21  Economy / Reputation / A call for Intellectual Romanticist attention on: October 24, 2018, 06:05:59 PM
Intellectual Romanticist asked me to create a signature for abe token back in August and said that they will pay me before Sept. 20.
Up until now I received no payment from them and he said that the dev have not yet sent him the funds to pay me with.
I understand thst as a bounty manager, there'll be cases where he will not have access to the campaigns fund but as a bounty manager, he also have to ensure that he pays the people he asks services from.

He then said that even if I made the deal with him, he don't have the money to pay me because it not his project so I can't accuse him of scamming.

Is this correct?
22  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where to exchange doge to btc on: October 24, 2018, 05:14:32 AM
What website can I exchange small amount of doge to btc, without ID verification

Thanks,

Afaik most exchanges does not require an ID unless you are transacting a huge amount of money. Other than that, you can check the list of exchanges here where youccan trade doge: https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/dogecoin/trading_exchanges

Binance is always my first choice but someone already beat me into suggesting it.
23  Economy / Services / Re: Can you design a cryptocurrency logo? on: October 24, 2018, 04:54:53 AM
Have you considered hosting a logo creation contest? You can get the best possible output from a lot of designers in here and this will give you a vast option to choose from.
An example of logo contest that recently ended in here is this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4732521.msg42757654#msg42757654

25  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with normal games on: October 23, 2018, 02:21:02 PM
This is more common nowadays now that there are pvp games available in smartphones. I've been part of groups that held competition to who will be the games winner. Not sure if this is considered gambling tho even if it involves money. It's actually nice to do it since it's more like a skill game than a probably fair game compared when you are gambling in casinos.

28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: avoid airdrop by using KYC by requesting the key to utc json file on: October 22, 2018, 05:06:43 PM
I have an experience that I have never forgotten until now because I once participated in the Airdrop program, which ended in a scam! from the start, I didn't expect that airdrop had to use KYC, but the kyc was different from the others, usually kyc uses an identity card or passport, this airdrop asks for the UTC json file and I don't suspect the airdrop. then at the end of the month I opened my eth wallet, finally I lost my eth and my wallet was hacked by an irresponsible party. do you have experience like me !!

This is nothing new and it's more common than you can imagine. As much as this kind of scamming attempt is stupid, I'm afraid that it still manage to catch some stupid people who does not even bother to read and inform theirselves about what information they are giving away.
Also, requiring KYC in airdrops? Don't even consider it. Unless you are aso an investor to that project. Most airdrops these days are only for gathering user informations. It's a huge risk in compare to the reward you are receiving. Think about it.

31  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Improvements in Bounty Campaigns on: October 22, 2018, 04:09:24 AM
The question is : What would you change or might add to make it more reliable or interesting?
Maybe we need some criteria to be a bounty manager, the copper membership or campaign run on their own will not be allowed to manage campaigns.
Copper membership does not make someone more reliable as a bounty manager. Most campaigns that don't have any reputable campaign manager is also not that popular. Participant look for an experienced bounty manager. One thing I can think of to make bounty campaigns better is to have them escrow the same amount of bounty they are offering in eth. In that way, even if the project turned out to be a scam, there's still some funds in escrow to pay the participants.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 7 Reasons why you don’t play blockchain games on: October 21, 2018, 11:22:30 AM
May be playing games is not so boring as bounty campaigns or trading, but I don't think that playing games you can earn a lot, can't you?

Most games I know that involves blockchain do not offer much reward compared to what faucets are offering so yes, you can't earn much..The problem with todays blockchain games is that it haven't catch up yet to what people play these days. If someone could make a good game then surely it will be a different story.

34  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Pitcheum "self-drop" very likely SCAM - possibly related to Sunx ICO on: October 18, 2018, 12:01:48 PM

Most likely you are a signature designer. So why you accept payment by token ? There are any guaranty that they will never scam ? A manager how give you gurranty that they will not scam and they legit. Is he a part of this ICO? Don't waste your time for worthless token. If you are signature designer than you should ask pay by btc or eth. Don't accept token as payment this kind of project. Especially for all ICO you should asked they pay by btc.

OP, sorry for going offtopic.

Hi! I am a signature designer and I do accept only btc and eth as payment but since newsilike has been a customer of mine for quite some time, I sometimes accept tokens as payment from him with a different rate. We had an agreement in that case.

I posted this here just to confirm and also to add information that Sumit Kumar might be lying. If that's the case, adding a negative feedback on his account might be necessarry.
35  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: N.Exchange confirmed lying, ICO might be a scam. Please tag on: October 18, 2018, 11:55:38 AM
Just to inform everyone that still thinks that n.exchange is a legitimate exchange. I've just got a confirmation that the team has been lying to me since June.
Their guy on telegram told me that the real reason they failed to pay me and the others that claimed that n.exchange owe them is because of this:

Why bother to make excuses in the first place? Why can't they just tell the truth (if this is really the truth)?

They've just deleted their Telegram group. Roll Eyes

37  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the problem with my account for bitcointalk. Org??? on: October 16, 2018, 09:30:08 AM
What went wrong with my account because I have been on a Jr member position and have opened my profile today when it has changed to a newbie, what's the problem???
This thread belongs to meta. There are similar threads like this in there as well.
You were demoted because theymos implemented a 1 merit requirement to rank up to jr. member. You can rank up again if you can get 1 merit.
Read nore about new merit and rank requirements here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.0
38  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Pitcheum "self-drop" very likely SCAM - possibly related to Sunx ICO on: October 16, 2018, 09:24:51 AM
Was this proven scam?
I came across this thread yesterday so I had to ask newsilike to oay me in eth instead for the signature he requested me to make and he claims that it isn't.

39  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is this not merit abuse really ? on: October 15, 2018, 11:44:45 AM
There's possibly more btc involved besides that 6000 satoshi or maybe the merit sender is just very fond of dice-bet. I've seen people who gives merit to people they like even when the post even deserve that much merit. He even wears the dice-bet signature. That's too much merit sent tho.
40  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you find Success in Gambling? on: October 14, 2018, 07:23:19 PM
I don't find any success in gambling, besides it brings us being addicted to gambling and probably all your assets are gone. But I believe that there some people who gambled that base on their luck, and they still believed that they can win in every gambling they do. Much better while it is earlier minimize your self of being active on gambling, I must prefer to go in trading that is a lower risk rather than gambling.

I just have to correct you and tell you that not everyone who ganbles ends up addicted ro it. Everything can be addicting when not taken in moderation and the same thing goes with gambking. You can't generalize that. If you are not so into gambking then why are you even here in the gambking section.  Cheesy
