521  Bitcoin / Hardware / [ANN] Mount your Avalon ASIC Chips at reasonable rates! Avalon Clone/Klondike US on: June 13, 2013, 10:23:37 PM
Introducing NEO ASICs -

We are bitcoin enthusiasts who are highly motivated to push bitcoin to the next level and to make ASIC Mining easily available for a reasonable price for consumers like us. As I write this, we are ordering parts for Avalon Clone and Klondike boards to mount your chips on. We are located on the East Coast USA. Pictures will be coming when we have the parts arrive. Lead time is 1-2 weeks.

demo page:
http://neo-asics.com/ - Will be converting to a shop webpage soon.

This is a bring-your-own-chips project. We do not have chips to sell.

What we offer:

Hosting:
If you do not have enough chips for an Avalon Clone then we will mount your chips and give you a cut base on how many chips you have. Each Avalon Clone will house roughly 240 chips so your share will be based on how many chips you put in. The fee will be 2% of your profit + (expenses include but are not limited to, electricity, repairs, shipping, taxes etc.).

Avalon Clone aka NEO:
If you have enough chips for an avalon clone then we will mount them for you. You will be paying for the labor and parts required to mount your chips. We will offer 1-4 (possibly even up to 6) modules for an Avalon Clone.

NEO - Avalon ASIC Unit – Clone (YOU PROVIDE Avalon CHIPS)

From: $800
  • hashrate: from 22 Gh/s to 85 Gh/s speed guaranteed.
  • power consumption: ~ 180/360/540/720w @ 230V AC
  • contains a maximum of four hashing modules of 22 Gh/s+ each.
  • self contained unit with Ethernet and WiFi capabilities.
  • open sourced openWRT operating system with webGUI.
  • can be upgraded to generation2 modules once they will be available.
  • can be upgraded at a later stage with additional modules for up to 4 modules per unit.

Klondike Boards:
We will also provide mounting onto Klondike Boards if you do not have enough chips and do not wish to have hosting with us and want to have your own mining machine.

Projected K1 AKA TRINITY - price: ~$35
282-300 MH/s USB miner as shown below

Projected K16 AKA TANK price: ~$105
4.5 - 4.8 GH/s miner as shown below

Projected K64 AKA MORPHEUS price: ~$425

Thanks, good to see more of these offerings giving the man-on-the-street an opprtunity to play the ASIC lottery too.
Is this particular device we are investing in, part of the "Fortune 500" (order 1-500) and is it an indefinite offer?
cheers

Order number is 2xxx

526  Economy / Scam Accusations / [OPEN] Confirmed*PAID* USA NO VAT KnC Neptune#3 - .25 BTC = 17 Shares = ~60 Gh/s on: June 13, 2013, 06:38:10 PM
I just received the email from KNC that they will be selling KnC NEPTUNE.

PAYPAL ACCEPTED FOR FACEBOOK GROUP ONLY!

Let's do this! As you guys can see payouts went out a lot smoother yesterday now that everyone is confirmed. I haven't forgotten the last pay period for some of you so I will get that done today as well.

Payments / Shares are as followed:

Neptune with 1 Day Shipping (FIRST BATCH): $10200 (rounded up so we can get good numbers) or 12 BTC @ 1 BTC = $850 (rounded up from current $844 Coinbase price)

Gh/s per share:
Each machine is doing on average about 275Gh/s. In total they are all doing about: 1375Gh/s. So 1375Gh/s / 390 Shares = ~3.525 Gh/s PER Share which is higher than the expected from the day we ordered.

Current Market Values:

If you are interested in the next KnC Neptune now priced at $13200 shipped please use the following pricing:

1 BTC = $1050 (current est.)
1 Neptune = 857 Shares = ~3000 Gh/s = $13200 = 12.57 BTC @ 1 BTC = $1050
1 Share = ~3.525 Gh/s = $16 (Paypal / Cash for Current Group Members only)
.25 BTC = 17 Shares = 59.5 Gh/s

Please note that the listed prices are estimated at 1 BTC = $1000 (if BTC changes it will be adjusted accordingly in BTC, I will front some BTC to cover for the payment and charge you later to save time for ordering!). If BTC goes up you will be reimbursed.

Paypal accepted for current group members only!

If you are interested. These will sell out QUICK!

Please do the following after you have submitted your payment:
1. PM me the Txid and BTC Address for confirmation / record
2. Post the Txid and BTC Address in this thread for confirmation / record

Ahh!  Giant Pics!  Tiny screen!

Seriously though; all sample chips should be allocated based on percentage of the buy holding, right?  What about these other 22 chips?  No one weigh in?  To me it seems from the spreadsheet that you personally are entitled to .686 or so chips.

Just want to make sure everything is on the up and up.

Yes but you forget I have my own project and it is a lot of work doing this group buy as well. 8 so far and I will keep the rest for development.  I am only getting 1% (7.8BTC) for doing this group buy. If you guys don't think this is fair then please let me know.

ALSO!

The fee was pre-agreed upon, but I don't think any sample chips were allocated to you in the original thread.  With my small stake it's of little consequence to me, but I feel that that is indeed not what was bargained for.  If no one else cares, it's cool with me, but I think that should definitely be a community consensus, and not an assumption.

Yeah no one mentioned sample chips until recently, I'm with you on that, community consensus Smiley if I'm happy then everyone is happy.

Me happy = much faster shipping Cheesy

In the address field, can I just state "Stumptown Miners"? Most likely that's where my chips will go for assembly. Not sure whats the exact address, you might want to work that out with ryepdx, since I am sure other people are planning to do the same.

Btw, nice form, defensively simplifies the process.

Thanks.

sure that's fine.

It seems you're missing substrate. Smiley

For a holding tank I don't use substrate. Going bare bottom because if a fish has ich it will be much much harder to treat. It's more like a QT than anything,.

ALSO Guys

anyone figure out the import costs yet?

This is how it will be charged:

xxx chips / 10000 * import charge. If the import charge is less than $500 I will be able to pay for the chips myself and then when I ship them out you must send me equivalent in BTC before I can ship to you.

The guy that called me asked if the values for the chips were true (I think avalon listed it as $3) ... He said it was listed as IC... he asked what is IC? I said just computer chips, he said ahhhh intergrated circuits O.o

I said yes.

535  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Poll] How much would you pay for an Avalon Clone? on: June 07, 2013, 04:10:57 PM
I would pay up to $2000.00 USD as of today. Seeing that Metabank/Bitfury is selling their 120GH unit for $2160.00 USD for pre-order delivery estimated  in Sept/Oct.

With chips or naked? Also sources on pricing and dates?

I've been working with some people in my tri state CT area and we are working on an Avalon ASIC Clone at the moment. With the shipment of Avalon ASIC chips, I know a lot of people are looking to get their chips mounted and ready to mine. What do you guys think is a fair price for an Avalon Clone 1-4 Module Units.

We would like to all know... RagingAzn please follow up.
