Pursuing them legally might cost you more than the amount you *might* be able to recover so it's not really a viable option in most cases.

It's going to be a very hard battle and the chances of winning a class action suit against Paypal is pretty slim. Also it'll be pretty costly to execute.

BTW, How did they convince you to accept Paypal? Did they have previous trust on Localbitcoins?

BTW, I can also sign a message from the address @TheNewAnon135246 mentioned but I don't remember posting it anywhere so I don't think it's a good indicator to check if an account has been compromised or not because the hacker could easily change the address in the Profile page.

Yeah, BPIP is an awesome project that unifies many aspects of user research into a simple interface and in return I'm pretty sure many users don't need additional visits to bitcointalk which surely does help reduce forum load.

I'm assuming you have multiple parsers that binds to different IPs to achieve 4 PPS without triggering the one PPS limit. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I think it'll be helpful if Theymos limited the number of feedback's that can be sent in a short period to prevent similar abuse in the future.

Personally I'd prefer using Bitcoin Core or Electrum to verify signed messages over online services for additional safety.

Why don't you use a service such as Virwox for exchanging your PP funds into BTC?

First and foremost, I am not a very big fan of their fees but I still use them from time to time.
Secondly, They are currently having issues with Paypal Express Checkout(This has been written on January 08, 2019).

Again when it comes to fee's they are no different from Virwox and some are even higher.
Still I don't find enough credibility associated with man of them so personally I would just prefer Virwox over them if their Paypal checkout was working. hehe

Sure. Pick any reputable member from the Most Recognized Profiles(Must be Top 100) who's willing to act as an Escrow for this trade.
BTW, I'd also like to add that using an escrow when dealing with Paypal(Read sticky thread) doesn't provide protection against chargebacks so please remain careful when accepting this method of payment. I feel I'd be doing you a disservice if I don't mention this.

I'm sorry for being skeptic but I'm unable to find any presence from Cryptovoucher in this community and neither am I able to find credible members mentioning their experience with this service considering the ease they bring into the process of buying BTC/Alts.

Nah, I just pictured all the low quality posts eating up the merits in circulation. I kinda imagined a large fish(low quality posts) eating up the merits(smaller fishes) we have.

You're actually right regarding your second point but unspent merits in the ecosystem is still better than poorly spent merits.
