It's just saying you are doing valid work on the pool. If you solo mined your own node you would only ever see a submission if your solution was greater than network difficulty. Ck's pool shows the submitted work as a feedback tool so you can see your miner doing something, so to speak.

I still remember when the A-team stunt show was part of Universal Studios...

Well the game keno is pronounce 'key-no' here in the USA, so when I see Kano my mind reads 'kay-no'. Great, now I've gotta retrain my mind!

I have dust from mining here going back almost 2 years, it's a little over 0.01btc at the moment. 18 months ago that was 'worthless', but today it's not. I sent Kano an email and got a timely response. As anyone who read the payout rules knows, or anyone who's gone through this thread history, dust payment have always been something "to do" and never a priority. I'm happy to see that the priority has made its way up the chain far enough that it will be addressed sooner than later, but no one is going to go broke over dust. It's really a non-issue if you actually mine, and eventually the dust will be reconciled and everyone will get theirs. I don't see what the hubbub is all about. But I do support people that think they should get the dust.
Absolutely, the dust belongs to those who mined it. It's just never been an issue when we were talking a few cents here and there. With BTC near $3000USD and climbing I'm sure we will see a solution in the near future.

I pulled all my coins into a core wallet. Despite there being "nothing to worry about" I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Looks like another solo block was solved this morning, new run new numbers!
I noticed, however, that the best ever shares seem to have reset at some point, was this a function of ck changing the solo pool stuff that required the gekkorun.de site to have to be updated?

Kano, could you please PM me your contact email address? I have an account issue I would like to email you about, it will come from the same address as my account registered on your site. Thank you.
Use the address that the pool emails you from. The last block I mined and had a reward from was block 423717 a long time ago, I don't think I've ever received an email from the pool. I searched my email to be sure and didn't see any, so I changed my password so that the pool would email me and the message states: "P.S. don't reply to this e-mail, no one will get the reply There is a contact e-mail address (that changes often) at https://www.kano.is/ or visit us on FreeNode IRC #kano.is" but I cannot locate an email address anywhere on the site. If you could direct me to its location there I will email you, thanks again. Use the address that the pool emails you from. (you get an email any time you change anything - e.g. when you setup your payout address) Emailed, thank you.

I'm currently mining solo.ckpool.org:3333 with user 14cC6urXAXLMNaeCpQY5B8TFsgu2GkXUPM @166GH/s / 1d But is it only waste of time if i can't confirm that i'm mining to my own address?
The argument could be made quite easily that it is a waste of time regardless mining at that hash rate. You can verify you are hashing at http://solo.ckpool.org/users/14cC6urXAXLMNaeCpQY5B8TFsgu2GkXUPM.

Bitmain is planning their own hardfork if bip148 goes into effect, so this could happen.
This is exactly why I recently pulled all my BTC out of China.

|

And please provide details about your affiliation with Bitmain, thank you.

Well done, andY! My stick is back in the fun run.
|
|
|
Thanks for your work, andY. Until we're back up and running my stick has been moved to a pool I mine for dust with, but I will bring it back to the fun run once the code is sorted out. My R1 is still here on the fun run.

Any word on a fix? The site only shows 8 miners and 5 of them are offline. With the value of BTC I'm thinking about pulling my stick out to earn dust on a pool, unless we can change this fun run club to the -ck share pool instead of solo.

Wow what is that, an old S5 that hit? Way cool.
|
|
|
I'm for the change, especially due to the low dust threshold almost all of us would receive payouts at some point.

Bitmain continues to try to hide it's control of the Bitcoin network. It's now blatantly running 4 pools (and who knows what other pools it controls)
Antpool 22% Bixin 8% BTC.com 6% BTCConnect 0.2%
Beware of this shady company ...
Bixin used to be HaoBTC, are you sure they are Bitmain?

Always nice to see a block fall, keep 'em coming.
