Don't! Just don't. Like everyone here said, ICO rating websites are fraud. They get paid to advertise and rate an ICO even if it's completely shite. Even most popular ICO review site I know lists some icos which turned out to be a scam or a failed project which have no stable coin price.
If you want to invest your money, do your own research and read what the ICO is about, seek for their backgrounds. You can't just trust someone or something irl just because a stranger talks positively about it, can you?

Anyone in the forum is not prohibited to use multiple account or have an alt accounts. Tho it is frowned upon, it's not against the rules unless you use one of your accounts to break the forum rules, spam, or cheat any bounty campaigns here.

Anyway, the thing about alt accounts claiming that they used someone in their family or friends address is that this story is overused.
What that person is doing is against the law but I do not think that DT members can overlook an alt account just because they said that the accusation is a mistake.
There was a proof given and I know some DT members will most likely believe it unless you can provide another proof which is more than to that "family" story.

Having an alt account is not bad. Unless you use your accounts to cheats and break the rules.

The logo looked familiar with the logo of someone who I've dealt with before and I went to check and it have slight similarity to it but it isn't the same. Anyway, after that I went to reverse search the image and then I found the exact logo with a different color.

There isn't a right time or a wrong time to invest. The market is volatile and there is no way of knowing if the price will continue falling or change it's course the next day after you bought your coins. I used to do day trading before but I eventually quit. It's not my thing.
What I know is that you need to be careful of these signal groups. I know someone who claims that this signal group that he was a member of pulled a dump and he got caught in it. At first they gave out reliable signals and once they've gathered enough people to follow them, they sent a fake signal and the people lost their money. I'm not sure how true this is but what's harm in being cautious?
