7121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So we can get paid BTC for searching on Bing? on: June 29, 2015, 08:46:45 PM
This is absolutely old treks was saw before in tango also now bing trying to do this as usual.. anyway that is useless when it comes with restriction and only with Bing because as a search engine bing is not much effective like google, so it will be only for US people and with low reputation search engine with force of use that, i think that tango card would not get popularity when it not comes with majority of market share holder. Someone told also this facilities only for US too so they trying to become forms ..

7122  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is mining dead ? on: June 29, 2015, 07:17:05 PM
Hi, when I got into bitcoins, people around me already told me mining is dead. BTC mining will not make you any money because the electricity fee used will be greater than the outcome. Is this true? And how can btc mining be easier again?
It is true. Your electricity cost and maintenance cost will actually give you negative profit. But if you have free or cheap electricity and if you can lower down your maintenance cost you might make profit but in small amounts.

It will even take time to ROI.

Better buy some low and try trading high for making profits. Or invest in alt coin which is much risker though.
7123  Economy / Gambling / Re: Good bitcoin casinos? on: June 29, 2015, 12:32:21 PM
Those are dice sites where you can only play dice games. Not  casinos where you can play blackjack, slots, roulette or poker.

For dicing you could try crypto-games.net where they accept alt coins and you can even invest to the house. They even have slots.

For casinos you could try Cloudbet.com and 777coin. You can try swcpoker.eu for poker.
7124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the best Investment Option for Bitcoins? on: June 29, 2015, 12:17:51 PM
How about make some site about bitcoin, such as faucet or maybe a gambling site Grin
it is not a bad idea.
but faucets rely on how many visits you can get every day, and the earning from owning a faucet is not that much good considering hosting and other costs.
creating a gambling website can make you more money only if it becomes popular which is not an easy task to achieve.
Well, creating signature campaign can fix the problem Grin
It indeed isn't an easy task to become on the most popular dice site.

Just creating a signature campaign won't even help you achieve this. Too many dice sites. Too many competition. Just head to the gambling section and check it for yourself. You will see lots of casino/dicing sites all offering almost the same thing.

If you manage to make something unique this might help you give a distinctive look amoung the crowd.

Im still under jr. members, please update the spreadsheet
The spreadsheet is updated. Click on the current tab. You will find it at the bottom left beside period 1.
7126  Economy / Economics / Re: A currency or investment? on: June 28, 2015, 08:40:57 PM
Like others said bitcoin right now is both a currency and a kind of investment. Prices of bitcoins aren't stable yet. It's volatile right now.

So this fluctuation sometimes helps people make profit. So some people consider this as an investment. Is also considered this as currency(more like an unconventional currency)  because people can buy stuffs with it.

7127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Satoshi Nakamoto be the CIA/NSA? on: June 28, 2015, 07:52:00 PM
Yeah, sure it could be CIA but isn't it more likely that someone figured out how to use their (NSAs) methods by backdooring bitcoin to potentially make a fortune?
7128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin was accepted everywhere would you use it? on: June 28, 2015, 05:39:15 PM
Prices arent stable right now. It's fluctuating a lot. So it wouldn't be a wise thing to convert all my fiat currency to Bitcoins.

But assuming that the price of bitcoins are very much stable with lesser fluctuation I would actually convert most of my money to Bitcoin.

If bitcoin was then accepted anywhere i would actually use it everywhere. From restaurants to smaller shops. Just take out my smart phone and *ka-ching*
7129  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: June 28, 2015, 05:24:39 PM
Instantaneous  transaction is one of the best feature of Bitcoins along with minimal transaction fee i.e very low transaction fee.

It is also decentralized. No possibility of getting hitby chargebacks is also one of the features I like about bitcoin.
7130  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: GET 2000 SATOSHI EVRY 5 MINUTS on: June 28, 2015, 02:00:10 PM
Too many ads and pop-ups will be kinda turn off for a faucet. Infact the first loading page had a huge pop up and redirection.

Remove pop up and you will get more users  Smiley

Getting this error btw "Could not open socket".

waiting you fix the problem, cant wait want earn bitcoin from your faucet 2000 satoshi every 5 minutes  Grin Grin

It's not a guaranteed 2k sat reward. 1%chance. But 400 sat per 5 mins isn't bad at all!
7131  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto-Games.net - DICE (0.8 House edge) & Slot | INVEST | up to 20.5k faucet on: June 28, 2015, 01:22:17 PM
I search dice site to invest in bankroll (and like more the multi coin dice site like cryptogames), but i have question to other investor. I see the bankroll and is very small, why? Why people don't invest ? because don't know the dev ?

Investment option was added just two weeks ago from now. Around ~4.7BTC already invested by users and they are gaining profits!

good policy . established an award for that goal . if we come to the objective changed the rules .

the next time you come to a certain number of levels that you do?

I agree with those who said that is a misleading advertising the 20,500 sat.

There was only one guy saying that it was a misleading title who probably doesn't know what "up to" means. If you manage to get to level 30 you will get a faucet of 20.5k sat for sure.
7132  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Do you have 1 bitcoin to invest if you were to make 10X more? on: June 28, 2015, 12:09:24 PM
I started this thread in the main Bitcoin Discussion board asking people how many bitcoins they could afford risking in an investment, and it turned out that most of them could afford very little or nothing.

Since this is the Marketplace board, I am curious to know if the regulars of this section would give a different answer.

Consider the following:

1) You face an opportunity to make 10 bitcoins in a month by investing only 1 bitcoin with no collateral.

2) Your first reaction is to think that this is a scam so you naturally become skeptical of it, thinking that you're gonna be ripped off.

3) To satisfy your curiosity you contact the announcer and you receive a full detailed transcription of how the investment will be done.

4) After carefully analyzing it you change your mind. Despite the high risk of losing everything, you believe that the announcer is serious, the investment is worthwhile, and you get all excited to participate.

In this case, how many of you have 1 bitcoin available to invest right now if you had to send it in the next 24 hours?

To answer this question please consider the fact that you do indeed want to participate.

All I want to know is how many of you would able to send 1 bitcoin in the next 24 hours instead of willing to participate but grieving for not being able to afford it.

Thanks.
Depends. If i had high amount of btc like 85+ i would give it a shot as it wouldn't hurt me financially much.

And if the investment opportunity was legit it was actually a worth taking the risk.
7133  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Cloud Services legit? on: June 28, 2015, 11:13:22 AM

Quote

Hah. You seriously tell me you did not know they were scam the moment you invested? Those fake photos and no proof of mining? Seriously?

Really sorry for your loss but I keep telling people to only invest into stuff they can fully control. Like stake coins for example.

Hm...i knew it, but first round got its roi. But the reinvest.... Embarrassed

Ok, for me online invested BTC is playmoney, I dont need it and it was not many furthermore.

But there were people investing 10 and more BTC.  Undecided

Yeah they do some payout for first few rounds. They are doing this few payouts just to gain your trust. When people will see they are paying more people starts to invest.

And again those who got paid will want to reinvest everything assuming they are legit. But in the long run they turn out to be a ponzi and scam peoples money.

Most of the cloud mining sites are either a scam or ponzie. There are few legit site but getting your ROI will take ages.
7134  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to get legit free btc? on: June 28, 2015, 10:08:30 AM
So Im obviously really new here. I`ll be editing my journey to btc, as I`m new to all this..

I saw and read a bunch of threads like this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1006151.0

only to find limited to some options, but cant do some cause im obviously new to join a campaign.

First thing is you should learn about the basics of bitcoin. Like how transactions work and how to keep your funds secure.

Next, you can try some faucets which give away some btcs(very low amount). Try collecting some and use them.

You can sell your skills in forum for some btcs too. If you are good at something, head to the service board and offer your skill for btc.

You can buy bitcoins from exchange too.
7135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many friends did you recommend bitcoin to? Did they accept it? on: June 28, 2015, 09:45:03 AM
Told some of my friends. Some of them were interested. Again most of them wern't interested in those stuffs.  They thought it was too techy.

Some of them just used bitcoins for gambling haha.
7136  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I got scammed 31.2k in BTC recently on: June 27, 2015, 08:27:02 PM
If this is true you shouldn't be spending any more of your time here. You are saying you have his information. Go file a report. Contact your previous dealer who suggested you to this guy. He might have more info about him. Gather as much as you can

The name and pictures you have might be fake.

and this

Give us tx ID or it didn't happen  Kiss This has gone too far.
At this point if 100% sure you are just trolling, but i fail to see why..
cheers
7137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: June 27, 2015, 06:44:21 PM
Being good at something random like dice is simply impossible.

Its possible, if you can cheat.

In live craps i guess its possible in theory, with dice control (lol)

Its always been amusing to me why Phil Ivey was/is so obsessed with craps, is he just a partial degenerate or there is something more to it, who knows.

Why only cheating?! Shocked

there is no skill involved in dice, just high or low. if we look back at the hufflepuff incident, i think everyone would agree cheating was the biggest factor in winning. There is no skill in dice, just stupid luck, and cheating of course.

How to cheat in online dice games?
Exploiting a bug or finding a  security loophole is the only way one could cheat in online casino and dice games.
No other possible ways other than knowing your next seeds/hash.

When I losing my life fall apart, but when I win, it is getting better
This getting better feel is what makes you addicted to gambling.
7138  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: June 27, 2015, 06:37:38 PM
go back to the time when no one knew about BTC mine mine them.

People that are saying to go back to time and mine are plain stupid. If they own most of the coin and end up selling, the market wouldn't be the same as it is now.

Moreover if he succeeds in building a time machine the government would buy it for more than billion dollars. He won't be needing to travell time and mine coins anymore.
7139  Economy / Economics / Re: Greek referendum on: June 27, 2015, 05:57:12 PM
Greece is going into bankruptcy. This referendum is not legal, and after the fact, window dressing.  The Eurozone will be stronger after Greece.

Now we can move on, there are big things to do to move the project forward. Eu is not standing still.

EU will be stronger after cutting away dead weight (Greece), but how will they get their money back and who will enforce the payback ?
As far as i can tell, people are about to go frenzy over there, and it wont end well.

cheers
A principle of most societies is that if you borrow money, then you must repay it to the lender. The Greeks reject this principle.

That is the crux of the problem.

To fix this problem, Berlin and Paris should expel Athens from the Euro zone. The member states of the European Union should also expel Greece from that club.

Can't get the money back but atleast after a few decades in the wilderness (in which the Greeks live lives worse than, say, Belorussians), the Greeks will mend their ways.
