2861  Economy / Speculation / Re: What you do if bitcoin reach 5000 $? on: May 09, 2016, 09:22:55 AM
I will sell all my btc (45 btc to 225000$) Grin
If will hold until it reaches $10,000 per btc.I will sell half of my coins at this rate and keep rest with me in some cold storage
2862  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is now a good time to buy and store Bitcoin? on: May 09, 2016, 09:17:14 AM
I'm looking forward to Bitcoin rise after the halving.
I'm planning to buy 4-5 BTC,is now a good time?
What do you all think?
Definitely you would make a wise decision if you buy coins now.Prices will go up as we near halving and What you may buy 4-5 coins now with may only buy you 2-3 coins later. You must buy now if you want to make good profit
2863  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much Bitcoin to be ready for the "halving" ? on: May 09, 2016, 08:17:41 AM
What's the amount that you think everyone should have before the halving block reward ? (amount that should make you make a good profit) Tongue  Tongue

Whatever suits your financial situation shall be the right amount.  Rationally, one also ought to hold a stack of Monero.

I'm not sure if you are just speaking or advertising the coin but I'm pretty convinced that Monero is not going anywhere , just like Ethereum. It's just pure manipulation (for what comes to the price) .

What would you suggest could be the right amount to hold that would produce a nice chunk of profit? Smiley
You should have as many as possible but atleast 1 whole bitcoin if you can't afford more.If price goes up as expected, you can make good profit even with one coin
2864  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: iPayYou Launches New Bitcoin Wallet, With Ability to Cancel Transactions on: May 07, 2016, 11:00:43 PM
I still don't quite understand how the cancellation of transaction works as the article didn't provide much information about it, or maybe my comprehension is just really that bad. I personally do think this may pose a threat to merchants when receiving bitcoins such like the chargeback feature in PayPal. Although I'm sure that those two are entirely different.
Merchants can wait till they get atleast one confirmation after which transaction can not be canceled. So it would provide safeguards to both sender and receiver.
2865  Economy / Speculation / Re: Real Satoshi and Bitcoin Price on: May 07, 2016, 10:49:50 PM
I wonder how would price of Bitcoin be affected if real Satoshi nakamoto comes out in public and prove beyond any doubt that he is real Satoshi.Would bitcoin price fall or would it rise very high?

i real satoshi comes out these days somehow, i think it won't affect the price that much but if satoshi decides to move the coins associated with him somehow then i would expect a fall. but i doubt if it can be that big like only $50-$70 fall no more because the market is so much bigger than before.
In my opinion if real Satoshi comes out, bitcoin prices will go up vert high.
I am sure he is not a fool to sell all his coins in one go and cause bitcoin prices fall considerably. He would definitely keep them holding
2866  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature campaigns and bitcoin price on: May 07, 2016, 10:44:13 PM
It all depends on what the campaign managers want to pay. Some campaigns continue paying the same rates for more than year while the price doubled during this period. Others changed their rates when the price rises. So there is no one role that all follow
No of course some will let it stay like this but I think if the price is gonna rise for sure to a higher amount they will and I also think its logical.
Most likely they will change the pay out rates soon or later.
This means we will have a hard time earning bitcoin because now with signature campaigns we can make 1 bitcoin in 3-4 months but if signature campaigns reduce their payment rates following increase in bitcoin price,we wont be able to add up upto 1 bitcoin. It means it is in our interest bitcoin price stays at current rate
2867  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Klieman was Satoshi - but now he is dead. on: May 06, 2016, 11:57:34 PM
That aussie was just trying to jump into his dead friend's shoes.  Nothing to see here - move along now.
Do you believe Satoshi never disclosed his identity to his close family members too? I dont think anyone with such a huge fortune has not make any arrangement to bequeath it to his heirs
2868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IF the NSA wanted to take control over Bitcoin, how would they do it? on: May 06, 2016, 04:18:06 PM
Some ideas on how it could work:

- Read through the connection data (phone, email etc) from key figures of the Bitcoin community to gain insider knowledge
- Infiltrate core development and replace Bitcoin key figures with NSA staff
- Discredit respected members of the community
- Kill people, if they don't corporate.

Are core devs discussing this possiblility of a large scale infiltration and how to avoid?
The question is why would they do it?the moment they took contol of bitcoin and destroy it decentralization we all will abandon it.Bitcoin will no longer be useful anymore

I was not saying "destroy" but "take control", which is significantly different.
But wouldn't their taking contol of bitcoin will actually akin to destroying the bitcoin?
So it is not different whether they contol it or destroy it
2869  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to End Government and Change the World on: May 06, 2016, 04:14:34 PM
yes, bitcoin will change the world and change all government regulation of the economy, and most likely bitcoin will stand or better than the banks even in terms of security
That is ridiculous.Bitcoin can not end governments. It can facilitate many financial transactions and solve other monetary problems but can uproot governments.
2870  Economy / Services / Re: Willing to pay someone that can generate actual sales on my site on: May 06, 2016, 04:11:16 PM
I understand that link to your service/shop is in your signature, Op? I checked your site in search engines and...  it is bad, your site is not showing in first 10 pages of Google search at all.
Which means - it has almost no traffic from it. Without traffic you can generate sales. I guess you need to start online marketing campaign on Facebook, twitter, Instagram - other social media and related forums first.

I agree. OP should start getting some traffic first because its better in the long run. There are a lot of people who offers traffic services here.
E shopping sites must earn some reputation first by doing some kind of advertising.I suggest you start a signature campaign here or run some ads on women related sites

2872  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Bitcoin not have been a better option for Zimbabwe? on: May 06, 2016, 04:04:18 PM
How can they have bitcoins when their foreign reserve is almost zero? They cant have lots of bitcoins even if they set up lots of mining farm. They need to buy bitcoin but without dollars, they cant even buy it
2873  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: May 06, 2016, 04:00:43 PM
Still this thread is full of hopes that bitcoin will replace banks. Please think first some possible consequences if ever the banking system will be gone and will just replaced by bitcoin. That is really a serious problem so let's just enjoy those two.
Thats what I also say.Bitcoin and traditional banking system can go hand in hand.We do not need one to disappear for other to grow or exist. It like comparing apples and oranges
2874  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Swiss Town Begins Accepting Bitcoin for Public Services on: May 05, 2016, 10:35:06 PM
I hope it spread like forest fire and soon entire Switzerland and then Europe followed by whole world start using bitcoin.
I am dying to see that happen
2875  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So, why do we need to use Bitcoin? on: May 05, 2016, 10:31:05 PM
So, why do we need to use Bitcoin???

Everyone has different reason for using bitcoin. If you dont want, simply dont use it.Bitcoin has many advantages over fiat and unless you actually use it,you can never know its importance
2876  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: May 05, 2016, 10:24:48 PM
It is still not late to buy because an explode in price of Bitcoin is reaching near. There is a permanent movement in market. It is matter of time to see a sudden uptrend and at least 50% profit is sure taking current price in consideration.

It is predicted that price will be double at the time of halving so if you want to double your coins then buy it now no matter what the price is.
If price doubles, how can it doubles our coins? if we buy 1 bitcoin, it will still remain 1 coin even if price doubles
2877  Economy / Services / Re: I WTB some social network services asap. FB page and Instagram services. on: May 05, 2016, 10:17:53 PM

I offer 1000 followers for 0.0111 BTC or $5 USD Paypal.
Not sure if i got it right buy I think OP wants to buy facebook and instagram pages and not followers
2878  Other / Meta / Re: Activity not rising on: May 05, 2016, 10:14:17 PM
I had made an indepth guide to activity interval timings, with a spreadsheet containing all activity interval dates till 2060.
Additionally, it explains how activity works.

Check it out here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=582736.0
This is really very helpful to understand activity. Thanks

2880  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: May 05, 2016, 09:22:56 PM
What do you think?
I think neither of them is Satoshi for onus to prove their claim that they are Satoshi is on them and none has proved it yet
