1101  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Accelerated U.S. Bitcoin ETF Adoption on: September 01, 2023, 01:41:02 AM
I don't think the Securities and Exchange Commission is losing a lot of money when looking at the fines large exchanges and other crypto projects have paid them.
With the spot ETF, the issue has already been resolved, but it is not known when they will be approved and start working. I think that this will happen no earlier than 2024, and before that you need to lure bitcoins from hodles, so the price should still go down so that the hamsters will sell at a slight increase in price.

Yeah I forgot about that part They also earn a lot of money from SEC fee stock and fines large exchanges and other investments that are related to the SEC.

I hope they approve after halving so the market can be as high as Mars not just the moon hahhaha.

What do you mean by losing money by the way? Do they need to pay money to argue their case in court? I never thought that was the case. Do you have any statistics on how much money they need to pay for each case?

According to this site that "It's difficult to come up with an average number for how much suing someone costs, but you should expect to pay somewhere around $10,000 for a simple lawsuit." - https://calbizjournal.com/lawsuit-basics-how-much-does-it-cost-to-sue-someone/

it is just for a simple lawsuit but I don't know how much they are going pay if they sue big companies like Binance Coinbase XRP in the same period

1102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Machine Learning and Bitcoin on: September 01, 2023, 01:32:31 AM
I think machine learning is part of the AI according the google that "As mentioned, Machine Learning is a branch of AI, pushing Data Science into the next automation level. " - https://braincube.com/resource/manufacturing-ai-vs-machine-learning-vs-data-science

So it's like a branch and in case Bitcoin they might can predict the price of bitcoin according to some technical analysis in my opinion, so they will learn more when their prediction is failed but keep in mind that the market is something that can predict 100% accurate now matter how strong AI is because there is so much factor to move the market. Unless the AI has Fundamental, Technical and whale analysis at the same time.

But with the wave-like today maybe the AI prediction is getting better maybe somewhat around 75%
1103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Spot Bitcoin ETF Approval Odds Rise to 75% (Bloomberg) on: September 01, 2023, 01:12:25 AM
Good News but what happened to the recent dump after Grayscale won the case against the SEC I mean Bitcoin ETF Approval will become a major milestone to get more investors, especially in the US Market.

when this really happens I think other countries will follow to make an ETF but in this case, Europe Already had one right just hope that Mr. Gary approve this
1104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hundreds of thousands trafficked to work as online scammers in SE Asia, says UN on: September 01, 2023, 12:31:48 AM
I heard the news that most of them are tempted by high salaries in other countries, so for example usually in my home country Indonesia people would like to go to other countries because the salary is higher there like Korea or Australia and then they get a passport after that go to desire country but the passport got hold by the employer and boom you can back to your home country.

That is sad but there is also other news about human trafficking not for sexual workers or drug workers but they get paid for their kidney what a crazy right - https://abcnews.go.com/Health/wireStory/indonesian-police-crack-traffickers-122-people-sell-kidneys-101628226
1105  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 01, 2023, 12:09:52 AM

Whattt the heckkkkk is going onnnn?  Sad
1106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin movement: my thought on: August 31, 2023, 02:20:35 AM
Bitcoin will be more popular if ETF is approved by Sec maybe US investors will likely be willing to invest because they know that the SEC is approved and know the funds are safe. But who know the future but from today Bitcoin will likely goes much further

Elsalvaldor accept as currencies The biggest investment fund manager like BlackRock also want bitcoin there is so many countries start to regulate crypto in a good way so this gonna be nice
I had never thought of that idea.. but thinking about it a bit large scale advertising through popular media such as football has the potential to reach a massive audience and raise awareness of Bitcoin among people who may not be very familiar with it. . Partnering with a popular soccer club could, in fact, bring more attention to Bitcoin and its use… Thanks to sports advertising being known for reaching global audiences.

Some exchange and gambling companies has a dozen of advertisement about crypto slow but sure bitcoin become mainstream
1107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [JUST IN] Grayscale wins lawsuit against the SEC on: August 31, 2023, 02:08:22 AM
First legal ETF in the US but I am still waiting for approval for BlackRock and Fidelity Investment since both of them are crazy fund manager with total trilion dollar so approved both will make bitcoin price stonk.

and like my previous post about the Sec loses much money and cases from XRP, Binance and Coinbase and now Grayscale  Cool will see when this lawsuit game end
1108  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Accelerated U.S. Bitcoin ETF Adoption on: August 31, 2023, 01:38:11 AM
Good news zasad@ it looks like the Grayscale won the lawsuit against the SEC as the mentioned by Yahoo Financial here "Grayscale Investments won a lawsuit against the SEC that may allow it to convert the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to an ETF, a watershed ruling that brings investors a step closer to the highly anticipated spot bitcoin exchange-traded fund." - https://finance.yahoo.com/news/grayscale-wins-lawsuit-launch-spot-211815209.html

It seems the SEC is losing the game against the crypto company but I am gonna see when this gonna stop  Cool
hahaha, I also read this news.
Of course, the SEC is unable to adequately explain why they allow a futures ETF and prohibit a spot ETF.
If there is no appeal, the SEC will soon approve many applications, and most likely the first will be the large funds BlackRock and Fidelity.

the Sec loses much money and cases from XRP, Binance and Coinbase and now Grayscale  Grin

since BlackRock and Fidelity Is one of the most biggest Fund Manager I think the approval rate would be still above 70% and SEC is approved maybe we gonna se bitcoin price move again.
also the deadline is near

1109  Economy / Speculation / Re: Challenging the lows, 25.5k and lower possible break here on: August 31, 2023, 01:33:19 AM
I hope that you are aware that the price of bitcoin is not predictable and is not something we can depend on, so bitcoin have its price and you can sleep and before you wake-up bitcoin price have accelerated, so therefore nobody can predict accurately when and how bitcoin price comes about, hoping that bitcoin can get accelerated in the month of September is not something I know full well, it can be tomorrow the price of bitcoin  falls drastically beyond our expectations or predictions and such is applicable to rising aspect of bitcoin  where by the situation of the price can rise tomorrow due to the market demand get accelerated or is of higher potential than the supply. So this two factors is strongly behind the elements that makes bitcoin to get increased and get decreased.

If there is a people in this forum that follow my previous prediction they made profit by now hahaha

Like I said before its just an opinion and beside that this was speculation board nothing here is 100% accurate but if you look at the situation right now you might aware that bitcoin price goes to my direction at 27K  Cool.
The next resistance zone would still likely at 30K but economic and news might make bitcoin can go lower again if Blackrock Etf is approved on 2 September the price will be stonk again but I heard the news about the fed will increse the Interest rate again might move bitcoin price to plummet again

1110  Local / Topik Lainnya / Manifesto Crypto Anarchist – Kita semua harus membacanya on: August 31, 2023, 01:09:45 AM
Penulis: GazetaBitcoin
Topik Original: The Crypto Anarchist Manifesto - We all should read it

1111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No Electric Supply to Bitcoin Mining Operations in Laos on: August 30, 2023, 02:40:31 AM
"Lao authorities said that cryptocurrency mining operations have failed to repay mounting debts."

besides the problem of insufficient electricity, they also have unpaid debts until now, maybe this is an excuse for the government to cut off the electricity supply to their business. because a good and profitable company certainly has an electricity generator which they can use to support their business, even though turning it on is expensive but it shouldn't paralyze their business, unless this mining company has complex problems and is on the verge of bankruptcy.

And when I am a government I will stop the electricity when there is debt waiting to be repaid for long period and also I will tax them so it could benefit the country

Well if you don't have the water then something has to be done. I would consider mining a sub critical load. Nothing bad is going to happen if they stop mining. Power goes out to hospitals, schools, airport, business and such you have a much bigger problem. They do the same in Texas during extreme events.

Yes I agree with you since the country not contributing much and still has debt to repay from the mining companies i think no electric supply is best way and power can goes to priority line like school and hospital
1112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long can Bitcoin out perform inflation in the long run? on: August 30, 2023, 02:29:55 AM
Every four years seems to be the best way if you want to sell at the highest, don't sell your coins every year because Bitcoin isn't in bull run season.

For me, I have not yet sell my coins. I only sell small amount in order to buy foods, pay bills, household, electricity etc. The rest of my coins, I continue to hold until I don't know when I sell because I'm not really focus to increase my coins by selling my coins, I'm focus to develop my skill to get paid higher and continue DCA-ing.

10000% Agree if you want to hold the bitcoin as an investment the 4 year cycle or the halving cycle is a good choice because you can take profit at the very peak of the bitcoin price.

and like despairo it would be very nice to hold as much as possible, especially when you get money from the crypto industry by doing bounty or airdrop like signature campaign, you will get btc from your signature then you can just hodl it.

or Since you treat bitcoin a investment you can hold as much and as long as possible and take profit when you are ready. at 4 year cycle bitcoin already beaten inflation rate on any country in my opinion

1120  Economy / Economics / Re: Blackrock invest in ukraine on: August 26, 2023, 01:51:52 AM
So when BlackRock is planning their investment in Ukraine, the intention is now very clear. If the access cannot be received by war tactics, the next step is to gain access of the financial markets and gain so much dominance where US government can put pressure to have a military base in Ukraine. Well thought out plan by the only warmongers of this century.

and you forgot mention that if the news is true BlackRock will made ton of money from this war First they will get more money from their Stock that related to war and I see stock like Raytheon or Lockheed is at the peak price now BlackRock had their stock

and secondly Op said Blackrock Invest in ukraine in the lowes point of country that going war with russia so is like buy bitcoin at lowes point of bear market the will gain lot of profit when the war end and economy start to rise
