Everyone is bagholding this. Majority will try and cash out on the smallest pump so its going to be a while before this thing can take off....there will be way too much sell pressure. This has to be one of the biggest let down ICO's. Flopped out the gate HARD lol.

Revisited this thread exactly after one year and price is more than double today. The lowest Buy Rate(Rs.)+Fees on www.bitcoinrates.in is INR 51000+ (not considering the iGot scam), though on www.preev.com/btc/inr, it is INR 47000+. No asset would have given 100% returns in this market. BTC has given 100% returns in past 1 year. So how does the future look, will btc be able to survive above 700$ is the first question till next week? I hope it will.I predict price keep rising till first week of December |

If this consortium becomes successful surely it gets the attention of more common people because in those 42 small as well big companies have been taking part. It looks to be an milestone in the bitcoins growth in Japan, also this helps other countries to move forward with digitalization. This is very true.If I am not wrong this is the first time such a big consortium taking place somewhere and this happening in Japan is definitly going to make huge difference.I hope other Asian countries follow the suit |

Can ICNP be traded as well? It would seem to appear that ICNP later will have a high value that only those who had accounts on ICO are going to be part of it. "Fairness" is in the eyes of the beholder. The PERFORMANCE fund is a strategic fund, which means if it grows too big, the returns will suffer. Therefore to limit participation, the team decided to open it first to the ICO participants. This seemed fair to them, rather than choosing people arbitrarily. If there is still space, I am sure they'll open it up to others as well. Bitcoin can't be banned totally.
Why? Because it is legal. Many countries are using it and they also earn by investing to it.
If there is a chance to bitcoin to be banned, I think it is just for some country and not in worldwide.

First of all this statement is false. as many countries such as Thailand, Ecuador, and Russia declared Bitcoin as illegal, unregulated currency. Also other countries don't allow the buy and sell of Bitcoin in their country. Your bitcoin right now currently haw no laws for providing arrest or criminal liability but if something big arises from that expect to have a new law for it. IIRC Russia is actually warming up to the idea of Bitcoin and they don't think of it completely as some form of illegal foreign currency to be burned along with whatever else they don't like. Some of the government officials are speculated to have some Bitcoin holdings as well, as because of that they might all have a slight conflict of interest. Using bitcoin gives us freedom and how can the government would think about banning bitcoins when people are patronizing it, that is a complete violation of our human rights I guess as people created the government, it was our votes that put them there so they should respect the voice of majority, only corrupt government will ban bitcoin. You right event goverment can not stop the users of bitcoin to use it as a currency. So nothing happen if goverment banning bitcoin, it does not affect on bitcoin. Goverment can not rule bitcoin. Yes Government can not control bitcoin but it can create many hurdles if it ban bitcoin.all merchants have to stop accepting bitcoin if ban is imposed on bitcoin.You can not convert bitcoin to your local currency because you will be caught in that case |

I have seen Indonesian and Russian local forum and there is always one or more signature campaigns running exclusively for indonesian and Russian members,I wonder why we dont have any campaign here in India section exclusively for indians?

Yeah the dev has successfully copied zcash technology. Now what? I dont see any real world use case for komodo. Zcash price will slowly decline to peanuts and so will the price of kmd. No reward for investors.
I would be very careful investing in any zcash copycat. A lot of dev want to take advantage if this zcash hyoe. Dont lose money in the zcash hype.
