 while typing.

Hi guys ... had been absent for awhile. My father passed away and I have to go visit the country. The little coin I have left has been spent. If anyone wants to help, you can always send me a message. The war is just bad. I have everyone vax'd but still need a bunch of paperwork just in case.

Was a bit concerned... glad you've pulled through and terribly sorry for your loss.

Double posted for some reason so I guess I'll ramble on...

Finally did my 2021 taxes this week! Been procrastinating like hell, because I was afraid Uncle Sammy was gonna bend me over and rip me raw with no KY to C me through...
Turns out, by FIFO accounting, my random method of buying high selling low and then buying back low to sell back barely profiting worked out nicely! $15k+ of total 2021 transactions coming in at a $270 loss! (Woohoo! Still holding more than I put in but Uncle Sam will have to wait for his cut!)

I don't like greasy goose poop!!!

(This coming from the new kid, still FOMOing into every dip like dinner tonight is optional)

Snippity-snip-snip

Buying my weekly DCA religiously, and still in the green! (Current Cost Average $31,756, don't ask, you don't wanna talk about it) But I freely admit, it's accumilating too slow!!! At this rate I may never reach 1 whole coin! So everytime we dippedy-do down below  $39k there I am bruising my dirty knees saying, "Please Baby, the Corn's so cheap!?! I don't have to eat dinner tonight, right???" Of course, being the smart woman she is, she says no as much as she says yes... bet then goes and blows the money on senseless things like dental appointments and electric bills!!! Oh well, guess there's worse things to fight about.

No. Just market noise according to my models. It's cliche to say that there's nothing to see here, but sometimes a cliche is appropriate.

OMG! Bullish!

Does anyone here have any experiance with E3 spark plugs on older vehicles, like 70, 80, 90s vehicles?

People with older cars seem to speak highly of them, whereas newer cars and turbo cars don't seem to get anything extra out of them.
They also seem to work very well on small engines, like lawn mowers. Thinking of ordering for my old Volvo, but wondering if anybody here have used them and can comment.

https://e3sparkplugs.com/

A test. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcVF3xL_fzk&ab_channel=ProjectFarm

They have even misspelled the word ENGINE in the main image on their site (they've typed ENIGINE) and have not bothered to correct it... I spotted it virtually instantly on my first visit to their site.

Just a fancy-looking spark plug with probably no real benefit IMHO... I'd just buy a set of high quality Japanese NGK ones instead.

My understanding is that if you have a German/European car you should use Bosch plugs for best performance. If you have a Japanese car you should use NGK or Denso plugs. And if you have an American (Ford/Chevy/Dodge/GM) you should check the brand of plugs to determine what you should buy to replace the defective car. No sense paying good money for a BMW when you already have a perfectly good set of NGK plugs. 😜

An elaborate gimmick. Some would even say snake oil.
The circuit from electrode to ground is still the same. The spark jumps to the arm to ignite the fuel.
People who sing their praises are actually changing their behavior while monitoring performance and it is actually the changed behavior that yields results rather than the plug itself. At best, they work the same as the original design, BUT notice you have 3 smaller more fragile arms. I have heard several reports of the smaller arms breaking off in the cylinder and falling into the piston damaging the rings. Just adds an extra point of failure.
If you want real notable improvements in reliability, performance, and longevity of older and small engines, focus on a reliable source of ethanol free fuels.

The arms falling of was apparently early made in china plugs from around 2011, haven't seen any reports after that.
What vehicle have you tried them in?

I haven't actually put them in any of my own cars, but helped a friend install a set in a 97 Geo Prizm (same as the Toyota Corolla, 1.8L Dual OverHead Cam 5-speed Manual transmission. (Great low maintenance beater setup, generally 32-36 mpg and avg lifespan of 300k miles).
So
They didn't seem to make him any smarter, and he said he didn't see any difference before he plowed into the rear end of a school bus at 8am in a school zone while intoxicated driving home from some chick's house whose name he can't remember... What can I say, he's a good friend. If I broke my arm he'd drive across town to wipe my ass. But not necessarily the best of people otherwise.

Anyway, just look at the design and what it's claiming to do, is you distributer going to send 3 sparks instead of 1 for every cycle?
No...
Does the spark have better exposure to the chamber of oxygenated fuel with 3 arms around it?
No.
Are the arms thicker? Do they look like they'll last longer in the extremes of internal combustion?
No.
What are the OEM plugs? $2.50 each?
Your best bet for a Volvo is Bosch plugs (in Japanese engines you're better off with NGK or Denso) with the correct material & gap for your specific engine. For Toyota's the latest and greatest seems to be iridium, and they generally last about 100k miles, but I must apologize as I know nothing about German engines, but I'd assume they've gotten similar results.
I just don't trust gimmicks, especially when the physics don't make sense. The spark is going to take the path of least resistance regardless of how many options you give it. The more resilient that path is, the longer you're going to achieve optimal performance. It's not Rocket Surgery! 😜

What you are saying is what I used to think, until I saw the video and read the comments, after that I got curios.
I have anyhow given in to my gadget desire and ordered them, together with a set of blue cables, because my car has a blue interior and I was thinking that my car might like the blue ones and run better.
They are also of better quality then my cheap Biltema ones that I use now, it's gonna be interesting to see if it runs better, and especially if it will idle smother.

The Blue Plug wires will almost certainly help significantly! So in the spirit of evaluation, I would suggest changing those first and see how much difference it makes. Maybe even drive a few days before actually changing the plugs.

So What's going on anyway? Is it idling rough? Does it run better cold or does it smooth out after it warms up? Any misses or pings while accelerating?

It idles a little bit rough when it's cold, not much but enought to annoy me.
I'm also just curious to see if I can get better mileage.
I will change the plugs first and see if it makes any difference, I will drive at least to fill ups and see what mileage I get, and then I'll change the wires as well and do the same procedure.
The plugs should arrive at the end of the month, I might even make a video out of the changing.

Cold idle could very well be weak wires or worn plugs either one. Could also be restricted or leaky air intake/MAF sensor.

Careful in your experiment, as the reason I recommended changing the wires first is because I find that cheap or compromised wires tend to self destruct when you try to pull them loose from the plugs.
