Thank you for posting this. I have been telling people for a while now to use paper wallets instead of storing Bitcoin on exchanges because obviously if you don't control your private keys then your Bitcoin is at risk. With that said, this is something new which I am not technically savvy enough to understand right now. I need to research it, but will keep this post in the back of my mind in case the need to store Bitcoin in this way arises. Again, thanks for posting this.

Just think about the Blockchain as high demand realestate. If there is an office building right in the middle of town, and all the local businesses want to rent office space; creating more offices will just lower the scarcity.
Transaction fees are proportional to the price of Bitcoin. If the fees rise due to increased transactions then that means demand is high, thus increasing the price/btc.
The problem with your analogy is just because fees are high does not mean the price will go up or that is why the price is up. Think of it this way yes when fees are high it means there is more demand, but also people will stop using Bitcoin if the fees stay high and the supply will go up and demand drops and the price drops. We need a measure to keep fees lower in order to assure that everyone can continue using Bitcoin not only rich people or big drug dealers who can afford to pay high fees. Hope this makes sense!

What is so hard to understand about Bitcoin for these people? It is simply a form of virtual gold or money which you can exchange for things either online or in person. You have an address and you can send Bitcoin from your address to another to pay. Really, it is quite simple.

Now Bitcoin transaction taking too much time.A few days ago I send Bitcoin another address which was very urgent. And I pay the 18$ fee for the fast transaction.Miners accepted within 2 minutes. But it took about 7-8 hours to confirm my transaction.which was expensive and boring.
You paid $18 fee?! This is too much my friend. You must be sending a whole lot of Bitcoin to pay an $18 fee. Well, I suppose that actually you raised the fee very high for this high priority transaction. Hopefully there will be measures in place to lower fees in the future to save us money.

This lady post her propaganda daily trying to convince herself.
Who has all that hashpower?
We should hold protests in the streets about Bitcoin Cash. xD "Where is the hashpower?!, Where is the hashpower?!", where is the hashpower?!" People will think we are talking of marijuana (hash).

This is a good question! Technically speaking, the final Bitcoin will be worth the most, or should be worth more than any other Bitcoin. Why? How can one Bitcoin be worth more than the rest?
This is not the point. The point is, when one Bitcoin is worth $1,000,000 then the last one will also be worth $1,000,000, but the first ones from 2009 were worthless so you could say the last one is worth most.
Funny you should ask, because now I wonder if someone will try to sell the final Bitcoin ever mined for a collectible item. Imagine how much the first and last Bitcoin ever mined will be worth? Imagine how much the last gold of Earth would be worth.

I can't believe this.
$700,000 is more money than many people earn in their entire lives. Thinking about losing this much is disturbing... I feel your pain.

Actually this is the only thing which makes the USD strong, trusting in God. Without God, we are nothing.

ICO = "Initial Coin Offering" Quite simply, it means when a company/business is launching their altcoin or token to the public for the first time, you can buy it during an "ICO". It is like when a company goes public on the stock market it is called an "IPO", or "Initial Public Offering". Hope this helps.

It is already possible, just check out Cheapair.com or the travel agency, BTCTrip or the popular Expedia <online travel agency> If you like in Europe, you may try : Abitsky or Destinia and/or Fluege.com or Airbaltic. Bitcoin has been in the Air Fair business since 2014 already. ^smile^
Happy Bitcoin Mile high club member!
Wow. The Bitcoin market is really growing into lots of different areas. By the way, OP if you read this please change the title to "Air Fair" as that is the correct spelling.

I have estimates on the costs to have the site developed but my question is rather what would be the minimum or a safe amount to have for the "houses" bankroll ? keep in mind a new casino i would be surprised is going to be busy as hell right off the bat or even succeed at all with all the competition im just curious on some expert opinions. Thanks
It seems you do not know much about this space. If I were you, do not try to venture into it as you are bound to lose money. The casinos you see running were not started by one individual, but experienced businessmen who know what they are doing.

If you want to be happy dont use your bitcoin for you to buy drugs because its illegal and government will surely run after you, instead use your profit with bitcoin to support for your goals in life, use it for what ever legal purposes you want to do. Make your future healthy and not but any drugs.
It's not about happy or unhappy, but for drugs dealer or drugs transaction, bitcoin is really good for them. They can make the transaction using bitcoin and police never know about that, especially if the police don't know about bitcoin too. I think buying drugs with bitcoin is very possible but yeah it's still risky. Bitcoins are not 100% anonymous and the cops can trace the transactions through Blockchain. That is why the drug dealers are increasingly using Monero (XMR) instead of Bitcoin now. Recently, the Danish police arrested a few drug sellers, after tracing their Bitcoin transactions. Check this: https://www.thelocal.dk/20170222/danish-police-first-to-use-bitcoin-to-trace-traffickersThere is a new coin called DeepONION which is even better than Monero and 100% anonymous if you use it correctly. Well, no system can be 100% anonymous, but it is the best one out there as of today. I suggest you check it out!

Bitcoin is as secure as you make it. If you fail to take proper security precautions then you can kiss your Bitcoin goodbye eventually. It is only a matter of time. Don't believe me? Ask anyone who had Bitcoin from 2010 if they have been hacked/scammed I think over 50% would say yes...

-snip- Now there is no doubt that BCH is the real Bitcoin!
The real Bitcoin is the one which the community chooses (based on nodes and total network hashpower) and is not related to current block size in any shape or form. On a side node, watch as the number of nodes shrinks significantly in a year. So much for trustless & decentralized. There's a lot of truth in this statement; no judging, no name calling, and no statements with all capitalizations. Bitcoin Cash may win out; but the last few weeks doesn't prove that out. It'd be foolish to ignore BCH but right now my money is on BTC. Sorry, but anyone betting on BCH to outperform Bitcoin in the long run is getting long odds at best. The price is less than 10% of Bitcoin and not showing any signs of increasing. I don't see where this hype is coming from, considering this coin didn't exist a month ago and has no reason to become more popular than Bitcoin. Look, a lot of folks got free money, but you must admit that is what Bitcoin Cash is best at - giving people free money. hah

I think it depends on the amount of Bitcoin you are sending, but I could be completely wrong.
See, the more you send the larger the transaction therefore the larger your fee must be, etc.
At least that is what I noticed as each time I send Bitcoin the fee goes higher if I am sending more or lower if I am sending less.

BOOM
Every store is starting to accept Bitcoin now. Absolutely amazing!
I can't believe Uber already did... that shocks me as Uber was always slow to change payment methods when I used them a couple years ago. Seems as though they have changed a lot since then.
If this is true then another victory and another achievements indeed for the bitcoin history. This is possible because it will be a safe and convenient way of transactions. I hope it will be this easy in some establishment and other services too. You are right because Apple is the #1 brand in the world according to some estimates. The fact that Apple accepts Bitcoins means any business can!

I wouldn't say all young people should go all-in on Bitcoin for the simple reason that you still need to pay your bills, etc. and also while Bitcoin is proven to be an extremely great investment, the reality is that you should never put all of your eggs in one basket and this case in no different. With that said, OP is essentially true.

BTC has no nation, no country, no government, no state, no rule, no borders. Why are you guys attempting to make it a national currency so that it could be under a centralized power's control. This doesn't make any sense.
You are right in there. It seems that some people still do not grasp the idea of decentralization and still stuck in their centralized form of currency. It is hard to change when you have been that way for your whole life. But couldn't a country which has no intention of controlling Bitcoin still declare it as their national currency? What is stopping them from doing that? I could see it happening, and it would be a major milestone in Human history!

Imagine how many people got veryy rich from Bitcoin and crypto so far. Definitely lots... I would say thousands. However, it is unlikely that even thousands got extremely rich (I mean multi-millionaires) because most people did not believe in Bitcoin strongly enough to bite the bullet and buy it when it was worth very little. Myself included... ugh.

Selling Bitcoin is only an opportunity loss if you do not buy it back shortly afterward... (shortly, given that the price is so volatile).
