445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Exposure to bitcoin at young age on: May 29, 2024, 08:04:11 AM
Do you think that exposure to bitcoin at an young age is a good thing in general ? I feel it should be taught based on individual personality and not to very young guy. This is because all young guys might not be responsible enough to invest and track with patience at young age. However, those who have the required patience can make very high returns on their investment by investing at an young age. So, which side are you in this aspect ? Do you feel that all young guys should be informed and educated about bitcoin ?

Yes, absolutely! Exposure to Bitcoin and how it works is not gonna hurt anyone. Exposure to investing and trading, on the other hand, can be harmful, especially at young age. So, my answer is: yes, all young guys should be informed and educated about Bitcoin the sooner the better, but at the same time please tell them that Bitcoin technology and things like trading and investing are different things entirely.

-snip-
Just asking your question about the topic odds to be qualified as wagered.

I ask your question directly to (Agent-Support) in Duelbits. They respond to me, the wagering is counted as minimum odds for the multibet as a while not each selection. Feel free to ask with them as well (directly to agent support)~

Thank you, @ryzaadit! I think it will be good to know for many Duelbits's customers, that the odds must be not less than 2.0 not for each selection, but for the whole 3-leg multi bet. It's much easier to achieve it like that. But I'm afraid it's pointless for me to participate in the Duelbits' Festival Of Football because of this rule: "Users must have reached the Rookie 3 milestone to be able to claim a reward." , because I haven't reached the Rookie 3 milestone yet:

But I wish for you and others who are qualified all the best in this amazing Festival Of Football by Duelbits!

EDIT: Oh, I see, I got everything mixed up!

I can participate in the Festival! So, good luck to me too! Smiley
447  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does addicted gamblers only lose money all the time on: May 28, 2024, 10:57:37 AM
I feel so bother and that is why I decided to ask this question.

We keep talking about gambling addiction and how bad it is to become addicted, does it mean that addicted gamblers lose money all the time? Do you means those guys doesn't win anything at all? Can they not be lucky to win jackpots?

On this board, we are always referring addiction as a terrible thing but does it mean that those addicted gamblers doesn't win money, are they only bounded to losses upon losses?

It's impossible to only lose money all the time. It's just mathematically impossible. I remember one dice challenge, where, according to the conditions, you should have lost your bet six times in a row with a 66% win chance. I completed the challenge, but it wasn't an easy task, I must say. I had to endure so many unwanted wins along the way!

So, no, no one is bound to losses upon losses. Sometimes you win.
448  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much of my salary should I use to gamble on: May 28, 2024, 09:51:22 AM
~ sometimes the budget is 5% of my salary not always all the time. When the balance starts to go to zero, from the growth of bringing in 5% of my salary, it can increase many times over and I can withdraw money to achieve my target. When the balance started to go to zero I made a deposit from yesterday's winnings. I'm not always ambitious because I've had bad experiences that I don't want to repeat

It's a good approach to gambling, mate. Try to play only from the money you won earlier. And if, because of bad luck, you are out of those money, then, if gambling is what makes you entertained, makes you relaxed, helps you take a break from your hard work, you can make another deposit, but not more than 5% of your monthly salary per month, or, around 1.5% of your salary per week. Never go over that limit.
449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling mistake repeated by the gamblers on: May 28, 2024, 09:08:41 AM
~ When he wins big, his stakes increase and his appetite becomes more intense, which makes him unable to continue gambling for long. He doesn't care any suggestion but when he lost his entire money he regretted the loss to me. I think it is very important for gamblers to learn self-control.
It is very likely that your friend is already on its way to an addiction, as that kind of behavior is what I would expect to see in a person like that, unfortunately there is not much you can do, since you have already tried to express your concerns regarding his betting habits and he is not willing to change, which makes it painfully obvious that other people have tried to do the same to no avail, so it will not be long until things get out of control and your friend will begin to desperately look for help, while he ignores it at the same time.

He is not "on his way to", he is a gambling addict right now. This is the mistake repeated often by gamblers and by people around them: they think they are just on the way, while they are in the middle of it already. Don't fool yourself, go to the doctor, to the professional that can help you to get rid of it. If you don't have self-control, let someone else to control you. It will be better than sinking deeper and deeper into your addiction.
450  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - Drake, UFC, Everton, Stake F1 Team on: May 28, 2024, 08:39:47 AM

Yes, it worked perfectly for me. Thank you, @ryzaadit!

Now I can see a much clearer picture:

Here are some videos for hitting 4990x on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b6deQQsriN0. I also really want to hit those ~xd In my opinion people needed to make a bait bet with 0 dollars bet to spin/bet with around 2000-5000 bet. Then tried to start betting 1 cent and increase around 100-200% every 500-750 bet. Worth to tried, for people who are looking legacy.
~

A "bait bet"? Mate, you are talking about a dice game like you're talking about fishing. Smiley You can "bait" all you want in dice game, but in the end it all depends on luck completely. Once I won with 9,900 multiplier ffrom the 24th try. No bait bets, no nothing. Was making just straight bets, planing to make couple of hundreds of them, and hit it from the 24th try. Other times I was making thousands of bets without hitting it and just stopping. It all depends on luck, mate. No strategy is better than any other.
451  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $84k the Peak for Bitcoin? on: May 28, 2024, 07:27:20 AM
~
My guess on 2024 was old ATH was the rough top, so far we've stayed in orbit of that.  However if we really broke free and clear, I'd guess we can go higher then just 84k.

Me too. Why do they say that $84k is the upper limit? I don't understand that. I think, as it is almost always the case, the new ATH will be 3 times higher than previous one, so, I expect something around $200k this time.

Sometimes it amazes to how Bitcoin even grew this big and gained this kind of reputation than every other cryptocurrency out there and when I look at the amazing success stories of Bitcoin it makes me understand that yes truly this is merely just the beginning to the levels to what Bitcoin can actually do. ~

I totally agree with you, brother. I totally agree. And I'm not talking only about the price in USD either. I really believe that the problem of high transaction fees will be solved and then Bitcoin will be used regularly in stores and cafes, and by various music companies to sell a song or a ringtone. I really believe that most of the people in the world, not just 219 million as it is today, will be using Bitcoin and enjoying the benefits.
453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lottery Fever. What are your range of thoughts in response to Lucky Winners? on: May 28, 2024, 06:48:47 AM
~
Yes, it's true that playing the lottery only uses a little capital, but usually people who are addicted to the game will consistently play every day to buy lottery tickets and that definitely costs a large amount of money over a long period of time, so people spend all their money on the game. This lottery even though it is a game full of luck but still people who have more views about lottery will not care what people say, they continue to play it all the time and buy lottery tickets even with less money than in sports betting or playing in online casino games.

For some people it's not even "over a long period of time". When I was a kid I saw people playing instant lottery in some resort town, and some of them were buying the whole boxes of those tickets, hundreds of tickets in each box. They knew that there was a possibility of winning a car, and for some reason they thought that in a box with hundreds of dollars worth of tickets there will be a ticket winning a car worth of thousands. People act crazy sometimes.
454  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ BITCASINO - Elevate Your Gameplay 💎 #1 VIP Crypto Casino ✈️ on: May 27, 2024, 04:32:03 PM
New day, new adventures.

Today I decided to try something new. Went to Bitcasino and found there a slot with 446.4% RTP during the last 24 hours, Tyrants Fall by Slotmill.

A slot that I had never played before, by a provider that I had never heard of before. I personally really like the fact that you can find so many sots by so many differnet providers on Bitcasino. And it's important that they are not just different providers, but they've all gone through a rigorous vetting process to be honoured to be featured on this site.

I didn't win anything super great, just returned my bet couple of times:

But I'm sure someone did, given the 446.4% RTP. Maybe it was you?

I decided not to leave the site right away and found another game that was marked "NEW", Slayers Inc by Hacksaw Gaming

And here was everythinbg like I like: 10 cents, , minimum bet, great animation

and pretty nice wins too

And that's even without hitting Free Spins!

On Bitcasino you can always find something new that will make you happy. Smiley

They find a way until a certain time when they cannot otherwise find the money anymore and it is this exact moment that changes everything, some resort to illegal activities and some stop and only play when they get some money. The ones who resort to illegal activity we all know how they end up and most of them end up either in jail or even worse dead. That is why I think people need to think before any action they want to achieve and what consequences such act can bring them.

I think it can be said that they gamble with their own lives, because life in jail is almost like no life, right? And for what? What can be worth putting your life at stake? I mean, there can be such things but money is definitely not one of them. $1 million USD will not make you happy for lifetime. Just google it, there are tons of of evidence for what I'm saying. Isn't it better to risk only what you can afford to lose, like 10-20 cents, and win $100 and enjoy what it can bring you for the day?

It is a bad advice for many gamblers when you tell them not to gamble to make money, but this is just the truth, never ever use more than you can see lost when gambling, some amount are better stay the same than losing it all, build less expectations from gambling.

Why it's a bad advice? It's a great advice, mate!
456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Day streaming as gambler experience on: May 27, 2024, 01:10:02 PM
Lately, I have started day streaming as a sponsored gambler on one of the casinos I use to be a tester there, I chose one of the known platforms to start my stream, bought the gadgets I need even though Unfortunately I live in a country where the internet speed is limited, the quality of my stream isn’t as good as other popular streamers, however, I have got much support from the community and viewers, had fun and good slot hits.
For now my experience is pretty good for now, but I certainly need some advices from you to upgrade my channel, community, and how to grow and to the next step.

Do you think it is a bad thing to do, promoting gambling?

First off, being a promoter myself, I don't think it is a b ad thing to do, promoting gambling. Lying is definitely a bad thing, though. So, don't lie to your viewers. Always try to tell them what is really happening. If you were given the money to gamble by the casino you are promoting, tell them so, especially when they are asking about it. Btw, it's interesting to me personally how it works in your case. Are they giving you money for betting or you are doing it from your own funds?

As for some advices you asked for, I'd propose you to run some sort of quiz in the chat from time to time, with small prizes(If you don't have big sponsors yet) like around $5 to the winner. It will help your audience to grow for sure.
457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust bitcoin holders? on: May 27, 2024, 09:02:16 AM
~

A huge respect for people do that since that means they have strong belief on bitcoin that there will be great future will come on it and there's only few people can do that since not all investors really trust bitcoins dominance as they always afraid for its volatility that's why some people think that this is big issue of bitcoin which they are avoiding.

Its really hard to stick with believes especially with there's a down time happening that's why I really have a huge respect to holders since they are showing some intense strength that nobody can destroy their belief and continue to do their plan for betterment which bitcoin always shows then all of this people are always satisfied with those decisions they do since they are always the winners.

If there were no such people, BTC won't be were it is now. Even the greatest projects can be ruined by the widespread distrust. They can't be ruined forever, though. Everything that is as good as Bitcoin eventually finds a way to take its rightful and well-deserved place at the forefront of advancements beneficial to humanity. But it could happen 50 years later and many good people would not have caught the train. And Bitcoin holders either in early days or today, they have helped it to happen just at the right time.

460  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do people lose in gambling and still go ahead and bet more? on: May 27, 2024, 07:46:22 AM
Why only few think, that there are people who dont care much about money, but they like the process of gambling in general? There is nothing to be done if a person likes to risk, test his luck and he can not do nothing about it. And the money he looses in gambling is just payment for fun. Take any sport for example. For example any league in football. Dozens of teams, only one becomes a champion. And there are team that are always on the last places in final score table. People spend millions and millions on such teams, they will never win nor become champion, yet they continue to play. Or fishing. There are those who dont care about the catch. They like the process. They catch the fish and then set it free.

Compared to this process, gambling is much more fun, in my opinion. While it may be exactly like that sometimes, the other times it can be different. If you are having fun with spinning slots, bettinf 10 cents at a tim,e and win $100 by chance, you won't set that fish free, right? I don't know how to explain it, but I feel like there's definitely more to gambling than recreational fishing.
