Saat kita memiliki pikiran yang tenang dan jernih, biasanya lebih mudah untuk mencari ide dan menulis posting yang berkualitas. Sehingga Lahirlah postingan yang bermanfaat dan konstruktif bagi member lainnya, tentu saja bukan hanya berfokus pada mendapatkan merit semata. Dan bagaimana cara menghitung bitcoin sebagai harta zakat jika sudah memenuhi syarat mencapai nisab dan telah mencapai haul dan wajib bayar zakat bagi umat Muslim?

Karena dari yang saya ketahui melalui majelis pengajian ditempat saya, Zakat itu ada dua macam, yang pertama Zakat Fitrah dan yang kedua adalah Zakat Mal. Nah, dalam kesempatan ini saya juga akan menguraikan sedikit tentang hal Zakat supaya om bisa mendapatkan penjelasan dan membuat kesimpulan setelah membaca lebih banyak diskusi pada topik ini. OKe, langsung saja Zakat Fitrah adalah zakat yang dikeluarkan oleh ummat muslim sebelum mereka merayakan hari raya idul fitri, karena tujuan dari zakat fitrah itu adalah untuk mensucikan diri sendiri dan keluarga kita dari dosa-dosa yang pernah kita perbuat sebelumnya. Dan zakat fitrah tersebut tidak bisa dibayar dengan memakai uang ataupun barang-barang lainnya selain dari pada BERAS. Artinya zakat fitrah itu harus dibayar dengan memakai BERAS om. Jika tidak percaya atas apa yang saya katakan ini, silahkan om tanyakan pada ustad yang ada di lingkungan om sendiri dan juga jangan lupa untuk melihat pedomannya melalui kitab suci ummat muslim (Al-Qur'an). Sedangkan Zakat Mal adalah zakat untuk membersihkan harta kita sendiri dengan aturan yang sudah tertulis didalam kitab suci ummat muslim (Al-Qur'an). Nah, pada kesempatan ini om harus memperjelas arah tentang zakat ini karena kalau Bitcoin dianggap sebagai harta seperti halnya mata uang negara masing-masing (walaupun hanya tertulis melalui digital dan tidak ada bentuk fisik), berarti takaran zakatnya juga tidak jauh berbeda dengan halnya uang. Namun kalau om ingin memadukan antara aturan Al-Qur'an dengan aturan yang telah dibuat oleh pihak negara kita tentang hal zakat, om juga harus memperjelas hal ini melalui topik karena saya yakin om mungkin akan menemukan sedikit perbedaan antara keduanya dalam hal ini walaupun hal itu telah disalurkan melalui MUI yang ada di negara kita ini. Yang anda katakan Benar, zakat fitrah memang harus dibayar dengan beras atau makanan pokok lainnya yang biasa dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat setempat. Hal ini berdasarkan hadits dari Abdullah bin Umar bahwa Rasulullah SAW telah menetapkan zakat fitrah sebesar satu sha' (sekitar 3 liter) dari kurma, gandum, atau bahan makanan pokok lainnya. Oleh karena itu, tidak diperbolehkan membayar zakat fitrah dengan uang atau barang lainnya selain beras atau makanan pokok yang ditentukan. Topik ini saya pikir jelas yang ingin di diskusikan adalah tentang zakat mal, karena saya menyakan zakat yang wajib dikeluarkan oleh setiap muslim yang telah mencapai nisab (masa kepemilikan harta sudah berlalu selama 12 bulan). Nisab zakat mal yang jenis harta yang dimiliki, misalnya nisab zakat emas sebesar 85 gram dan nisab zakat perak sebesar 595 gram. Setelah mencapai nisab, harta tersebut harus dikeluarkan zakatnya sebesar 2,5% dari nilai harta tersebut setelah berlalu satu tahun hijriyah.
