2642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: July 19, 2016, 10:30:44 AM
I know that some people might hate Bitcoin because of the fact that they missed the boat because the price is to high for them and they cannot afford it.
I can understand why they hate it because they wanted to make money.
This is no reason to hate something.I also missed the opportunity to buy Bitcoin at low price in its early years and I repent my decision but I dont hate bitcoin. On the contrary I love bitcoin
2643  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with your btc? on: July 18, 2016, 10:43:26 PM
Hello btc users! Just interested - how do you spend your BTC bitcoins?
Buy something, trading, maybe just collect and waiting for good price? Smiley
Since I dont have much coins and buying them is not possible for me at current price,I prefer to hold it for future.I keep investing a part of it in trading by selling when price goes up but immediately buy back when price falls below my sell price even if it means less profit.
2644  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 bitcoin = 200k dollars on: July 18, 2016, 08:39:30 PM
I know right  Smiley You never realized that before  Wink

There is one topic which pretends the price to be 1 million.
So not bad as we are in speculating debate, but maybe possible.
Generally it's impossible for now to think and we should focused to $400
We are now at plus $600.Almost double since this post. All I can say is nothing is impossible it may take some time but bitcoin can reach four figures anytime sooner in future
2645  Other / Off-topic / Re: Save you Bitcoin for your (grand) child / children? on: July 18, 2016, 01:06:57 PM
Bitcoin is a long term project. Therefore it makes sense to save small parts over a long horizon. Do you save Bitcoins for your (grand) child or children?

For those who do not have (grand) children (yet), would you save Bitcoin for them if you would have (grand) children?

You're way thinking into the future if you're saving up for your grand kids. Besides, your grandkids aren't your responsibility anymore by that time so it doesn't matter.

And your idea of a long term project is really long I suppose.
If you have more than 100 bitcoins, sell some and invest in some real world. You never know if bitcoin would survive till your grand children or if it does survive, what would it's value be.Your grand children will curse you for not cashing in on when bitcoin value is high.On the other hand if you only have 1 btc, save it for your grand children
2646  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Does it have a POSITIVE IMPACT on your life? on: July 18, 2016, 10:52:06 AM

2647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: July 17, 2016, 08:58:23 PM
People here have claimed that Bitcoin is in fact controlled and ruled by China, as mining is centralized by Chinese mining institutions.

Do you think that China is controlling/ruling bitcoin yes or no?
I dont agree that just because some region or country has majority of mining power they can rule or control the bitcoin.Bitcoin is controlled by its user. The region or country that has majority of users and holders of bitcoin will be the one controlling the Bitcoin. If people start dumping their coins and migrate to other cryptocurruncy, what will miners do?It is like a democracy where the ultimate power rest with people no matter who is at the helm of affairs

2650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin would currently be the worlds 5th most expensive stock on: July 17, 2016, 11:19:29 AM
According to https://financesonline.com/top-10-most-expensive-stocks-in-the-world-from-chipotle-to-berkshire-hathaway/ and many others if bitcoin was a stock it would come under the 5th most expensive at current prices.

Surely its just a matter of time before investors see the potential in bitcoin and we could end up at no1 on that list. What are your thoughts, and could bitcopin ever be shared on the stock exchange to compete with these top trading stocks?
This is exciting news for bitcoin.Bitcoin has a huge potential and unlike other stocks, you dont nedd to be market expert to invest in bitcoin
2651  Other / Meta / Re: How is this not spamming ? on: July 17, 2016, 10:24:26 AM
Having multiple accounts is allowed in the forums.
But joining giveaways or signature campaigns with multiple accounts is its provider's responsibility.

Anyways, you may report it to the admin if you have proof.
If it is allowed, what should he report about to admin?
As long as someone is posting thread related posts,we can not term it as spam even if the user has lots of alt.Posting same thing with all accounts is wrong but different things from different accounts is okay
2652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is stealing Bitcoin illegal? on: July 17, 2016, 10:11:17 AM
Let's say I generate a new address and by some miracle it has Bitcoin already in it belonging to somebody else. Is it legal to just take it? I understand those odds are very low, no need to lecture me, I'm just interested.
First off it is not stealing because you didn't steal them but you found them by chance. So it is not illegal but it is ethically Wrong and if you are religious it amounts to sin to use someone else's coins. If such rare thing happens,You should delete the address because finding thd real owner is almost impossible
2653  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will there ever be another bubble in Bitcoin? on: July 17, 2016, 09:19:50 AM
What do you guys think? Moon or doom.
I would prefer a little fall in price so that I can buy more bitcoin.Once I am done,I want its prices to touch mars Wink.I think bitcoin price will now go further up
2654  Other / Off-topic / Re: How would you guys react if you guys lost 10, 000 bitcoin? on: July 17, 2016, 09:15:45 AM
Blue_Tiger73 posted as to what you would do if you gained 1,000,000 bitcoin ( Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy ). Now i am asking you guys. How would you guys react if you guys lost 10, 000, bitcoin through any reason (  Angry Angry Angry )? And how would you maximise the chances of this never happening?

DOGE12321
Well if I lost such a big amount of bitcoin, i would die of shock.I would prefer not having them than losing. If I had 10,000 btc I would keep them in some offline wallet with 2-3 proper back ups.I would also keep selling some coins at regular intervals to keep myself from any lose in case bitcoin become obsolete
2655  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who really uses bitcoin? on: July 16, 2016, 08:53:00 PM

2658  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still have time to reach the 21 BTC goal? on: July 15, 2016, 11:25:14 AM
21 BTC is huge amount for me even i could buy new cars with 21 BTC and i think i'm not a part to holding those amount
because i had never could to reach 12 BTC for my personal achievement
I think it is not such a difficult job. 21 bitcoin is not to reach to 21 bitcoin. I think if you work hard and struggle continuously you can surely gain 21 bitcoin. very soon. just need your commitment and struggle.
Besides commitment and hard work, one must also have resources. You can either be miner or millionaire to own 21 bitcoin now
2659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: July 15, 2016, 11:16:08 AM
Do you think that in this year halving is a profitable???

Halving has no effect over btc price.

Maybe it`s profitable for people who are mining bitcoins.I don`t know.

Perhaps, one month after the halving, the price will start to increase.

We need to have patience as the effect of halving will be felt after few months, so if you are looking for higher profits then you need to hold your coins for a while.

Halving has already had its effect on the BTC price and, yes, it will have even more effect in the future. Selling your BTC now is not a smart move IMO, it's better to hold them and buy them if you can.
Yes that right. One must hold till next two months if one wants to cash in on benefits of halving. However these are all speculations and if you are the one who has bought btc at $500 rate, should sell to prevent any possible loss in an unlikely event of price fall
2660  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: July 15, 2016, 11:02:50 AM
Do you use bitcoin as currency? Or you use bitcoin as investment? Or both?
I use bitcoin as currency and i never sell my bitcoin, but i prefer to use bitcoin when price is rising Grin

So, how about you?
I use them for both purposes.Last month I bought two domains with bitcoin. The seller was insisting on paying with PayPal but I somehow convinced him to accept bitcoin.
I also am a small time investor
