Cyberlizard is stepping down

the rats are jumping ship to save themselves from the mess they helped create

Ignorant statement is ignorant.

Original Mod Team did not assist in creating what HT has become. The appointed Administrators are your target.

So tell me this. Any other ex-HT mods such as blacklizard are welcome to chip in too.

The whole hash talk site seems like a scam room type setup. Bring in the sucker. Isolate him. Dazzle him with these grand announcements and all these people raving about all the money they made from Gaw. Extract money from sucker. Rinse. Repeat.

Can you comment on this? Do you know how many fake accounts are out there used by gaw staff (including Josh himself) to dupe the suckers?? Did you notice or suspect this going on at all? Do you have chat or other evidence that can prove this?

This would be a big help to the community if you could come forward with any evidence... It would also help to prove to the community that you were not complicit in any of this.

I gotta say there are a few hashtalkers I actually feel a little sorry for...

Yikes, btc is 289 on coinbase right now.

289 x .01 = $2.89 for XPY

Such a deal!!

Just think you can rent a hashstaker for 3 months at only $11.95.

That three month rental will get you (almost but not quite) 1 shiny XPY which is worth $2.89 right now!!

I repeat, such a deal!! Yes I want to stake my 401K and my children's college fund on that bet!

I have a buy order in at 0.00344400. Figure if they get low there will be another pump. Smiley

Yeah, there will be a bottom and a bounce no doubt. How do you predict it though? I'll let the experts play.

I'm not sure which part of this is more cringeworthy:

buckrogers who called everyone around here "idiots" is selling off hashstakers

OR

someone is actually buying

https://hashtalk.org/topic/27531

I can accept XPY at a rate of $10 each. lol way to create your own price for Turdcoin...

To me this smells like a scam. He is selling the codes to register hashstakers. That seems unusual. Usually only accounts get sold because if someone buys a hashstaker usually they at least plug the code into zencloud.

This is probably josh being sneaky and cashing out a little more. Watch this thread carefuly and see if the guy ever actually runs out of stakers or if he somehow comes up with more stakers to sell later on. It reminds me a lot of what was going on with ltcgear on the ltc marketplace forum before that last month of problems.

yes but at 3$ paycoins are tempting
i sold a lot higher Smiley

whole gaw ponzi scheme let me earn decent loot.

i started with war machine and conwerted it into hashlets,
some trading, mining, renting at betarigs, nicehash, dumping...

now only trading left, but i am not sure if it is wise since gawminers have staked their premine +16% already and normal folks got nothing

With the amount of bagholders left, this is risky risky business. Just keep that in mind whatever you do.

I find it funny how they don't name said institution.  More promises, I thought they weren't going to make any more public promises and just get to work.

Yep, this proclaimed new kingdom looks pretty much like the old one...

Hey dude, glad you are here. So who the hell was doing all the shadow-banning over there anyway? I know some moderation was necessary but damn that was a joke. At least when you banned me you told me why in the thread.

Someone should make a Hitler Paycoin youtube video  Grin

Yeah, this would be a good template

Hitler gets a margin call

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVB-SSkkLnY

That is a totally awesome spoof vid. Perfect text syncing.  FWIW: For anybody looking to diversify a bit using Bitcoin directly to purchase actual real physical Gold & Silver these guys have been great:

http://agoracommodities.com/product-category/silver/

Limited products available, but prices darn close to the best anywhere and quick ship. Looks like the Paybase team forgot to give these guys a call so the poor fools getting Paycoined by Josh could buy some actual tangible investment assets with Paycoin. Oh well, they can still buy $100 USB sticks and Rayguns from Meganet, right??

Yeah I use them. Joesph is a nice guy. And gold is a great balance to all the volatility of the crypto world.

Im pretty sure at this point we can start a class action
Didn't the new TOS prevent it?-)

Nothing prevents a lawsuit if you are willing to pay the price.

Why are they letting Josh speak??

It's a bitcoin conference. He's a Paycoin guy.

Would you let Jack-In-the-Box speak at your McDonalds conference???  Cheesy

For a guy that recently went on the record to say BTC is not viable, why would he name his company B.T.C. for Christ's sake?

SMDH, most of these have to be Gaw employees. Please tell me no one can be this dumb again and again...

https://hashtalk.org/topic/27524/buy-paycoin

This will not end well.

As the followers show their endless, drooling faith to Josh, there's something else they may need to start worrying about.

Mr. A.D.D.-king Garza has treated paycoin like his shiny new toy. Children tend to lose interest in their toys abruptly when the shine dulls. Paycoin is now damaged goods. The innovations he claims he will be focusing on might very well mean he will start distancing himself and losing interest in paycoin. He may start withdrawing support and development (what little there actually is) from all things paycoin related as he decides to stop throwing good money after bad in a losing proposition. He is surely smart enough to know that coins never come back from a collapse like this in the end.

So watch out folks, Josh may already be planning to move onto his next scheme and you will be left as bagholders.

Watch for the signs. If suddenly "paybase" is the focus, and there is a subtle shift away from paycoin and back to bitcoin, watch the fuck out. Your investment is about to be toast, just like every other thing (ie, hashlets, primes, vault breakers, etc) that he hyped as the greatest ever but then lost interest and moved on from.

Quote from: Josh Garza
Somewhere along the way we got a little lost. Somewhere talking about things became more important than building them. Announcements became more important than what our customers really needed.

It's the first time I think I've ever seen him admit to anything... Shit just got serious!

Multiple people there are saying that remove paycoin from other exchanges will make it easier to have a 20 dollar floor. How on earth would that work?

Get rid of the exchanges, then gaw/paybase can control the price:

ie, we will buy 1xpy for $20 for every 1xpy we sell for $20 (with 10% fee both ways).

And why will they do that when they can buy them for 4 right now and aren't doing it?

Cause they actually make money on every sale this way rather than lose any money. Basically they can make it work like their hash market in a sense.

No they don't. 20 - fee is more money than 4 right now.

No, what I'm saying is they will only buy 1 XPY for $20 after they have sold 1 XPY for $20.

jeez, cryps is so fun to watch..

There's two 2000+ xpy sell orders creeping up looking to take xpy below .01 at any sec... It reminds me of a shark frenzy.
