The concrete evidence of the quote "Ignorance is a bliss." Isn't religious people tend to be more happy and joyful?

I think this sign's message is more of a jab against egotism.
243  Economy / Economics / Re: Looks like yet another charlatan on: June 24, 2016, 06:37:52 PM
a cheap charlatan, a con artist and a know-nothing clown Martin Armstrong does it again, again and again. With gold over 1350 he is still in denial and keeps advising his brainless clients to sell charging them hundreds of dollars for bs reports and disastrous recommendations. With the UK referendum, he has been babbling about rigged votes, fraud, etc, for weeks without any single evidence (as usual) to back up his empty claims. And eventually he yet again f** it all up big time predicting "bremain". Now watch how despite all that he is going to jump in and claim he was right and he predicted "brexit" with all his bs pi model. What a pathetic charlatan!

His model actually predicted Brexit. It seemed more like he didn't believe his own model.

Brexit is so reminiscent of the American Revolution

Happy to see the progress Smiley

Don't get me wrong, af_newbie. I am not trying to humiliate you in the least. I am trying to get you to wake up to the fact that God exists, before it is too late for you.

Cool

Humiliate me?  You are insane.   Anyway I really don't have patience to help you with your reading comprehension.  Try Scholastic books first.

Again, God is in your head and in your head only.  Trust me.  There is no evidence of him existing anywhere else.

Hmm.. There is no evidence consciousness is inside your head either. When there is a brain damage or a coma we are unconscious (aware of what's around us) When we sleep we are unconscious (aware of what's around us). But consciousness does not stop when we wake up.

Consciousness could be living outside our brain. See that's the problem when we want to use a tool to explain itself and why it exists without understanding the first thing about it.

If the parallel between an electronic circuit and the brain is the same, and if there is zero tissue damage we should be able to wake up the dead.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1NQKEFeFKsc
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-VEwcvJJeck

Are we sure the same consciousness comes back... or something else?

When you sleep your senses shutdown (your brain is ignoring the inputs), you are not aware of your surroundings.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consciousness

When you awake they come back online.  You are conscious.

The neural networks that process stimuli from your eyes, ears, your skin are ALWAYS in your brain.

End of story.

What can trigger your waking up? Sensory input.

Do you think this is real.. or this is the same as astral projection that people spirit can go out in his body and get back after  few minutes..
I just read some article about astral projection looks like the same as the patience life after death..

You and I... We're not so different after all...

Ban supporter of pedophile from America... Trump words: Epstein is a nice guy and he likes young women like me, terrific guy, orgy island will be Yuge, lots of clean (non hiv (it's the 90's)) pussies common fellow billionaires we are the one percent we can do what ever the fuck we want we bought the court and the judges.. Let's fuck America... 3rd world! Or round eyes barbarians.

Neither of the presidential candidates can afford to speak against Epstein. The Jewish lobby is quite powerful in the United States, especially in battleground states such as Florida and Pennsylvania. Opinion polls indicate that Hitlery is currently enjoying support from some 80% to 90% of the Jewish voters. Why would Trump further antagonize the Jews?

Is the Jewish lobby really beholden to Epstein though?

I would say btc botton was 588.88

No. It is still falling. The EU referendum in the UK is starting in a few hours and this downtrend may not be over especially if remain wins. The other question is will Monero rise in terms of Bitcoin?

Depends if the BTC people will exit into fiat or XMR. If the EU referendum has as much of an effect as you may be suggesting, then it seems that people will more likely exit into fiat.

For God's sake we're still not over with Trump and American election?

It's like "choose how you die: gunshot Trump or HIV Clinton" xD

Anyway, I'm really amazed by one thing: the energy Trumpers put in supporting him.

it's so easy Smiley I enjoy it

What does everything mean? The Hawaiian is interesting. Esperanto/Latin might be interesting.

The hawaiian is translated as: "Decentralized - Private - Electronic/Digital"

What does Lealana mean?

It amazes me that people are still viewing the price in terms of fiat.... Why would you dream about "cashing out" big time to go back to such a broken currency such as the USD and other fiat? This currency allows us to never have to deal with fiat again and can be ensured it is secure and private.

Thing is as long as your merchant around the corner does not accept you monero payment people will have to use Fiat. Any CC that achieves this will be truely mass adopted.

I would love to live without fiat currency, but how? e.g. I want to buy a house, how can I do that with XMR or bitcoin? I think maybe there are a few hundred properties worldwide I can pay for using bitcoins, but I don't know anyway to pay for a large purchase like a house in my town without using fiat. If someone knows a (private) way let me know, then I'll never think of fiat valuations ever again

It may be worth asking for private BTC brokerage in OTC gathering places for this sort of service. Granted, all this means is that an intermediary will in all likelihood use fiat instead of you, but you may be able to frame the proposition as a way for crypto entrants to get into crypto without slippage.

On the OP I wrote about the importance of our experiences and environment to our identity.

Epigenetics (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epigenetics) has stressed the importance of our actions (including alimentation) and environment (external stimulation, stress, etc) to activate or deactivate certain genes.

So, if our genes are determined on conception, the way they work will change according to our life.

There was this book I read a few years ago that explored the idea that the power of belief can be a factor in epigenetics.

What I say in public not what I recommend my traders Wink

EDIT: I was actually advising them to accumulate!
Quoted for proof of deception.
Quote my ass too Wink
You just admitted to deception. You lie to profit. Nothing you say on this forum from here on will hold any credibility.

He clearly says that:

"For those interested (and I have many people in my team that like XMR) I still cover this coin because TA is TA.
If I see an opportunity in XMR I will advise everyone to buy."

So it's not deception. It's omission. Which makes sense if you're offering a private service.
That would be deception by omission, also called passive deception.
Butthurt?

Trade better next time and don't buy the top! Wink

It's not about the money. This is concerning something money can't buy.

The deception isn't what bothers me (as it's to be expected), but rather, the braggadocio for it. Comes off as repugnant to me but to each their own.
259  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: June 15, 2016, 08:31:30 PM
'm a religion person
Sometimes I was amazed to Atheists
Usually religion people do good deeds to get heaven
If you need something in return to be able to do good, then thats so bad.

This actually goes deeper than that. Simply being aware that you're doing a "good deed" means you're getting some satisfaction in exchange for it even if you say you don't need anything in exchange. This is somewhat of a paradox but a true "good deed" cannot truly be a "good" deed, it can only be a natural and thoughtless/selfless act where the doer is completely unaware that he is doing something that others might label as "good".

Right. Even Solomon says, in Proverbs 25:27:
Quote
It is not good to eat too much honey, nor is it honorable to seek one’s own honor.

Cool

I like "when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing"

There was an older gentleman named John who I met at Tipitina's that described his idea of living with, "i just ask the Universe to everyday bless me with opportunities to help somebody."
