901  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SmartIphone - Scammer! Scammed me 30$. on: August 29, 2016, 04:57:59 PM
I don't want to edit the above post, I just found that skype id smart.iphone which is NOT mine
That profile picture is downloaded from my account avatar here which proves that someone else is trying or did scammed you.

I have many different people here which can prove my skype id but that is not necessary.
I'm interested to know where you get that skype id!

Please post a screenshot of the skypeID and lets close this deal because you damaged me and my reputation.

It's not my fault if you have deal with someone else pretending to be me!
902  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SmartIphone - Scammer! Scammed me 30$. on: August 29, 2016, 04:41:04 PM
Who are you? Never see you on this forum, neither heard about you, neither I buy or sell SwagBucks!

First of all where did you get that skype because it is not mine!?

The picture on that skype is download from my avatar, I have different one on my personal skype.

It is not fear to get negative feedback just because makes a scam accusation WITHOUT any VALID proof !
903  Economy / Digital goods / Re: top up service on: August 25, 2016, 05:41:44 PM

i am doing top up for bitcoin.

Which countries are supported and which one are not! On those countries that you can top-up are all carriers supported or only few?
I might be interested if you support the carrier that I'm looking for which I sent you in PM a minute ago.

I have sent you another country which I'm highly interested and let me know your potential, do you have any limit daily/weekly or monthly and make me a better price as I'm looking to buy in bulk.

905  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Issues about Coinbase mobile Verification code on: August 20, 2016, 03:05:42 PM
I was trying to open coinbase at my mobile and I have enabled the mobile verification code. But from last few attempts I'm not getting the verification code. The number is correct but no response from their side. I tried many times, I thought maybe the issue is from my operator side, but I don't think so because after doing that much tries. Does someone else get this issue?

I just tried opening my coinbase on my mobile and when at verification process I was asked for the 2FA instead of sms.
Try to open your account on the web (from a PC) and try if you receive the code or not, if yes enable the 2FA which is better than SMS.
906  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: August 20, 2016, 02:57:21 PM
Right now i trying to mining a lot of coins, i thinking its mabey its good to save the coins like 6-12 mdr before selling it.

Can orther explain about its a good point else about the risk its to high to lose to lot on it?

You haven't been active for more than a half year and don't know your progress until now but If I were you I would hold most of them.
I would sell a part of them only if I need to pay for the electricity and for the mining maintenance.
907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Companies Who Reimburse Losses Stay Alive on: August 20, 2016, 02:52:34 PM
It depends on how much bitcoins do they leave in the hot wallet or in the 'cold' wallet because recovering tens of millions of dollars is not easy and can not be recovered in a short period of time.
I don't like to see this kind of statements from big companies but if they say that have a huge reserve capital then lucky them and lucky their users.

if the recovery plan is based on trading fee's recouping losses.. then lets take bitfinex for instance
they have done $4.5m in volume today based on https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/bitfinex/
which at a 0.3% fee (0.1% take 0.2%make) works out at $13.5k in fee's
even if they ploughed every penny of the fees into making everyone whole. its still 5,300+ days (upto 15 years at current volume) to actually make people whole again

so bitfinex for example better have some reserves. or can buy the debt back at pennies to the dollar as a settlement agreement with their creditors/debtee's(customers) or they are in for a world of hurt

after all
lets pretend they never needed to spend any money on wages, offices, servers, etc over the last 2 years, just so they could build up a reserve.
checking* they had an average $6million trade volume a day* ($20k fee) it would have still taken them 10 years to rake in enough reserves to have $72m.
*2 year average from stats

knowing they actually were spending fee's on business costs over the last couple years. there is no way they have reserves to cover the loss and no way they can make anyone whole again in the next couple years using future fee income either.

not unless some numpty buys the business valued at (-)72mill for a single $1. and puts in the other 72m to make customers whole again.
.. knowing that at their best years (prior to hack) it would take 10 years to just get 72m in fee's before business cost deductions. i cannot see any numpty investing 72m to make customers whole..
or as i said not unless they can settle with their creditors/debtees(customers) with a pennies on the dollar settlement.

All their staff and employees didn't volunteer for 10 years to cover the loss, but I think that they have got any investor which invested there and those funds can cover the loss.
I don't know what have they planned and how will they deal in the future, increasing the fees? or any other extra service which can generate income.
908  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If You Had 20Bitcoin To Trade With... on: August 20, 2016, 02:40:32 PM
What would be your ultimate strategy to trade safely with 20BTC, cashing in a minimum of 1BTC a day. Also what would be the altcoin of your choice to trade in?

Earning 1BTC a day? Create an exchange, lists most of the altcoins and see if people trade up to 500BTC a day and with a 0.2% fee you earn 1BTC every day Smiley
Otherwise trading bitcoin to fiat or to altcoins still needs time to reach 1BTC but not within a day.
909  Economy / Economics / Re: How good are you at managing your money on: August 20, 2016, 02:37:10 PM
While we are all here on this forum to earn one way or another, how well do you manage that money after you've earned it. Do you trade your Bitcoin as fast as you can spending it all in a day or do you save it? I recently got paid for a job I did in programming and i keep finding myself wanting to spend more of that money i made. I have a lot of credit card debt and that is not good. I have destroyed only two ofg my credit cards to which I owe thousands of dollars on.

how do you spend your money?

The human spends money as much as he has and if he can so basically I don't spend too much money so I can mange them better.
Don't spend on things that you don't need, on things that are luxury, save more bitcoin.

911  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Megaupload + Bitcoins on: August 20, 2016, 02:07:04 PM
There has been created a fog about kim dotcom and bitcoin such that we don't know what we are discussing, we don't know how and what is he doing with the megaupload + bitcoin.
Or he will integrate bitcoin as payment method (nothing to be surprised), or he will force people to download the files only when they make a transaction(pay for the files)
912  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Is this site secure to invest on: August 20, 2016, 01:42:49 PM
I read many bad reviews about this and these can be found easily:
http://bitcoincloudmining.org/en/bitstorm/
http://viral-alert.com/bitstorm-biz-scam-site-warning/
Since it is cloudmining then where is their profit after 10 days if they pay 100% until day.
For sure they will end scamming people.
913  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Brain wallet password based on fingerprint? on: August 20, 2016, 01:31:54 PM
I just had an idea. What if there is a tool which algorithms create a brain wallet password from the fingerprint (or from multiple fingerprints of the hand)? Every fingerprint is unique. Therefore every password created by the algos will be unique, too.
Thus, one would never run into the risk of losing his or her password anymore. Perhaps there is something already. However, I do not know it.

Even if the wallet password is based on the fingerprint there should be always an alternative to unlock it like the phones.
Sometimes you can't put your fingerprint and you enter a password and unlock it(like the laptop, phone etc), which is still not 100% secure.
914  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Need paypal to btc service on: August 20, 2016, 01:23:24 PM
You can find here users that accept PayPal and pay you in bitcoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0
You should make a deal with them but not all accept paypal from newbies as it is risky.
915  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What secure wallets needs 2fa before sending on: August 20, 2016, 01:21:10 PM
I will like to know  secured online wallets that require 2fa before sending btc.

Coinbase offers this kind of feature, you can specify in which situations you require 2FA.
For example:
Code:
Require verification code to send:

Any amount of bitcoin or ethereum — Most secure
Over 1.2000 BTC (64.3087 ETH) per day
Never — Least secure
Thanks but  coinbase bans your  account if used for gambling. Do you know any  other wallet with this  feature

If they ban your accounts do you have still access to you bitcoins or you should forget about the bitcoins there?
I haven't seen any other wallet which has the 2FA implemented when sending bitcoin.

917  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cyrpto vs Fiat on: August 19, 2016, 11:14:37 PM
Maybe the transaction speed is the same or faster than bitcoin but are the fees the same or at least similar? I doubt!
Sometimes fiat is better and faster and zero fees but sometimes making international transfers it takes lots of fees and time.
This very useless to discuss which faster in the transaction bitcoin or fiat, because the basically transaction is always same just different in their fees and the institution is providing transaction service.

Have you tried to make a transaction at weekend?
Have you ever tried to make an international transfer? Or when there are holidays?
If not then i can tell you that the transaction speed is not same comparing to crypto which is almost instant.
Well, crypto isn't instant, but it is much faster when you compare it to what you're saying. There is definitely a considerably different rate of transaction between the two entities. Most service-based entities that offer global/international transactions are pretty poor anyways, and it takes a while for the transaction to go through even on the best of days. There simply isn't enough speed with it for it to be worth it most of the time. Bitcoin offers a considerably cheaper and faster alternative to international exchange and transfer services.

I made my word in bold style, I said "almost", if you are lucky the transaction can be confirmed within a minute.
Same goes with doge or ethereum, we don't need hours for a transaction to be confirmed, or days like the traditional bank transactions.
918  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to sell? Or to buy? on: August 19, 2016, 11:05:43 PM
Have you guys notices exceptionally low USD price? Dollar is not only 0.88 of Euro. Forex markets are reacting allergically to divergence between American and European Central Banks.
And guess what? It is a great time to buy bitcoin, because I predict some investors will react and switch their interest from FOREX trading to crypto inventing.

I'm a bit skeptic about this even though I like your idea to buy bitcoins at this time.
I think that it's time to watch the price if it is going down or up, or it's time to trade a bit in fiat and other cryptocurrencies (those actual cryptocurrencies or those that are on the ICO phase)
919  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Cex.io a legit exchange service? on: August 19, 2016, 10:59:35 PM
Greetings,

I couldn't find a proper place to post this thread anywhere, have my apologies if it's misplaced.

Anyways, I have 0.7 BTC and looking to sell it and have the funds transferred to my VISA card.

The website which seems easiest to use is cex.io, though the TrustPilot ratings are really horrible. Can someone please share any experience with CEX.IO and whether I should use them for the BTC cashout.

Thanks

I think that they are legit, I found some reviews about cex.io

The Higher the votes next to my choices will be my PICK and I will sign up to voted BTC WALLET.. Thanks in advance.. Smiley
Depending when and how are you using the bitcoin wallet, if you travel a lot then a mobile client is a better choice for you like the Mycelium.
Otherwise from the list above I would suggest the Bitcoin Core or Multibit (and why not Electrum?)
