We are the only ones here trying to fix problems at their own expense ($650 so far) and being online and working over it for almost 24/7. We know it's frustrating situation but you are not going to lose any building or claim, be patient please.

They didn't even contact us before closing it down, even though they were online and chatting with me on Skype. Our CPU usage went up to 50% only and memory usage fluctuating at 35% or so.
They just wanted us to upgrade to their best dedicated server worth $500, this is a good scam. Oh the also asked for damage fees and of course they mentioned there won't be any refund for the $200 spent for a server which we used for 30 minutes only.

However we got our server activated. Let us work on it and meantime we will change nameservers of the domain name, so you may be experiecing some possible connection problems.

Unfortunately it works sometimes only, I mean the user has to try withdrawing many times until it works.
Right now I'm using a try-catch method for displaying the withdrawal error cause your API isn't even throwing the exception.
Can you please help us to fix that terrible problem? I want the users to withdraw at first try. Maybe our function parameters are wrong?

DDoS is not a problem, we got 100Gbps mitigation and CSF firewall. The only problem here is the high traffic.

I would also like to notify you that AdSense finally approved us which is a great goal, so once our server gets back online our ad revenue will be higher than before.

We are working on the server issue - we will try to split the usage on separate servers: MySQL database on SSD server, scripts on dedicated server and callback in cloud server.
Site is up but very slow to load we know.
We are really sorry for the troubles but we couldn't expect such a high traffic with more than 10,000 users online at once. We will try our best to definitely fix this lag.

I can actually open the website in 5-10 sec max and we got thousand of user online.
