721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins ever come back again on: September 17, 2019, 11:48:21 PM
Maybe it will come back again. But not all altcoins will come back. To my mind, only the top 100 altcoins will return in 2020, and all the rest will die because it doesn't have any benefit.
722  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Successful bounty projects on: September 17, 2019, 11:39:22 PM
The following lists consist of successful or profitable bounties since Mid 2018 after bears strike the market till now and guess what? i missed out, the reason why i decide to do this is to give hunters the motivation that good projects are still around, they only comes in small pack, here we go
1. Vidy coin
2. MB8coin
3. Sessia
4. Harmony
5. Monarch token
6. Titan coin
7. Miracle tele for those who dumps straight up
8. Xcrypt

I know this is not the full list, you are welcome to add more, i did missed out without joining any of these bounties but i am motivated to keep on going and never stop because my time will come, onlu those who give up easily won't end up with a success story
Although there are many successful projects after finishing bounty. But until now I have not received anything from them. Delay distribution is the general condition of bounty. I have been waiting for over 4 months and still haven't received the token from bounty harmony
723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna phase out very soon? on: September 17, 2019, 11:32:45 PM
Until now, IEO has completely replaced ICO. I no longer see any ICO projects currently, Nobody cares about ICOs because they know it's a scam.
724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunting is past it's glory days on: September 03, 2019, 02:53:37 AM
My experience so far with bounty this year have been bad and it is not as profitable as it used to be. Mainly bounty hunters don't really get good projects that will pay and those that pay just pay a penny which is not worth the time and energy put into the work.
My question is, is it possible to still make a living from bounty or we should just move on from it?
For the life of me seem impossible to earn in bounty , now if bounty comes from only about 10-30$, I think it is better to make in another way , the bounty is only suitable for additional earnings.
Sure, you can't live if you doing and wait money from bounty. You may have to wait 7-10 months to receive a small amount, we need to have a main job outside and bounty is just like a part-time job
725  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No matter what i'm sticking with Altcoins on: September 03, 2019, 02:42:45 AM
Today, the volume of the price of bitcoin in the cryptocurrency market is 70%. And in the future, this figure will continue to grow. People depart from bounty programs is not due to the fact that altcoins have become unpopular but due to the fact that this tool has become inecient. It is useless to believe in something that will never come true. And every new month the situation in the altcoins market is getting worse.

we all understand that there is no permanent decrease of the situation. we will definitely see an improvement in the altcoin market, but so far we cannot understand the exact dates when this will happen
Altcoin is dying. The current market is very bad and it will not be like the previous years. The altcoins created 3-4 years ago are dying and if we hold it, the risk of loss is very high

732  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] Corsair AX1200 - $200 Shipped on: May 05, 2014, 11:58:23 PM
As title says - Have a Corsair AX1200 80+ Gold Rated PSU and looking for $200 shipped.

Gauging if there's any interest.  Will go through escrow of course if so.

I'm looking to downgrade to a smaller PSU as I don't have much use for it.  Don't exactly need 1200w to power a GTX 260.

I don't mine so the PSU has never been kept at full load for prolonged periods; it's pretty much been powering my computer at idle and gaming otherwise (ie. Dota).  It is currently in my computer (pulled it out to take pics before putting back in) so I know 100% that it works without issue.

Below is a picture of the box (has minor tears on the outer box and a bit bigger of a tear on the inner box from the previous owner who sold it to me, says he only used it for a couple weeks before selling it to me).

The PSU itself is in immaculate condition, has minor imperfections here and there but overall damage free as it has just been sitting in my computer since I've had it.  Just a bit of dust but I'll wipe it down and give it a blast of compressed air before packaging and shipping it out.

Cables are all here but Corsair customer service is really good about sending out more if needed (they overnighted me extras free of charge when I needed more for an HX620 which is now in my brother's system).

All the original stuff is still there:
-Velvet bag for the PSU itself
-Bag containing all the modular cables
-Foam
-Corsair sticker, zip ties, screws

I don't have a manual, not sure if it actually came with one or not.

735  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Troubles with coinbase on: February 12, 2013, 03:22:01 PM
I read somewhere someone had one transaction charged 3 times and got overdraft fees incurred because of it.

Once it was brought to Coinbase's attention they undid the 2 extra charges, reimbursed the user for the overdraft fees, and offered to send the person catfood (user said the extra charges caused him/her to be unable to purchase food for their cat).  Don't know if they actually took them up on it since they never left an update.

----

I also heard back from them overnight and they pushed the canceled transaction through and said that I should have no problem with my 2nd transaction being canceled so I assume they changed my risk profile on my account with them or something.
736  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Troubles with coinbase on: February 12, 2013, 05:22:23 AM
There's a group of people on Reddit who have had issues as well; myself included.

I made a purchase back towards the end of January for 10BTC, it went through fine and I received my BTC. (The price didn't fluctuate much at all so I got what I paid for after the 3-5 business day wait).

Fast forward to now, I made a purchase for 10 BTC on Wednesday then another 10 BTC on Thursday.

They were supposed to clear today and the other tomorrow (with ~$30 increase in BTC value over the weekend for each transaction).

Lo and behold, my first transaction was supposed to clear at 6PM and I get an e-mail at 5:51PM saying that their "algorithm" pegged me as a "high-risk" and they canceled my order and are going to refund my money back to my bank account in 3-5 days.

So not only did I wasted 3-5 days waiting for BTC I don't have in hand, but I'm also out $30 that I was pegged to make by locking in a price from 3-5 days ago and also do not have access to the money they pulled from my bank account for another 3-5 days... And I have a bad feeling they're gonna do the same thing with my 2nd transaction that's supposed to clear tomorrow as well.

Long story short, there's a handful of people who experienced the same thing and they all feel that Coinbase is doing that to negate losses they would have if they honored the prices that were locked in.  And some also believe that nothing would've been pegged as "high-risk" and canceled if the price of BTC had dropped from when they locked in their purchase.

I've e-mailed them to see if they could give a better explanation and what steps they're willing to take to make up for the $30 (x2) that I'm losing because of them as well as the lost time.
