1601  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Bitcoins For Sale - Paypal Accepted on: September 01, 2016, 10:32:37 PM
Simple, guys. It's a scam. These scammers will tell you to send first on the pretext that "PayPal can be chargebacked so they need a certain time window to hold the funds for their safety". They then do everything possible to spend those PayPal funds or even retrade them for bitcoins... before you (the victim) does a chargeback.

There are no coins. Don't get your hopes up.
1602  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: (H) Paypal Want Bitcoins on: September 01, 2016, 10:20:57 PM
Threads like this are a good source of scammers' user names.
1603  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Looking for btc paying paypal verified on: September 01, 2016, 10:13:58 PM
I have Bitcoin available for PayPal at preev usd/btc rate +15% but you will need to send me proof that I can trust you (eg where your PayPal funds are from, or any reputation you have on any sites)
[/quote

I have my eBay account.  But since Facebook groups got big I've been buying from there so no forum creds..  Do you have any way to prove you are trustworthy?

You, sir, have the audacity, gall and shamelessness. Look at his "Trust" rating before asking that idiotic question you just asked above.

The red flags of a scammer are shown here again. Trying to deflect the trust issue and making potential victims obliged to justify their trustworthiness. The deflection works well psychologically because he tries to make himself look like a saint and questions everyone else, regardless of their trust rating. It's a (somewhat but not always) effective way to keep people from noticing his very noticeable newbie status.

Don't fall for this.
1604  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I have PayPal and I want bitcoin [1:1] on: August 28, 2016, 10:36:12 AM
I still need some btc

Well I have got 2 usd worth of bitcoins and I think you would not accept such a little amount . I would like to know your nationality so that I could think of bank transfer .
Cheers

The guy is an idiot. He wants to "bank transfer" $2.

PS-- let me guess, Indian? Only such people will think of a bank transfer based on nationality.
1605  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: SELLING $350 BTC, WANT PAYPAL on: August 27, 2016, 05:33:44 AM
Can I do it ?

Can't you read English?

"I will only deal with SUPER TRUSTED USERS in this community"

Or are you another scammer with English issues?

1606  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Have PayPal Funds , Need BTC trade on: August 19, 2016, 12:00:21 AM
Why would you want to do small amounts?  You have all the power here since only your payment method is reversible.  Sounds to me like your trying to get someone to trust you before you scam them and charge back the paypal account.

Agree 100%. That's the strategy these scammers use. The sympathy-baiting strategy.

"i got scammed just now"
"let's do this slowly and in small amounts to prove i'm not a scammer"
"i will never chargeback"
"scammers stay away" (stop scamming a fellow scammer!)

Then they cry about how they just got scammed. All that to gain the victims sympathy and rapport.

Scammer!
1607  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: My Paypal for your BTC (Preev+5%) on: August 11, 2016, 01:40:41 AM

Why don't you trade on Localbitcoin and forget Bitcointalk. There is no way to ensure a safe PayPal trade here. All that bullshit about escrow and selfies just makes you sound like a seasoned scammer.

A) Diversification. I do trade on localbitcoin, which I will continue to do. and also,  I want to start trading and build a reputation here. As far as I'm aware, there are no rules here that demands any kind of exclusivity for traders. Free market, my friend.

B) The "bullshit about escrow and selfies" are actually proven methods to minimize risk, which are largely used to safeguard online deals. if they weren't, then why do we have so many escrow services here?

Again, thanks for trying to keep the forum safe from scammers.  I too have been victim of scammers here, which is why I perfectly understand your concerns.

Any other question, feel free to ask or contact me.

Diversification. I love that word. Scammers are becoming more and more ingenious... clever, creative, enterprising.. the adjectives go and on. Diversifying their scam methods to attract the best possible btc returns.

I also love the elaborate stories here of how they used to get scammed, how other payment methods won't work (banks down, ATMs down, Western Union 90 miles from home, cash deposit too much trouble no banks where I live, basically anything irreversible is a no no).

Then there is this evolving trend of newbies or semi-newbies who post long elaborate stories that begin with sympathy-inviting lines like ohhhhh i got scammed before so i will never send send first, ohhhhh i can't withdraw my paypal funds to my bank account because my bank's systems are down for a month, ohhhhhh i guarantee you i will NEVER chargeback (cross my heart! i swear on my dog's grave!).

Then you have these scammers who pretend to be upright bitcoins traders warning potential posters on their thread that they will not tolerate scams (lol as if, the hypocrisy and audacity and shamelessness and the nerve!). Scammers warning off other scammers. That would be a bestseller.

Verdict: scam. Don't trade with anyone who promises and guarantees he would never chargeback. How would he guarantee that? By saying something he can't do, you get the first red flag. A scammer will always use a line I GUARANTEE....

Withdraw your stolen paypal funds and buy bitcoins the honorable way with an IRreversible payment method and on a secure escrowed environment.

1608  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: 6.25 PayPal want 5 bitcoin on: August 09, 2016, 12:22:26 PM

He wants PM. No forum posts where others can spot the scam.

Paypal.. newbie..

100% scammer

1609  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: $400 USD Paypal -> BTC on: August 09, 2016, 12:16:39 PM

Scam.

Using a well-composed sob story to entice victims to buy a newbie's paypal funds. Paypal. Have you forgotten? A fully reversible payment method.

Amazing how fate works against you in every way possible. Bank systems down.. ATMs down... wire systems down... anything that is IRREVERSIBLE is down. Oh and it so happens that a REVERSIBLE payment method is not down.

Withdraw your paypal funds to your bank account (don't respond here with a story that their systems are down for a month because that would definitely solidify and cement my scam theory!) and then take the funds out of your bank account and buy bitcoins in a secure escrowed irreversible trade environment.

New sob story coming up?

To those tempted to give this a try, know he's a newbie with a single post to his name and paying with a reversible payment method. If you neither value nor love your coins, go ahead and tempt fate.

100% scam.

1611  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling paypal for BTC, @ good rates. on: July 27, 2016, 10:01:34 PM
Hi.
This is a listing for paypal funds, being sent into your paypal account.
We provide funds being sent directly into your account at a very competitive and low prices! Please note: funds are NOT stolen, NOT hacked, you will NOT receive a chargeback or anything like that, we simply send funds according to our system and have partners that work with us that make this possible.

Our "test" payments (small payments we make in order for you to test us) are:

$10 BTC get you: $16 on your paypal account.

Our main payments are:

$50 worth BTC get you: $70 on your paypal account.
$100 worth BTC get you: $150 on your paypal account
$150 worth BTC get you: $300 on your paypal account
$230 worth BTC get you: $600 on your paypal account
$600 worth BTC get you: $1000 on your paypal account

Scammers stay away, we are a business, so will only send paypal AFTER confirmation of payment, we keep good high rates because we reinvest the payments you send, therefore we need complete payment before we send, if you do not trust us, no need to say bad things about us, either buy the "test " payment so we can prove ourselves to you, or do not buy at all. Keep the negative comments to yourself.

Pm me if interested.

You have the nerve and audacity to warn scammers to stay away when you yourself are a scammer. And what was that? You will only send paypal AFTER confirmation of payment? You are a fraudster of the highest order.

Keep the negative comments to yourself?? Nope. People like you should be exposed, condemned and humiliated for unashamedly and brazenly filling your stomach with food paid for with stolen bitcoins.

1612  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Paypal 4 bitcoin - US Paypal Service Wanted: Can you process my paypal payments? on: July 27, 2016, 09:51:57 PM
Looking for a Full member+ to process paypal payments on my behalf.
Someone with a established verified US Premier/Business Paypal that my customers can send payments to.
Preferably someone who is already offering this service to other members. No negative or bought accounts.

It would work like this.
My customers pay into your paypal account
You pay paypal fees
You pay me in btc minus your commision.

Please don't post/Pm if you are not a Full Member+ or have negative (DT) trust rating

I currently offer Official streaming services including 25% discount on Legitimate Netflix Subscriptions. (See my signature)
Obviously most people pay via bitcoin but some prefer to pay with paypal & I want to give them the option.
All my payments are between $3 -$12

Why can't you set up your own PayPal account? Why do you need third-party members to bear the risk for you? This is an extremely risky proposal you are offering here.

Sounds and stinks like an MITM scam. There is no way your bitcoin partner knows that you will deliver to those customers. If all those "customers" decide to do a chargeback later, guess who suffers the loss here.

I will buy your bitcoin with Paypal.

The rate is 10%, so if you sell $100 in btc, you will get $110 in paypal

I am a trusted seller on here, I have done many trades.

I can do both large and small quantities, hit me up.

Seek help for your delusional thoughts of yourself being a trusted someone.

If you need a list of people who provide this kind of help, pm me your location and I will "hit you up" with a list of them. Are you insured? They probably charge by the hour and I don't think they will take bitcoins.

1620  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying Bitcoin via PayPal - Preev +7% localbitcoin escrow on: July 10, 2016, 12:57:49 PM

No, they don't want to do the talking here. Too public and open. Lots of intelligent members here who might spot the modus operandi and spoil the game.
Skype it is. The perfect venue to financially rape someone with btc.
