81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is going up day by day.. on: July 29, 2020, 05:16:34 AM
The markets seem to have stabilized at these levels and I know Bitfinex printed a lot of tether. So we will see if the market will dump hard now and correct, or if it will go sideways for a while before the next leg up. ETHEREUM has been stagnant for a while until now but a lot of money going into DeFi that is running on the Ethereum Protocol and making gas prices very expensive. This could be now another reason for the ETH move upwards as I believe ETH is still undervalued right now. The next three months ill be very interesting indeed. Most people now think we have entered into a new bull market cycle.
82  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Investors Rejoice As Bitcoin Price Surges Above $10,000 on: July 27, 2020, 08:32:02 PM
After three years of a prolonged bear market it is good to see more money coming into Bitcoin now and also if you check the over all market cap for Crypto has also grown as well. In the last month or so over 50 billion entered the crypto markets and of course a lot of that now is going into Bitcoin, both from retail investors and speculators and also from big companies like Grayscale who are buying up all the new BTC being mined. I also believe this bull market will last for over a year and will run longer than the previous one.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 [ANN] Elrond - Sharded layer one protocol with near instant TX speed on: July 27, 2020, 08:29:46 PM
Weekly recap for Elrond:

1. Countdown for Maiar.com powered by Elrond is started.
2. More then 4.7M stores will accept ERD via UTRUST
3. 60mn merchants via SwipeWallet VISA card
4. You can now buy ERD with AUD at coinspot.com.au/buy/erd
5. You can now buy ERD with RON at LDV Crypto Bank

ERD is getting so much traction, even though there was a huge dip during the day today because of the Bitcoin and Eth rally, ELROND has performed awesomely over the last few months since I got my bag. It is going very well and I like the fact the mainnet launch is happening at the beginning of this new bull run. I do hope that we can all grow in the ELROND ecosystem and utilize the project in many ways as utility now and infrastructure are what is going to start this next bull market. This is a quality project and am so glad I found it before it made it's big ascent northwards. It is still fairly cheap and early in its development so I still believe this is a good time to grow a bag to add to anyone's portfolio.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano the new NEO? on: July 27, 2020, 08:24:02 PM
CARDANO now with Shelley mainnet launch is going to be huge. I am waiting though for the GOGUEN launch that will really be the tipping point for this awesome Blockchain. I do believe it will take some of Ethereum's market cap and will onboard some of the ETHEREUM projects. Also interoperability is coming to Crypto so maybe some projects will split to be on more than one blockchain. I have seen several projects like that which are on more than one blockchain. CARDANO will be the real decentralized blockchain we all have been waiting for.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AVA Token Migration to Binance Chain on: July 27, 2020, 06:43:28 AM
I just got into TRAVALA a few days ago and did my level 1 SMART LOCK UP which is what I could afford at this point but it has been growing nicely as a company so I trust this will be a very long term project in a great niche. Despite the corona virus people are also doing inland bookings which is still great. Expedia has also joined with Travala so we have flights and many other things onboarded. I want to go somewhere local soon with my Sister for a few days so will book through TRAVALA so i can get my 2% cash back too in AVA tokens.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fill your bag with caution on: July 27, 2020, 06:40:54 AM
I am always looking for the best coins that have a big DEV Team and are very active and which either focus on infrastructure or utility. I know a lot of DeFi coins are popping up and exploding everywhere but many of them are scammy and there are a few good ones though with which to play with. My bags are growing very slowly but with the more solid projects as I am looking to growing and being part of this space for the longer term as opposed to just making a quick buck here and there. That isn't my style at all.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: July 25, 2020, 11:52:41 AM
To be honest now I see a lot more quality projects than there were back then in 2015/2016 as the Technology has advanced and grown considerably. Many people are into DeFi applications which are great but also some of the more traditional projects like the blockchains themselves are good to invest in. I am heavily more invested in upcoming projects like CARDANO AND ELROND as well as quite a few other good altcoin projects which I believe will do very well in the upcoming bull market. ETH is now beginning to move as well as we have seen, since there is so much DeFi going on with ETH right now.
88  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost 900$. Block chain compromised or scamming us on: July 25, 2020, 11:46:42 AM
This happened to me this month as well. I inside my blockchain wallet exchanged the USD TO BTC back, should have had 245 bucks worth of Bitcoin, after some technical mumbo jumbo support tickets back and forth I now find my wallet emptied out of the money. I have no idea why blockchain dot com has taken my money lol. I can use other addresses within BLOCKCHAIN DOT COM but this one that had the 245 is now empty. Can anyone explain that? Why are our funds being siphoned off?
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: July 24, 2020, 06:23:21 PM
I being a part of the older generation who have seen enough booms and busts in my lifetime, see it as a way forward out of debt slavery of the current financial system which is corrupt at best and criminal at it's worse case scenario. I don't want to see future generations go through what I and many of my peers have had to endure and it gives us more say in how we see money. I don;t want my Son and his kids to just be future debt bag holders of FIAT. Of course I would like to be also financially and time wise more independent than what I am now.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTO GIVEAWAYS REQUESTING YOU TO SEND FUNDS TO RECEIVE ARE SCAMS on: July 24, 2020, 06:20:06 PM
I am very sad myself to see every YouTube video I go to check on regarding Crypto to be littered with these trashy scams and the problem is YouTube is not doing anything about it and says it is not responsible for what advertisers advertise on their site. I mean that is ridiculous. I think they are being Sued now also by personalities whose names have been misused and abused by these really nasty scammers. The only giveaway involved here is you giving away your hard earned money to these scammers lol.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is better ICO, STO Or IEO ? on: July 23, 2020, 02:52:35 PM
It all really depends on the project and the Team behind it. I noticed some Binance launchpad projects have done really well so I am watching those and accumulated a few with interest which are growing nicely. I think I would consider ICOS if they were backed by venture capital firms as they usually are quite good and serious projects and have been vetted by big companies with capital to spare and invest. You need to do your own research in each category and find the best projects in each niche.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the oikos.cash project on: July 22, 2020, 05:34:22 AM
enormous profit for those who will stake. just think about getting $300per week if you just have enough OKS to mint sUSD by staking OKS.

crypto all had reviewed this project to be profitable which is why I tried staking mine as well. I don't have much of OKS but I get more than 300 OKS per week.

OKS is listed to 6 exchanges,  think the project is safe.

How many OKS are you staking to receive that kind of reward? I have some OKS I received from doing some work and am not sure if I should just hold it or put it to stake and mint sUSD. Do you think it is still worth it at the moment to do that? I have around 2300 OKS laying around which I want to put to good use. So if I put them to mint sUSD how many OKS would I get you think weekly as a reward? I am seriously thinking about it but don't want to accrue too much debt if the reward is less than the interest I will pay as there is this downside risk also.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano (ADA): A New Cryptocurrency and More on: July 22, 2020, 05:27:05 AM
I do enjoy Charles's whiteboard sessions and looks like Voltaire is coming out in August, testnet wise and I do think by the end of the Year we will have Goguen as well. For me personally its in the GOGUEN launch that will dramatically change the landscape. Although ETHEREUM has the first to market advantage where smart contracts and DAOS/DEFI technology have been unleashed, I do believe Cardano can take a big slice of the marketshare and with ETH gas now being very expensive, I think that many projects will transfer onto the CARDANO blockchain as they are building a perfect decentralized monetary and governance system. They took their time but they are doing it right.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Shitcoin 3.0 - Claim Your Shitstribution on: July 22, 2020, 05:18:54 AM
Well I have seen a plethora of shit coins come and go, including coins actually called Shitcoin. Can you let us know what are the fundamentals of your SHIT COIN that differentiate it from the rest of the Shitcoinia pack? I do like fun and meme coins although I only am invested in around 5k doge coin and lost a lot back in the day when meme coins were in fashion. Anyway we all need a bit of fun in the Crypto space as it can get very serious and competitive at times. I do wish you though good luck on your project and may you have the success you desire.  Cheesy
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CMC: Top DeFi Tokens by Market Capitalization on: July 21, 2020, 02:56:14 PM
Thank you for sharing this list, you can also check out https://defipulse.com/defi-list/ They give a lot of information surrounding DEFI and although at the moment DEFI is primarily surrounded with yield farming opportunities and lending, in the future there will be so more things integrated into what we call the whole DEFI demography. One reason I am investing in CARDANO is that they will bring DEFI to a new level through on boarding millions of Unbanked people through their plans to conquer the raw and fresh new Population who are new to Finance but don't have access to it in the traditional fiscal market.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we need bitcoin? on: July 21, 2020, 02:39:47 PM
Bitcoin brought the to the world this valuable technological breakthrough and although there are other blockchains with add ons that will further the advancement of this Tech, it still plays a valuable role and is still the most dominant currency in this whole market cap demographic. Will it be the same in ten years down the line? Who knows what will happen then and what breakthroughs in this technology will perhaps bring one of the blockchains to over take Bitcoin. At the moment we need Bitcoin as a measurement for store or value scenarios which Financial Institutions can use to invest accordingly in this fledgling technology.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest my $1.5K? on: July 20, 2020, 06:33:29 AM
Some good medium to low cap coins would be a good start, especially ones that stake. Yesterday and the day before I invested a grand in ZAP. This is a low cap oracle that is just about to take off and can easily 10 x from here over the next few months. I have capital tied up in bigger cap coins but to really grow the multiple you need to find some gems. I bought BAND at 1.63 bucks and is now 4 bucks, so waiting for that to 10 x from here and only one month's staking will give me back my capital.  Smiley.. Do you own research but check TOP 100 DEFI projects and check LIST OF ORACLES..as these are the hot projects to make big multiples and then invest in blockchains like ada, erd, zil for example that will compete with ethereum. IOT projects like QUANT OVERLEDGER also are good to keep an eye on.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best time to fill the bag? on: July 20, 2020, 06:29:43 AM
There is an agenda to keep Bitcoin at a low price because the whales are filling their bags and using altcoins and DEFI to do it. DEFI and oracles are the rage right now so am filling my bags and riding the DEFI train tog row my capital and using some of my trading gains to invest also long term in coins like ADA and ERD for example. I also like staking coins and BAND AND KAVA are performing very well right now. I see both of these coins in the top 50 marketcap in a few weeks. If BAND ever hits 30 dollars, that's ten bucks a day passive income just form staking it. Grow not only the bag, but the passive income along with it.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano (ADA): A New Cryptocurrency and More on: July 20, 2020, 06:26:26 AM
Excuse me if I ask a question about the price and not the technology: in your opinion which value in $ can reach ADA at the end of the year with Shelley? And in a few years with Voltaire?
No one knows for sure how much value ADA can achieve at the end of this year, maybe at the end of this year the ADA coin can reach $ 0.2 USD. but this is only a prediction, it could be in the next few months ADA experienced a correction, because in recent months the price of ADA coins continues to increase

I am being cautiously optimistic that by GOGUEN launch we can see a 30 cent coin. I am being very non moonish about my prediction but if it goes even higher, I will be very pleased. I have slowly been accumulating ADA since it was 3.8 cents so my dollar cost average (DCA) for ADA is around 5.3 cents which is not too bad. I do hope that there will be mass adoption once GOGUEN Ships as Shelley is mainly for staking in this ERA. I hope to stake mine so the capital grows over time for the long haul. For me ADA is the next ETHEREUM.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 [ANN] Elrond - Sharded layer one protocol with near instant TX speed on: July 17, 2020, 12:26:12 PM
Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked
https://elrond.com/blog/apple-pay-samsung-pay-all-major-debit-credit-cards-100-fiat-ramps-for-elrond-via-moonpay

We’re thrilled to announce that joining the Elrond ecosystem will be easier than ever before, thanks to our integration with fiat-to-crypto services provider MoonPay. The fintech company offers direct access to $ERD with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Visa, Mastercard & other payment processors, as well as bank transfers.

MoonPay is a fintech startup that zaps newcomers straight into crypto, with only a few intuitive steps and familiar procedures for any e-commerce user. It is available for 162 countries, including the US & European Union, Japan, India & South Korea.

Looks like ELROND is moving fast towards onboarding the average Joe into the Blockchain. They aim at making things simple and easy for the next crowd to come into this Ecosystem. I have made nice gains since buying my first bag of ERD and it seems we have now tapered off at the 170-180 sat range. I hope this is just a consolidation period for the next leg up, or we might see some retracement happening after the mainnet launch. Still I think a 1.5 cent ERD is still cheap in the scheme of things.
