721  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ BITCASINO - Elevate Your Gameplay 💎 #1 VIP Crypto Casino ✈️ on: November 08, 2023, 10:02:15 AM
Was it changed by my play? I don't know, but it was fun. Smiley

It may changed because of your play if you were the only one who played the game since you saw the 0.86% till it changed to 65.6%.
Without a doubt you were not the only one, there must be many other players who played the same game especially if the live RTP is counted globally (not only based on bitcasino traffic).
Although endorphina is not as popular as other provider, but I'm pretty sure this type of "book" slot game has its own players based.

I'm pretty sure the live RTP is counted globally. It makes using the info on Bitcasino even more exciting.

Today I found another slot with pretty low LIVE RTP, just one percent it was:

So I played it for 30 minutes, and it surely wasn't 1% for me. With all those wins along the way

it ended up being more like 99% for me. Smiley

And, of course, I played my all-time favourite Bitcasino Billion and it didn't dissappointed me this time too:

54x of my bet. What more can you wish for? Smiley
722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: November 08, 2023, 09:05:06 AM
~

Is it so? I've never encountered a gambling site where it's said in ToS that they will ban you if you are using AI. And I think that's because they don't regard it as a threat to them, gamblers using AI. At this point AI is in such state that some people can feel secure of their bet after consulting with it, but that would be not more than illusion.
Well, they need to update their ToS then because if not then they might find someone that will be winning a lot and they might suspect them of using AI and then ban them but then end up with them not on the right because they didn't have anything saying that prohibiting in their ToS the usage of AI. That's going to be a problem that casinos have to deal with now or it will come back and bite them in the ass because AI is getting better much faster and I'm not talking about the research AI ones, I'm talking about the commercial ones, even the free ones are pretty useful for many stuff already. Also even if you didn't encounter any casino that will ban you, they can always justify that it's cheating because you had an assistance and we all know that they're going to be doing whatever it takes to not pay winners if they're able to do it.

Yes, AIs are useful, but,for better or worse, not for making bets. I've checked that many times for sports betting, and and it gives you no edge whatsoever. Can you use AI to predict outcomes of slot games and dice? Well, that's a deeply philosophical question, innit? Smiley

~snip~

The first thing that comes to mind to me is that basically it would be impossible to know someone was using an AI to make bets. How you come up with your bet is almost impossible to prove.
~

I think the same, but that's if you bet manually. If it's a bot of some kind, it can be spotted I think.
723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: November 08, 2023, 08:24:27 AM
~ There are two kinds of people that bet $200 USD in a single spin: Some people are blindly chasing big wins and they forget about anything else; and there are others who simply can afford it. For the latter it's like for us betting 20 cents for a single spin. They have a lot of money and for them winning something like $20 is not entertaining at all, so, they need to make higher bets to have fun. The former kind, on the other hand, they are seeking not fun but big profits, and those people need professional help.

many things can get you addicted and this is never a good thing

I wonder if there's also rich people who do small bets just for fun and get a thrill out of 20 usd wins even though it's a really small amount for them
what do you think about it?

I'm pretty sure that there are such people. I even think most gamblers are like that. It's a healthy approach to gambling: not trying to win a significant amount for you, but enjoy small victories. For me, for instance, $4 is not a significant amount, but if it's 40x of my 10 cents bet I feel happy about it, and sometimes I even stop for the day after such a win. That's why I like slots where you can with as little as just 10 cents, but 20 cents is also OK.

Well, a big congratulations to you bud, and i am ultimately wishing you the best of luck in winning the ultimate prize in the challenge.

Unfortunately for me, slot games at the moment isn't really my thing, there are period i feel so lucky and very eager to try my hands on slot games, and there is other period when i just feel that playing any games that is slot related will mean me just wasting my money.

80x is a very nice multiplier, now, imagine that you had at least $50 bet on that game when you won with that multiplier, that would have been a sweet $4000plus, money good enough to start some really good business.

Anyways, one of the downsides of gambling is that we never know when we are about to win so that we can increase our bet  Grin, once again bud, good luck on winning the ultimate prize in the challenge.

Thank you! I know I will win a regular prize, like $5, but 80x is never enough to win the ultimate prize. From my experience the multiplier must be above 400x to end up in the top 25. But, of course, it's fun, and additional $5 to my already good win wouldn't hurt. Smiley

Recently in another challenge on Stake Forum, "Win a bet on Video Poker by hitting 4 OF A KIND", I got 4 Aces with my initial hand:

I see it as a big luck and I'm very happy about it. Smiley
727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Success or Fail? - Talking about Gambling as a major income on: November 07, 2023, 08:25:50 AM
~
Exactly. I`m old enough and don`t need any applause for anything i`m doing. I know what i can, i see the result, i can share some ideas - that`s all i can do. And everybody can decide by themselves if i telling the truth.
PS. 2 times won and 2 times lost yesterday. The result of the week now is -$40. Even if i lose $100 this week - it is normal result for me - the monthly profit will be about $200-$230.

It's good that you are honestly sharing about your losses. Those who want to gamble should expect possible losses too. That's why it's very risky to take Gambling as a major income, unlike with any regular job, you can lose while "working". But I like your position on this issue: although earning from gambling yourself you are not encouraging anyone to follow you. What works for you, might not work for another gambler, and you take this into account.
728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A person who won 600k$ in lottery on: November 07, 2023, 07:36:17 AM
Celebrate your big win, buy some necessary but expensive things, and invest the rest in Bitcoin. That would be my advice.
~ apart from that celebrate winnings only with family because it won't cost much at least it makes people all around us enjoying the results of that victory.

Yes, that's what I was trying to say basically. "Celebrate" is the key word here. I also would suggest to celebrate with your family, with your close ones. They deserve it more than others. If you invest all your money in a business, then you might end up with nothing at all. So, that option should be excluded from the beginning.

I started also recently using bigger odds and it was tough to keep losing but if you hit a few streaks wins it's super worth it Smiley

Thanks for reminding me, guys, that betting with bigger odds is what I actually love and do. Having a long losing streak I almost gave up. But since low odds are not doing good for me either:

I'm switching to the high ones back again. Indeed, if you win with super high odds once, that makes the whole thing worth it.

Exactly. As I mentioned above, our brains have difficulty understanding odds. We see 1.5 as sure but that actually means you must win 2 out of 3 times just to break even. 3 out of 4 times for profit.

And anybody who makes multibets of 1.5 knows you are great to make 3/5 regularly Smiley

Bigger single odds like Barca losing is way more than the reality accepts making it good bet. I am learning this now Smiley

So, I switched to higher odds after that post of mine, and, guess what, it worked perfectly! Smiley

I lost like 30-40 consecutive bets prior to that, bets similar to these:

and it was tearing me apart, , but just in time I decided to switch back to my usual style of betting, and it paid off! Smiley
730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Navigating the World of Online Gambling on: November 07, 2023, 05:23:50 AM

online gambling can be a fun and potentially rewarding activity when approached with caution and responsibility. Think of it like playing video games, but with the added thrill of potential rewards. Be diligent, protect your privacy, and always gamble responsibly.

That's nicely put. Indeed, unlike with playing video games, we can expect some monetary reward, and this adds to the thrill. Even if you are betting with as little as just 20 cents, you can win with a 1,000x multiplier and earn $200 with that, good money anywhere in the world. And we all know that multiplier like 100,000x, 150,000x and higher are possible too. For most people it's a plus, but there are people for whom it's a drawback, for obvious reasons. We just shouldn't be among them.

Yes mate, being a part of competition is already something you must be proud of because you compete with full confidence even you
knew how hard beating them yet you show yourself respect and skills, Go mate I know that you can do it ..

thanks for the heads up about the new rules , i have not noticed that now competitors can send all in categories not like
in the past that only 2 that they can join, I am encouraging someone to join this event to showcase their talent , hope that sooner they will send theirs and compete with professionals .

I think I'm going to skip this one. No free time for making an artwork. But I will definitely have some time for checking out the thread when the winners are announced.  I encourage everyone who's not participating with their artwork at least visit the thread, Art Contest "Halloween", and maybe award with merits something they personally fancy. That's what I'm going to do anyway. If I can't be an artist, I will be the judge! Smiley
732  Economy / Gambling / Re: Evolution — report for Q3 (HOW THEY EARN THAT MUCH?) on: November 06, 2023, 10:13:54 AM

Their games are fair in the sense that they officially have an advantage over players, and they are not hiding it. Their profit is only telling us about how many gamblers are using their products, I don't understand why do you think it implies they are cheating. Like other people said in this thread, they don't need to cheat because they are making big money legally. Why risk your license?

Acknowledging your point and also the rigged casino may not be able to gather so much revenue as compared to the honest and trusted casinos.

Also if a casino is rigged you will not find it in mainstream media telling about it that how much they have earned over the time.

I don't know about " mainstream media" but surely the are sites monitoring that. A cheating game provider? What a gift it would be to them! They wouldn't miss an opportunity to write a big article about that and others would be happy to have a chance to re-post such an interesting news. It wouldn't go unnoticed, I can assure you. Smiley

There is no doubt that the Casino and games in question in this OP thread is legit.

I agree on this part, absolutely.
733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: November 06, 2023, 09:05:03 AM
I think that Kennedy Jr. is simply a puppet by the Democratic party. He's views are pretty similar to the views of Donald Trump and he will run as an independent candidate in order to steal votes from Trump. This will benefit Biden and the Democrats, but it won't be enough for them to win.
My prediction is that Trump will become president, but they will put him in prison, so the USA will become the first country, which has an elected president, who runs the administration from prison. The Democrats made a big mistake by turning Donald Trump into a martyr. Grin

I'm wondering if that's possible, to be honest. In my opinion a President sitting in prison is something
incompatible with reality. So, don't bet on Trump, guys, because you are going to lose your bets. Smiley Because it is very likely that he is going to prison sooner or later.
734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble because you don't have sufficient money? on: November 06, 2023, 08:41:31 AM

~ The more you know things is much better because then you will earn more money, or you will stop losing money because you know more, wisdom even in games of chance is always good, because it is a way to be clear that things can work much Better with knowledge. .

The only strategy that surely works is your money-management strategy. If you have none of that, you can lose all your money, borrow and lose more, and then borrow and lose more again. Something like this won't happen if you gamble not because you don't have sufficient money, but only for your entertainment.

No knowledge will help you to win in slots, but a proper money-management, which is based on knowledge to some degree, can help you to not turn your fun into disaster.
735  Economy / Economics / Re: Real estate vs cryptocurrencies vs business on: November 06, 2023, 07:39:55 AM
~ but I think for a successful businessman it would be nice to think about investing part of the profits into Bitcoin.
It is true that everything will depend on the interests, skills or insights that we have or that we master. And maybe I think it would be much wiser if we were experts in business, but we also can't always just rely on business. We also still have to have other alternatives, especially for storage and investment in the future. Whenever we have profits from business, it is better for us to also set aside Bitcoin investments. And if we already have enough money accumulated from all our investments and businesses then it is still important for us to also buy Real Estate and Build Property. Because we never know what will happen to the economy in the future. A business may experience great success within a few years. But in the next few years it experienced a slight decline. But if we have other preparations then we will be fine. Because we already have other plans and preparations to face all situations.

That's when our profits are really high, and we can afford to lose a bit if our investment in real estate fails. Of course if you have a lot of money diversifying your investments is a good idea. No one would argue with that.

~

Bitcoins previous statistics don't guarantee it will do the same in the future. The crypto market is totally unique compared to other asset class so extensive knowledge is required to make a profit from this market by investing. Some influencers show the positive side by overshadowing the negative one. This gives newcomers overconfident which causes the downfall of their career in crypto.

It is advisable to invest the money you can afford to lose in crypto. Sometimes the short term profit from the crypto market is not substantial for many investors. However there are not too many bitcoin centric businesses running around the world so there isn't much business opportunity for bitcoin in the real world.

Investing Bitcoin and in Bitcoin-oriented business are two different things. Bitcoin is rising because many people believe that there will be many Bitcoin-oriented business in the future, but it can take some time. For now just investing BTC itself can be enough.
736  Economy / Economics / Re: Cracking the Code of Saving Money... on: November 05, 2023, 11:35:56 AM
Billionaires have said poor people save money while rich people invest their money. Well, from that point of view we can clearly see differences and it's possible outcome. Saving money is much better than wasting it but investing it to something that will gave us more than the amount we save is the best and wisest choice.

But in many cases investing is wasting. Especially investing in something that seemingly will provide you with high yield. I wouldn't encourage people to invest instead of just saving. Those billionaires you've mentioned in the beginning they usually lose millions on the wrong investments before finding something profitable. Regular people can't afford that.

Yes that may be true, if we look at the many cases that occur about those who are wrong in terms of allocating money for investment then there will definitely be cases that occur or befall them, but I don't think it will always be like that, maybe this is just a matter of their lack of knowledge in the field and also of course following by not paying too much attention to the level of risk that can befall them. So maybe I think that's one of the reasons why they invest but in the end it's like a waste of time and money, and I would say maybe that's part of the process that they have to go through in the beginning, if they give up then yes I agree to the statement of wasting time and money, because they're already munder before the returns happen.

Of course it can't be always like that. We can talk only about probabilities. How probable is that your investment will fail? That's what everyone should think about before investing in anything. If you just think, "everyone fails with that but I will not", that's hardly a good way of thinking.

Saving money in your local currency, especially if you live in a troubled country, is very risky. I'd say, maybe it's riskier than investing in an established business. But saving in USD is probably more safe than anything else. USD can lose it's purchasing power with time, sure, but not to such an extent that it would be a disaster.

I'm surprised that most people have voted "Not me". Is it even true? I mean, unless you are a night guard at some warehouse, you can't gamble all the time, but have you guys never rolled a dice during your work? I mean, just for a minute or two, never? I'm not saying I'm doing it everyday, but once in two-three months I can find a minute to roll dice or spin a reel, or place a bet on a team I think should win. But it depends on the job, of course. I wouldn't be happy about my Uber driver making a bet during a taxi ride.
740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reckless gambling starts after a win round. on: November 05, 2023, 08:40:00 AM
Do you think its possible to become addicted to gambling when you haven't win a dime or after you win?

It’s very to become addicted to gambling or in almost everything if you don’t feel good out of it most importantly if you are still new on using it.

I think you meant to say "It’s very *hard to become addicted", and that is certainly true. If you feel no joy out of doing something, no joy ever, you just stop doing it (unless you are payed for that, of course).

I think addiction starts after you win, even if it's just once, that's when you start gambling recklessly and you also start betting higher.

Exactly, the taste of victory is what makes people hook on gambling because they can earn profit quickly while there’s a chance for them earn even more when they hit a lucky bet like on slot jackpot. Having an experience of small win while there’s a promising chance of higher profit makes gambling very addictive.

Well, it's addictive, but not very addictive, I would say. I mean, statistically most gamblers are not addicted, they are just doing it from time to time for their pleasure, not trying to chase even bigger wins after winning something.
