It looks like an old problem with the auto-split has not yet been solved. At some point (I have not yet figured out in what principle it happens) wallet stops to auto-split blocks, but vice versa - collects all blocks in one big block. All the small blocks in my wallet again formed one large block. If this happens with all wallets, it explains the current blocks delay.
We need to add ''splitthreshold'' command just like TruckCoin has. I think noise23(TRK Dev) can help with that, as he helped with a TekCoin wallet.
Yes, I would say that is a good option. He fixed TEK so hopefully he can/will do the same for FireCoin. Has anyone contacted him or shall I? |

I've been away from HYP for a while now, just coming to check in on how things are. What are the normal blocks everyone is running? 8k per block??
Well I am the freak on this but I have all of my blocks at 25k. They stake within 20 days so you can go from there. |

why is this coin constanltly loosing value?
That's all on me. I am using the ancient powers of the Dark Lord himself to lower the price so I can afford to buy my way up the rich list. Once I am done buying I will use pixie dust to pump the price back up. Damn I thought I was the only one. Hmmmm. Where are you located? Time to square off. |

only one or two people. i also don't have a total number of OCTO from DJslick or if he would be willing to burn a partial amount. his last pm to me said that i couldn't let him burn because it compromises the coin, or something to that effect. so he understands the position. it's still doable within limitations. we will see what he and others say if they decide to chime in.
Yes, I'd really hate to lose his enthusiasm and input since he has been a key player in 888 and all. I do agree that within limitations that we should help him out and I don't think it would compromise the coin unless he has like 10 million or something crazy like that. A slow monthly amount until he is caught up would be the best idea in my opinion. I do hope other people will have input on this. Anyway looking good overall and keep up the fantastic work man!! chatted with Robert. messaged djslick to get his opinion. will bring the solution to the community for input. know that depending on what is done the most important thing is fair distribution, community support of decisions and also protecting the overall OCTO market. the solution has to keep the burn amount low compared to other forms of distribution.
also, we are dependant on Octocoin even working. our block explorer for Octocoin was down today but appears to be back up and still lagging behind. i'm guessing it takes a bit for their blockchain to catch up after it's down.
Well my vote is to exchange him one for one as he has/was always been a key player in all of this. Exceptions can be made and should be in this case even though it was kinda his own fault (there really isn't any excuse for not checking the thread when you knew this was a possibility). Just my two OCTO. |

I was wondering where the dive came from, that sure was a hit for HYP. unfortunately as I am watching the cryptsy market I still feel something else may be going on, I can understand the 700,000 emergency dump, but it really does seem someone out there is purposely trying to hold this price down to 100 sat. Unless its just the normal panic sellers falling in play. If it is panic sellers, it only enables all of us to make good staking positions on thier panic sell offs I am having some issues on Cryptsy with a couple withdraws right now  I hope its not like my last problem that has been 29 days and 4 hours and still they have not corrected the issue. 29 days is a long time to wait on HYP considering it could mature and stake (maybe even stake twice) in that amount of time. I have a bunch of HYP still in my cryptsy account I wont send until these other withdraws go thru. Cryptsy has a bad habit of making you pay for their mistakes. For example, I had a deposit on another coin and when they did maintenance on their wallet I am assuming they had not backed up their wallet.dat file correctly and lost the wallet address my coins came thru on and because of their mistake I am the one who lost those coins, they absorbed absolutely no cost for their mistake. EDIT: HAHA as I was writing this those deposits started flowing right thru now HAHAHA thank the crypto gods for that one I was a bit nervous, I had over 100,000 HYP in stuck withdraws LOL It would be nice if there is a big sell like that the seller could give a little bit of notice to the community so we can try and come together and absorb the hit, maybe even go as far as make the sell/buys thru a HYP escrow off the market so not to panic the other day trading HYP traders. a 700,000 dump like that could have effects in the millions actually after the panic sellers are through. Just my thoughts. I agree 100%. Please inform the rest of us of such a dump or unloading and I'll even say I'll give you more than market value. Just to minimize panic dumping. |

Yes something gambling related would be good. It would be nice to have a betting site made of SILK  If I was a dev I would have already prepared it. But I'm not a dev. Yeh had two!
