Hey guys,
I run 2 weeks old drivers and trex.
Will the resizable bar driver + newest Trex make my 3080 and 3090 faster?
nope

I hadn't seen it either. Well do you think there is a bug in the GPU-Z Software. ?? Do you think any Genius can make this GPU increase in MH/s and make it stable? Well. it is interesting. Mine is shown as samsung in gpu-z. Can you try HWinfo for example? As for increase of hashrate we need to overcome memory OC limit and need more timings mods (which are now locked )

Greetings, I have ASUS TUF Gaming Radeon RX 6800 OC (Micron Memory) graphics cards. And they do not exceed 64,240 MH/s
Never heard about Micron GDDR6 on Big Navi, only Samsung. Can you post proof?

Can anybody tell me which version of AMD Windows drivers are recommended for 6800? The info is so confusing about it.
Just use latest ones.

63.5 mh/s is rock solid with TRM 0.8.1 under Windows using max possible mem oc and fast timings preset in Radeon Settings. 97 watt by sensor now. I was able to achieve 89 watt by lowering soc voltage and gpu voltage further but it leads to sudden BSODs (( See my current stable config in detailed screenshot: (it is XFX merc 319 RX 6800)

Anyway, a 3070 laptop CANNOT be faster than a 3070 Desktop card. So stop boasting with lies, you're only making yourself a fool.
poor boy )) nvidiaInspector -lockVoltagePoint:0,650000 -setBaseClockOffset:0,0,-200 -setMemoryClockOffset:0,0,1675 all the trick )) I've got 1 rejected share BTW. Not bad for 8 days mining ))

yes, one card connected to monitor under Windows

|
|
so far so good T-Rex ok ))

What model is your laptop exact?
MSI GP66 10UG

0.62mhs per watt rtx3070 for laptop - new queen!
Really impressive, could you share the clock and power settings? I believed that the 3070s worked with a good efficiency around 62 / 63mhs. Do you have a special secret to reach 66 mhs? It is new samsung gddr6 ram, installed to this laptop, I think. Powertuning and memory OC performed with nvidia inspector. Resulting clocks, voltages and wattage you can see on gpu-z screen on the right I can even have lower wattage if I spin coolers to the max. But it will be very noisy.

Isn't it a world record in terms of efficiency among gpus? 0.62mhs per watt rtx3070 for laptop - new queen!

very good miner. rtx 3070 for laptop 66.5 mhs @ 108 watt. Fake it is my own screen shot. It is not fake

with proper cooling VII is very impressive
with proper tuning VII is VERY impressive. 88mh/s at 140 watt or 102mh/s at 220 watt (from the wall)

rtx 3060 will release next month at 279$ 6gb 192bit do you guys think will achieve 45mhs
or maybe hit 50mhs lol.... just hoping rtx3060 is best for price/performance and surely gamer will grab this
so a week after release there is a time for testing and buy some of them, before they sold out
If it will have samsung 16gbps memory it will be the strong eth card ))

|
|
3080s are greatly overpriced now for only 10gb memory and suffer the same eth inefficiency and mem overheat problems as 3090. So, I would recommend 3060ti or 3070 for better efficiency and better thermal solution. If you cannot find 3060 or 3070 - better go for 3090 - it will have more aftermarket sale value and better density.

3090’s is never good for mining or gaming . The msrp is way 2 high for hashing
For gaming that 10% performance is not worth the price difference with the 3080’s .
I think 3090 is better for mining in all aspects except price. But now, when 3080 availability is zero and prices are very high, 3090 is rather attractive even in price sense. Here we have 3090 for 2k$ and 3080 for ... 2k$

How do you get that Hashrate for Vega 64??? Could you give me the configurations?
I am running Phoenixminer, the best I can get is about 51,5. Everything above causes a lot of incorrect shares.
for Vega you should flash it to 56 bios to have tight timings. And use teamredminer

Best mining cards by absolute eth performance 1. RTX 3090 126 mhs easy with proper cooling 2. Radeon VII 116 mhs very difficult with alpha software, sophisticated tuning and liquid cooling 3. RTX 3080 105mhs easy with proper cooling Best mining cards according mhs/watt 1. RTX 3070 0.59 2. RTX 3060ti 0.58 3. RX 5700/RX 5600XT Best mining cards according mhs/$ 1. Vega 56 samsung 55mhs 2. Vega 64 samsung flashed to vega 56 mhs 3. other Vega 50-52 mhs
