That said, great news about recieving the machines, i'm glad this worked out, now i just want to make sure i get my share of those Ghashs BLAH! Does anyone know guy known ast13hydra? I paid for 64 avalon chips 5.184 BTC few months ago (7 june 2013). Till today I didnt get chips..
t13hydra is deceiving me with refund since 3 months, now he offer G# instead of BTC, his fingers are probabry broken, unable to press ENTER or he is simply not worthy of our trust.
For me, it is very easy to understand, if someone fail to deliver ordered goods, he should refund ASAP.
Would anyone explain me what is going on?

5,184 btc is more than 1000USD, so on monday I will take legal actions and push the case to local police.

I am trying to stay but my name does not appear on the spreadsheet. I'm refunding people who paid with PayPal as soon as I get my refund from Avalon Chips back. I have 38BTC invested in there... I swear I will never be using PayPal ever again. I got so many charge backs and reverse payment from this group. I have negative $4700 in balance and $7000 in PayPal Credit Card Bill. All due to reverse. And on top of that my account is limited / frozen. I can't refund people via PayPal with my other PayPal with $2000 in cash because it is also frozen. But rest assured I've already refunded almost 300BTC from this group buy and over 500+ BTC from my 2nd Avalon Chips GB. You will be refunded. Is there a specific reason i can't get a spot on the machines instead of a refund? Well since the funds is frozen I cannot use it. You also filed for a refund and didn't want to stick with the mining group. And now that people know that the miners are shipping they want back in. I don't think it's fair to those who stuck with me. However I will put you in the group anyway |

I messaged raginazn within the last week asking what's up with my refund. No response. I noticed that he had updated his google doc to say that I needed to send in my transaction ID's. I followed through and sent them via pm. No response for 2 days now. Let this be a warning for those of you who are planning on sticking around -- it's going to be bumpy.
Also, ragin, contact me, please. I'd like the two of us to get out of each others hair.

Keep in mind that although this isn't a "forced" refund but I need to refund all the BTC I received from KnC until it's all gone. It is not my BTC and I do not want it! So I will refund starting with the highest machine number downwards even though you didn't fill in a refund form. I will take care of the PayPal people first...
I bought 2 shares in Jupiter #1 so I assume I'm one of the ones with the "forced" refund. Would you be willing to offer me 2 shares in one of the Saturns for exactly the same amount of BTC as the refund? If so then once I've been refunded I'll send the BTC back. That way you will have fulfilled your refund obligation and I will still have 2 shares in the mining operation. >.< nice loop hole but I will have to think about it.
