The court will have numbers of judges who will adjudicate the case on the basis of information they provide and gathered by independent agency. It will be a good place where any one can file any case without going through a third party lawyer. We will be able to launch it by June 2017. We will formalised what ? Why ? When ? And How ? by a public Concensus. There are 24 judges have pledged their services to us.
Can they handle scam accusations as well? Scammers out there, be wary, be very very wary because the Bitcoin Public Court of Justice and coming and you will be dealt with by the full hands of the law. Who will enforce the verdict of this court?Are you also planning to built a law enforcing agency? It would be foolish to raise a parallel toothless court. Why would anyone be obliged to follow the ruling or verdict/order of this court? |

First of all there is no such option as dislike in FB. What @OP wants is 1 star on some fb page. There is option available for fb pages to collect review in form of ratings. @OP better edit your post for clarification. Secondly, sole purpose of @OP that I could understand is ruining the public image of someone's page. I don't recommend it as any nice activity. Well, since FB is social media, everything is legit!  Hi webtricks, Yes, true I would edit the post. What I exactly want is bad reviews and 1 star rating for a certain page, which I can prove is scamming people. I still do not want to mention the name of it, but they bought fake likes and they take peoples money making them invest in shady schemes, I think they deserve it and will pay for that. So anyone who can deliver good number of 1 star ratings on that page is welcome to share his rates. Thanks! If this page is scamming people and buying fake likes, it would be better to report page to facebook administration instead of spending money for bad reviews. The page is already reported to the facebook administration and still nothing from their side. Even if they start investigating the website it will take them ages while does people continue to steal from unsuspecting victims. I am aware of half a million already got from their clients, but god knows how much more they got. I feel the op lack certain basic things which investors usually look before investing.
1.No detailed roadmap is given in op.
2.Whitepaper link is missing (or did I miss it).
3.Ico period with bonus is also nowhere mentioned in op.
These may be, IMO,reasons for lukewarm response to this project.

First I do not consider PayPal a evil.It may have few cases of chargeback or other problems but considering the amount of transaction it handles they are negligible plus I never faced (by God grace) any problem with PayPal. Second as you also admitted, bitcoin also has 'irreversible' boon for scammers. Unfortunately I have been scammed with bitcoin but not PayPal. |

I've never had to wait this long. The transaction is less than BTC0.05.

It's frustrating these days to get transaction confirmations early enough so we have to make do with the current situation until maybe segwit is approved. I wonder what the situation would be like if bitcoin keep rising and increase in adoption. We may have to wait for days or even weeks for confirmation. Something need to be done here or we should move to other crypto? |

There is also some downside on advertising in social medias. Specially in twitter there are many accounts with fake followers which doesn't make any difference or doesn't have any importance. Rather than getting some investors social media campaigns prior to ICO is good for creating early buzz.  But we have a Twitter audit to find out if followers are real or fake. All successful ICOs have run social media campaigns and they all have benefited with them a lot. People usually prefer to invest in most talked about projects.Average small investors do not care to read whole whitepaper. All they gather info is from various sources and put their investment on that basis. Small investors also play important role in making any ICO a success. |
