There's too much confusion
I can't get no relief
That looks like a face.

And not a damn thing we can actually DO about it. Self-correcting problem eventually, but until then it will only get worse.
At least they're trying quite hard to fuck themselves these days by completely ignoring the will and voices of citizens. And Bitcorns arrived pretty much just in time for the next big crisis as well. With the US shitting dollars and European banks drowning in toxic loans all on top of all the other nonsense we might actually see some exciting changes quite soon.

Also fuck Canada. Despite their SJW retards I was considering moving there due to comparatively low CG tax rates and what I thought to be low income and corporate tax rates (by European standards). But it turned out that the tax calculator didn't include federal income tax, which bumped it up to near 50%. Fuck that noise.

when is the last day of blockcancer softcap?
IDK what are you trying to say but Blocklancer Reached softcap in pre-sale (1000 ETH).
Now Blocklancer is very close to 6000 ETH, i hope Blocklancer will be attain more than 6000 ETH very soon.
Blocklancer Token Sale will be end on 28th february.  Smiley

yes, the most important this project has achieved what is fried, whereas with more they would have had many plans ahead with Project Blocklancer
The plans are the same. I have talked to Michael about the marketing efficiency, and the available budget is enough to provide significant growth. Based on the estimates he provided (which are in line with industry standards) and the current budget it would be more than realistic to compete with e.g. Upwork on equal footing even if they were equal in the service that they provide. But Blocklancer is significantly better, so it's not unreasonable to assume that the funding and platform combined are enough to overtake the market in the coming years.

And that's not taking into account any increases in the price of Ethereum which are to be expected around late summer.
1465  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 25, 2018, 06:09:05 PM
I very much agree with Ibian, Itod and Conspirosphere.tk.

Mining must be decentralized through competition, through research into the use of renewable energies, research into more efficient and economic technologies, through innovation, etc. Go fuck all the Keynesians who think it's a good idea to change the PoW without a real threat. For that they have altcoins or even Bitcoin Gold. If you consider a PoS as a possibility, for that you have ethereum and hundreds of other tokens.
I personally hold the position that people should consume much more energy and be much more wasteful than they are now.

If that really drove climate warming, natural disaster or resource shortage, the industry and governments would be forced to reallocate as many resources as possible into researching nuclear fusion and other alternative with utmost urgency.

I'm not in charge of anything. And I don't need anything either.

I just point out scams whenever I find them to make sure that people new to investing and to cryptocurrencies don't get duped by immoral scum. The last the crypto space needs is people turning away from it because of filthy scammers and their greedy slaves.

The scale of freelancers is bigger and bigger. The Coinlancer block chain creates a fair platform for freelancers from all over the world, and this group has potential for development in the future.I will hodl for long term profit and would like to see this project be succesful. When was the first (beta) release planned for the freelance platform, april this year?
There is no such thing as a "Coinlancer blockchain". It's an ERC20 token. I also recommend reading back on this thread. There are scam allegations that have never been addressed throughout the months.

we will wait for blocklancer to be listed in bitmart exchange. we can help vote blocklancer to get listed there .. big and amazing blocklancer project Cheesy Cheesy

Hi Admin! More power to you and the company!
I was able to list my LNC tokens in MyEtherWallet as an Altcoin and now am awaiting the listing of LNC in Birmart.  May I ask if I would be able to seamlessly transfer my account balance from my wallet to Bitmart once it gets listed? Will you be posting "How To's" regarding this?
Your LNC tokens are a so called ERC20 token on the Ethereum blockchain. As such, you can move them freely between Ethereum addresses. Once Bitmart (or any other exchange) lists LNC on their platform you will be able to get an address to which you can send your LNC tokens for trading on an exchange. Using MEW this is pretty straight forward by selecting the tab "transfer Tokens" since you already have added LNC to your altcoins.

I highly recommend using MetaMask (or a hardware wallet such as Trezor or Ledger Nano S) for additional security with MEW.

Stakes are only updated approximately once per week. Rest assured that you'll get the same amount of stakes regardless of when the team gets around to update them though.
1472  Other / Off-topic / Re: How does one get around patents? on: February 24, 2018, 05:09:43 AM
How the hell do you get around patents besides just paying for it or would you either have to pay for it to own it or royalties?

Or do u just say screw them and just make it anyways?
You can't just ignore patents. In the very best case you'd have to forfeit your profits, in the worst case you'd pay a hefty fine on top of that and potentially go to jail.

Either pay up for a license or come up with a different solution. Alternatively wait for the patent to run out and snatch it up if it's not renewed in time (unlikely if it's profitable).
1473  Economy / Economics / Re: investing in masternodes on: February 24, 2018, 05:06:11 AM
Shouldn't you know this yourself as a Hero member?

Anyways, Master Nodes, just like PoS and PoW, is worthless if the underlying coin that is generated is worthless.

The difference with investing in PoW hardware as opposed to Master Nodes is that you can mine different things if your original target became less profitable.

With Master Nodes you'll be stuck with potentially worthless crap. The ROI might be high, but that is only true when calculated in the altcoin that the node produces, not in fiat or even Bitcoin.

Since the node literally shits coins it's safe to assume that the value of each coin will depreciate over time unless the project satisfies some serious market demand, something that is exceedingly unlikely.

Hence, investing $500k in master nodes would be irrational unless that amount is just such a tiny portion of your crypto portfolio that you literally wouldn't care about it evaporating over night.

Given the extreme environment I'd actually find Antarctica more interesting than traveling from one western city to any other. Might have to put that on my list.
1475  Other / Meta / Re: Merit Requirements too difficult to JR. Members on: February 24, 2018, 04:49:23 AM
A strange innovation. How do I get 10 merits, it's still clear, but what's next? 100 merits is generally unrealistic, I keep silent about the next ranks. I'm upset with this
There's nothing unrealistic about gaining 100 merit if you participate in the forum in its intended way.

I've gotten a little under 100 in just two weeks, which is the amount of time it takes to update activity anyways.

And in between member levels you pass through multiple such activity periods.

Alas, you should have enough merit by the time you have enough activity to progress just by making quality posts.
1476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Austria Prepares New Regulations for Cryptocurrency and ICOs. on: February 24, 2018, 04:45:18 AM
I don't think any country within the EU will ban Bitcoin, because every country in Europe (especially France and Germany) care about so-called freedom, and it would be bad for their image if they ban Bitcoin.

Now what Austria is doing will also happen soon in Germany and France, most likely other countries too.
It's probably bad news for alt coins actually (the most obscure ones I mean).
They pretend to care about freedom, but in reality only care about maintaining enough of an illusion of freedom so that people will keep voting and thinking that their votes matter.
The general public doesn't want uncontrolled immigration, but politician force it through anyways.

You also have no word in whether or not you'd like to home school your children in Germany and will go to jail if you refuse to send it to public schools, no matter how bad they are.
1477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ARK will be as big as ETH and NEO on: February 24, 2018, 04:43:07 AM
One thing I've experienced with ARK is that its transaction speed is very fast.
Good coin compatible with various language. ARK will go big this year.
Fast transaction speeds are normal with "low" volume. You can't really judge a coin based on its speed if it doesn't pump through hundreds of transactions per second.
1478  Other / Politics & Society / Re: TEACHERS SHOULD HAVE GUNS IN CLASS on: February 24, 2018, 04:42:07 AM
It is totally the craziest idea ever.It is not necessary for teachers to own arms, never knew what dangers the outcome would be.
I guess you haven't heard of the mass shootings in American schools yet? Given the circumstances it's far from being the craziest idea ever. And if we look at history I'm sure the jews in Germany would've much preferred to own guns as well...
1479  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin in India. on: February 24, 2018, 04:40:15 AM
As most of you might know that here, in India bitcoin is not considered as a legal tender.
As the Union Budget 2018 in India was announced on February 1 this month. The finance minister of India, Arun Jaitley's statement in that about cryptocurrencies in general was-
“The government does not recognise cryptocurrency as legal tender or coin and will take all measures to eliminate the use of these cryptoassets in financing illegitimate activities or as part of the payments system."

Here I just need to know why does the government not support cryptocurrencies. Gold is also not a legal tender and that too can be used in financing illegal activities but still it has a lot more advantages than this. Same as bitcoin has tons and tons of advantages for all!
What do you think about it? Is the government right for not recognising cryptocurrency as a legal tender! Or they should reconsider it?

In india they consider a bitcoin as a threat on their economy , some say said that beware of bitcoin , but yet it's not actually banned the government said that be aware on investing through bitcoin industry. Such as philippines my country still not implementing or legalizing the bitcoin , but yet it's not ban senators and government having a debate regarding this , on which if they legalize bitcoin what would happen something like that.

And as for me although bitcoin has a bad image on some people , bitcoin can be an outlet on some people too , to have a hope and to have a better future.
That's not just India (and more precisely the government and central banks and banks in general, not the people).

I've lived in Japan for a while and I've never come across a chilled crab machine. Where can you find those? Hokkaido?

I guess you'll have to ask around - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGH6hWth6Vo

Maybe they're out of fashion now.
I hope so. That's pretty fucked up, I didn't think they'd be alive.
Meh. Fresh seafood is best seafood.

In Thailand the average restaurant has tiger shrimps and crabs and fish out front. They are pretty lively early in the morning, not so much in the evening. Especially the ones that have already been cooked, served and eaten.

Where do you think your burger comes from?
From an actual farm.
