1321  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: January 21, 2016, 08:10:03 AM
Women dislike Bitcoin. There is really no way to persuade them to use it.
How do you conclude this, i saw that girls are motivated to work better than guys but the hard part is just starting.
1322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: the advantage and disadvantage of Bitcoin on: January 21, 2016, 08:05:46 AM
The advantage is that it is anonymous but a disadvantage is that the transactions take really long to process.
Bitcoin is not full anonymous, it depends how and where you use it, and the transaction it's real that they take some time but if you are lucky it can be confirmed within 10 minutes.

not with the problem of the capacity increase, when there are those stress test you're lucky if it is confirmed in one hours

still waiting for my to eb confirmed it has been more than 24 hours...

As you know paying low (or none) fee can 'freeze' your transaction and you probably will wait for days to be confirmed or getting back the funds, but if you pay enough fee you can get the transaction confirmed within an hour, or if you are lucky in 10 minutes
1323  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: AdSense banned on major faucets? on: January 21, 2016, 08:03:01 AM
I just noticed this morning that these big faucets are not showing any AdSense advertisements anymore:

moonbit.co.in
moonliteco.in
bonusbitcoin.co

Is this a new round of Google banning Bitcoin faucets? Did anyone else notice any other faucets that suddenly stopped showing Google AdSense ads?

I just checked the most popular bitcoin faucet freebitco.in and it seems that they still have the ads, maybe because of the login/signup system?

I think we need to start taking this media coverage seriously and start demanding that core clean up its act.

While employed at Credit Suisse First Boston, the banking firm invested over $150 million dollars on a project Vivek Wadhwa was working on.

I am afraid that it can be a sponsored article to make people feeling that the time has come to sell all of the bitcoins, bitcoin will continue there are many other developers maybe better than Mike

So, what do you think the advantage and disadvantage of Bitcoin? what about people around you  think about Bitcoin ?

Bitcoin has many advantage and disadvantage, few of them i would mention are small(zero) fee on transaction, not all wallets are easy to use for newbie, and what i don't like is when the price decreases so the stability is not great.
1327  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: January 21, 2016, 07:37:54 AM
Coinbase pays the fees for your first 1000 transactions I'm pretty sure. So am not paying any fees at the moment.
As far as i know the transaction fees are free and not just for the first 1,000 transaction, check here: https://support.coinbase.com/customer/en/portal/articles/815435-does-coinbase-pay-bitcoin-miner-fees-
1328  Economy / Speculation / Re: Welcome back $410 on: January 21, 2016, 07:34:01 AM
Price increases pretty fast. what do you think time to sell? or still hold?

I think it will soon be back to $450. so I will HOLD!
Saying the truth I'm a bit happy because i see again the price $400 and up, can someone explain what exactly happened that the price is increased, maybe Mike has joined again as bitcoin developer?

Today i heard that a person who holds $20000 worth of bitcoin also has the ability to male fluctuation in market, so some people who had been holding for long time might have released a few.
I think it was because of the panic that was made recently, but I think that bitcoin will be more than $500+ in the upcoming months.

It is possible only the growth is constant and should not face drastic fluctuations as the previous fall.
We all want bitcoin to grow constant but it's not gonna happen, we will face again many crashed and many jumps, recently were many bitcoin transaction which i think affected a bit the price
1329  Economy / Economics / Re: Will You buy a pizza at 10,000 sat? on: January 21, 2016, 07:29:34 AM
YES or NOT?                          History:            https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=137.1120

In reality must be at least 30,000 sat 10,000 sat offer + 20,000 sat  of  transaction fee...........

Maybe buying pizza at 10,000 Satoshi will be come true after some years if the bitcoin price is increased enough. Personally why not 10,000 satoshi cost now only 4 cents.
1330  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin rise up to 800$ this year ? on: January 21, 2016, 07:28:01 AM
Now while experiencing a sudden rise to 415$. I think there are possibilities to reach 800$ only if the value grows in such a way as it has rose from yesterday value
The highest today was $424 and maybe even more in some exchanges and i can say that this year will be interesting, maybe $800 will be reached before the halving when people will start buying lots of bitcoins.

Yes now on this increase people might plan and try to hold and buy bitcoins before halving which will increase the value before halving itself. So soon users are gonna experience some profit than before.
This is how bitcoin works Tongue, some people loose and some other profit, joining in the trading world isn't as easy as people describe it, you can earn good, but if the price start dumping you will get hurt.
1331  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: January 21, 2016, 07:26:24 AM
how we could motivate women to use Bitcoin because I tried several times to explain what it is and how to use Bitcoin ...was very difficult and have not really managed only once ..
People are evaluating so the girl are, we see everyday new girls that are involved in the technology so they basically will be involved in bitcoin too, explain how bitcoin works, what you can buy sell through bitcoin and that's it.

1333  Economy / Speculation / Re: PANIC BUYING !!!!!!! on: January 21, 2016, 07:17:55 AM
Are people panic buying or panic selling right now? I am confused.
It was both of them, some sold and some bought bitcoins, for those who bought bitcoin, now it's the time to sell which makes a good profit at least $40 per bitcoin.

1335  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: January 21, 2016, 07:10:27 AM
I came to figure out, why would a consumer/customer use Bitcoins?
You have to pay the 3 cent fee, while you dont have to pay anything when paying with a credit card.

So what is really a benefit for using Bitcoins, customer wise?
For the Sellers(Merchants) it is the best way to deal in bitcoin because there is no chargeback and the fees are almost zero, but for the buyers it's not good like the sellers but you have to trust the seller otherwise you should use escrow.
1336  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Dollar on: January 21, 2016, 07:07:10 AM
Dollar is accepted everywhere and many people in the world hold dollar that's why i never think bitcoin can replace dollar in the future.

Bitcoin is both money and investment. US dollar is just money/currency. So Bitcoin is superior to the USD. It will replace USD as reserve currency.

Everything you said is acceptable except one that you said as replacing the USD and taking position as reserve currency. USD dollar has a long back history by which attained this level. But bitcoin evolved only years back which is not that easy to take over USD's place

Exactly, it is really very difficult to replace USD by any majory currency and replacing dollar by a crypto simply impossible, as dollar is traditional and bitcoin is a new born currency, people would  surely use bitcoin as a currency but it would be definitely a secondary currency and dollar will always remain a primary currency.
Bitcoin is new but is has good potential to be one of the most succesful digital (crypto) currency for online transactions, but replacing it can't be because it needs time and needs stabilization.
