SCAM COIN, big dump coming soon.
This coming from someone with -2 trust. Ah, yea, I'll be sure to take your advice on that.

I've tweeted to Bittrex and C-Cex asking to add BamitCoin. No news yet. Maybe everyone should do the same.

So is that 18:00 Greenwich Mean Time by way of the Bermuda Triangle? Dev's must have gotten stuck in traffic, I suppose.

|
it doesn't bother me that coin is premined...just trying to understand dynamics.....it does bother me that the dev has to lie about what the percentage of the total coin supply the premine really is.
I don't think the Dev lied per-se. I think it was just a miscalculation. If you feel uneasy about it, just don't mine. Simple as that.

So much for a good launch. If ocminer can't get it working, it's not worth sticking around for. I'm out of here.
Nope, I tried different things - none worked. It looks like the source was forked from a POS coin, but POS has been "somehow" disabled in the source.. But there a several places where POS is still active, so thats why the wallet itself is accepting its own blocks, but block signing is failing. (Stratum cannot work because Submitblock is not working) Well.. If you've rented some hash, try to have a look at my poolspage to compensate for the losses, there are still a few SHA coins out there which can be mined (personally i've pointed my rented hash at Grantcoin .. MAYBE it goes somewhere, sometime Maybe the Dev can fix the issue and we can relaunch here. Grantcoin is good, also Neoscoin and Mazacoin.

Well GL everyone but over 44k coins mined already right off the bat on a FAIR LAUNCH I'm not saying it was the Dev but I wish you all the best of luck with the coin and hopefully everyone makes some money Cheers Ya. I'm out too. Sorry.

Amazing!
21 people are mining this with a combined 6.9 Gh.
Why?
Why not?
|
|
|
i'll ask again...maybe someone can answer....the POS starts at block 2000...what is last POW block......and if they overlap...doesn't that serve to lower total coin supply....thereby making the premine more significant
Stated in OP.... - Last PoW block: 8640 6 Days PoW

I've been using my sha256 miners a lot lately. It is making a comeback, yes? Good to see. I'll throw some hash at this. Good luck.
|
|
|
So many new coins to mine. Haven't seen coins with a long PoW stage in a while. Now there's like 3 of them. What to do, what to do. I think I'll mine this one, looks good.

Yes. I keep retweeting all the tweets here & on Twitter that I see. If we blow up his Twitter, he's bound to add it.

Wow! That was quick. This Dev is no joke. Just received 25HXX for my tweet. That is cool. Thanks Dev!!

Do you love bittrex? Do you love HXX? Tweet about it and add link to your bitcointalk acc with Hxx-addr in signature or send me addr via PM. Rewards: Hero | 50HXX | Sr and Full | 40HXX | Member | 25HXX | Jr.Member | 5HXX |
Please don't post your address into thread it's prohibited by forum rules, only signature or PM. Don't forget this guys. Tweet and get your free HXX! I tweeted about it. Not sure I understand the contest, but I did send the Dev a PM with my Hxx address. Thanks for the heads up.

Just a quick observation, Dev. The output of the numbers in the wallet (i.e. Available, Stake, Pending, & Total), are a little hard to read due to it being so dark. Instead of them being black, maybe you could make them gray or red in the next wallet update. It's not that big of a deal, but just aesthetics. Others might not have problems reading them, and my eyes aren't the best in the world, as I'm getting old. Besides that, everything else is great. Thanks. agreed, red and black color make my eyes work extra hard yea I agree I have issues with seeing my balance Agreed. I guess white wouldn't be so bad, what do you all think? Some other color than black though. If you could implement that Dev it would be good. Thanks again.

What's average mining cost?
According to https://chainz.cryptoid.info/hxx average diff is about 200. It gives us 14Gh/s hashrate: Hashrate = diffculty * ( 2^256 / MaxTarget / TimePerBlock) = 200 * (2^*256 /((2^208)*65535) / 60) ~= 14.31 *10^9 If we assume average cost of mining as 0.35 BTC/(GH/s * Day) all network spend around 14.3167 * 0.35~=5BTC/day and produce 1440*50=72000 HXX. So average cost of one HXX= 5BTC/7200=6959 * 10^(-8) = 6959 sat. i don't think soo, it's too low... i think, atm mining cost around 8k to 9 k sat If coin continues to hold its value like this, I believe those numbers could be a little skewed. Depends on where you rent as well, I suppose.

I'm still holding, don't get me wrong. And everything "just works", so meh, we will see how it goes.

And the Dev started out so good. I just don't get it. Which, it is the week, maybe we will get an update this weekend.

Good starting price, I suppose.
