181  Economy / Economics / Re: How the situation in Iran might impact Bitcoin on: January 06, 2020, 02:31:32 PM
Most likely yes, if the war between iran and US occurs, well it most likely started. People might seek for a safe haven in assets like gold, oil and bitcoin. The citizens may already have seen what happened in other neighbouring countries like Afghanistan and Syria where it had an economic collapse due to war, people are just scared and migrating their money in order for them to not go bankrupt.

Of course the tensions are at peak anything can happen now but we cannot assure that war has started. None of the nations like war as it affects the world economy which is already slowed down a lot. On the contrary several markets are at peak despite the slowed down economy several analysts expects correction this tension might fuel those corrections. If war happens obviously all the commodities price will increase especially Gold, Oil, and Bitcoin. Bitcoin would see more upside than others in my opinion because of its advantages over gold and other commodities

Now a days there is no innovation in the newly launching gambling sites just a copy cat from other casinos. why dont the newly launching casinos try something different from the competition

Unsecure connection is a huge downside. I hope you'll fix this because a secure connection seems to be a must for a gambling platform. People do need to create passwords on your website, and I don't think that many will do that without https these days. Oh wait, it must be some sort of a bug... When I clicked on the screenshot to access the website, the connection wasn't secure, but then when I decided to take a look at Terms of Use, the connection was secure, but it led to Bethash, not Hashpro... What's that about? Can you explain your connection to Bethash? It's the same team or something like that, right? Because your copyright also says Bethash. It's confusing, but hashpro needs a secure connection anyway.

Hello!
There's no issues with the connection: https://hashpro.io/
the links on ANN were all updated.

HASHPRO is a BetHash project, that's why there's BetHash copyright. Also, both projects are sharing the same account system = meaning that your HASHPRO account can be also used on BetHash website.

You can read more about the differences in here: https://bethash.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034473332-What-is-HashPro-How-is-it-different-from-BetHash-io-

I saw the article that explains the difference between both Bethash and Hashpro. Since the Hashpro being the sub brand of Bethash why dont the team consider to have the URL of Hash pro in the Bethash and vice versa since both having their own differences. Bethash has already gained some reputation and good amount of user base which can be helpful for the hashpro. users can decide which one to use based on their wish.

Is there any kyc documentation that people need to fill for registration or for withdrawing coins from website?

There are some good sports betting platfom in the EOS ecosystem which i have tried personally for more than 3 months that doesnt require any KYC or account creation to play with you could directly play with users EOS account which is completely decentralized.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Question regarding the Binance 2020 New year Message on: January 06, 2020, 12:05:05 AM
CZ wrote a long piece on Binance blog under the title Building Foundations - https://www.binance.com/en/blog/419417682154909696/Binance-2020-New-Year-Message-Building-Foundations--. Reading the whole piece, it seems to me that CZ has a true long term vision, which, I feel, is similar to Steve Jobs. But, as I dont follow, all Binance projects closely, it is difficult for me to properly evaluate his claims in the blog. Hence, I am putting forward a question to the community...

Are all the projects by Binance backed by BNB only or they have some other token as well?

Its obvious that no one supports other tokens if they already have their own native token. If you beleive in the Binance as exchnage then you should not be worrying about the BNB since the profit from all of their businesses would be counted to the quaterly BNB burn till the supply reduces to half. I hope they will find a more usecase or explore other options before the trading fee discounts for using BNB ends. Their ecosystem has expanded a lot in last two years like launchpad, Labs, Futures, Margin trading etc more than 180 projects supporting the BNB.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which wallet is best for ERC20 tokens? on: January 05, 2020, 11:31:11 PM
It is good if it is web based, i.e. similar to blockchain.com. Otherwise, installation makes it machine dependent. Its not a BIG sum. So, high security is not a priority. Ease of use is what I am looking for. Needs to work with all kind of ERC20.

Also, please let me know, How is MetaMask as an ERC20 wallet?

Each wallet has its own advantages and disadvantages. But security is most important in cryptos. The best option by keeping security in mind is Ledger Nano + MEW (My Ether Wallet). If ypu still want to use just the web wallet then obviously its MEW but be aware of the phishing links dont select the hyperlink to MEW from any other article or website. Make a bookmark of the original MEW and use it evertime if you want to access the wallet.

Does this means that hashpro is affiliated with bethash?. So, if I have an account in hashpro then I could also use it in bethash and vice versa (bethash account use in hashpro). I don't think I have the same problem about unsecured connection. I check both link and it's secured. Maybe it depends in what country a person is in.

Yes, you're right!
The same account works perfectly for both websites!
189  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 CyberDice | The Future is unwritten |🔮 Hall of Framer 🔮 | Faucet 🎲 on: December 20, 2019, 01:39:22 AM
Wow. I liked the website design. I would say the cyberpunk atmosphere is quite appealing to lovers. You can also set the win rate for dice to 99%, I've never seen it before. I want to try this platform as soon as possible.
Good luck!

You can try it with 1BTC demo you get from the site, they also have faucet.
There are sites where you can set even higher win chance.

Thanks, buddy, I can't wait to try it. Faucets have always interested me; free money always attracts everyone's attention. So I would say cyberdice is running a good marketing strategy.

Although what they do so far is good already but I think it is still not enough to compete with all other dice sites. Perhaps starting from next year Cyberdice will be offering more promotions for their players.
Hope to see more competitive promotions between all existing gambling sites on 2020.

Promotions and freebies have always played a key role in attracting users to the platform. Besides, developing fun games can also provide this. more important to me than promotions is that the games are fun.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin's future. on: December 20, 2019, 12:56:52 AM
In my opinion the old altcoins will still stand firm in the market and will not suffer too much despite the new altcoins more and more.  Shocked
Yes, it’s surely going to happen because coins are not new in the market but a few coins have a long history so it has a strong value in a market that's totally unbeatable. Bitcoins, ETH and Ripple is not the only name but these coins are having great value that till now no other coins have achieved. New coins are still struggling so low market value can make them vanish otherwise they will have to get a high number of investors in a short time.
Lets just not also forget that those old coins are the whole reason why new coins stand any chance to survive or even come to existence. But there was no coin available to support bitcoin. Even ethereum had the support bitcoin. These have earned their present status after a lot of struggle and coming over hurdles. Any new coin with a good potential will definitely get success with time. Big achievements demand perseverance.

In my opinion, old coins can still survive because they are supported by a large transaction volume and investors do not believe in new projects. Investors will certainly await the development of new projects to replace old ones while old coins always develop their platforms so they last a long time

Exactly. All indicators point to a breakpoint for bitcoins and altcoins. Bitcoin, in particular, is expected to experience a significant increase in the coming months. Perhaps this time, we can easily cross the $ 15k limit.

Already most of the coin has already reached their break-even points in the market, but why altcoin prices kept decreasing in the market. Of course, we have to wait patiently until we some positive situation should happen till then we have to grab the low valued coins in the market.

I believe the altcoin bull will come after halving. But the weird thing is that miners don't quit mining, even though the rewards will be split. Hash rates more than ever.
looking forward to seeing halving will be really fun too.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the market currently being manipulated? on: December 20, 2019, 12:33:42 AM
Yeah, the market is controlled by a whale community, that's true. You can see the details of this news in the following link.

https://beincrypto.com/bitcoin-whales-have-consolidated-their-holdings-substantially/amp/

But I'm not happy with this situation, if this situation continues to increase, it may mean that we cannot achieve decentralization. And I don't think Satoshi Nakamoto was trying to do that when he invented bitcoin.

I strongly support the integration of e-sports into blockchain-based casinos. Casinos that grow in this way can defeat the central casino giants in the future.
I checked the interface and can tell that I like it, everything seems fine. But the fact that we couldn't watch the live games played upset me a bit; I wish we could watch the live games as well.

Let's all salute our new HighRollers.

Bethash continues to reach different users from around the world and provides them with a fantastic casino experience.

Apparently, the lottery is still the most popular game in Bethash. I've played this game a few times before, but there is a reason why users choose this game, it's a lot to win!
I don't play gambling for win, but I play for fun, so I like playing blackjack and bankerbull more.
But I will not judge those who only gamble to earn money! Haha.

I've tried sports betting here a couple of times. European bet rates are unusual. Normally the odds should be 1.30, 1.55. We Europeans are used to such proportions. But I'm very confused about your bet rates.

I know that America and Europe have different betting rates. But the European bet rates you offer are really unusual.

Can you give me a few examples so I can understand the point your are making? Thanks
If i understood what he was trying to say, i think he meant the odd types. European odds (fractional odds), Decimal odds and American Odds. Apparently he is confused about your unusual odd rates.

He could use this tool to help him if he's having trouble converting odds: https://www.onlinebetting.com/odds-converter

Yeah, that's exactly what I was trying to explain. But I can't say I have any problems right now. Everything seems to be OK European rates seem to have improved.

I love gambling at Bethash, but using HashPro's reference system seems to be very profitable.

Tezos is indeed the most popular cryptocurrency of recent times. Especially since they entered Coinbase, its price has been continually increasing. We can say that it is moving firmly. But I'm not quite sure which reason makes them so investable, and I wonder what the answer is.

200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long term hodl ! What a joke on: December 07, 2019, 08:38:11 PM
Exactly on this date last year, the price of Bitcoin was $ 3429. So there is almost 100% profit. What exactly is a joke? I think 100% profit for a year is quite a profitable rate.
No matter who says what, I'm going to hodl Bitcoin. In the long run, I am confident that I will receive more than my investment in the next 10 years.
