My impression is, that the numbers of threads about hacked accounts are going down, since the new security feature has been implemented. There are nearly only threads from buyers/hackers, who changed emails and got "their" new accounts blocked by owners.

You could sell your Bitcoin at Bitpanda.com. There you can choose between several payout options like gift cards from amazon. You get the codes via email and can buy a used phone on marketplace.

Was it hacked or was it bought?
I'm willing to say both, and that you were not the original owner of the account. You don't even deserve the account, then. If the trust feedback on the account is legitimate then you are literally purchasing an account within a week after it was stolen.
[edit] Or... you're lying because you have something against the new rausvi account accusing you of being a scammer. 100% scammer Do not get stuck in his trap. he just want to get your Password and hack you account Beware of this SCAMMER .
Your account is spam .I am going to report on you. No, we should figure out. As I understand, he baught an account yesterday/a few days ago and thinks, "his" new account got hacked today. But he baught for sure a hacked account or hacked it. As he changed email account, real owner got an email (because of new security feature) and blocked his account. The guy, who wanted to report the account is probably really a scanmer, but that is another story. The best way could be to report the seller/hacker.Maybe there is a chance, that he gets banned with all his alts on same IP.

Thank you for the replies.
Ethereum seems to be plagued by ponzi schemes, ripoffs, hacks, phishing, etc. Anything I do with ETH will be very low-cost, no more than small fractions of 1 ETH.
I really, truly do not think I clicked a phishing URL. I have been in the practice of typing in URL's directly, and more recently, doing cut and paste. I do the right-click for cut and paste, and make sure that the URL is correct when the site it joined. I am going through my links and making
Yes, Slack is a joke, in my opinion. Absolutely riddled with scams. Plus, the fact that they openly display their scam URL's, in bold type, no less, is quite interesting. If I had clicked on one of those, my sanity needs to be checked.
The positives to take away are that: 1.) I will avoid ETH as much as possible. And, 2.) I will do a hardware wallet for cold storage of any crypto.
And, I still think that using a Private Key for log in is strange, at the very least. I would still say it is dangerous.
Many pishing sites, especially myetherwallet are built up on spelling mistakes (f.e. missing letters). Saw one, that I need to read three times, before I recognized the mistake.

Isn't that already a proof to send from different accounts to same Bittrex Wallet?

Who cheats, must live with the consequences. Clear thing, there is no other possible interpretation. When one follows the reference link, he sees, that Lauda has acted perfectly. Guess, who the reall idiot is, to risk reputation of an account for a few bugs.

Anyone thinks bitcoin gold will be worth something? I'm doubting ...
Anyway, you will get them for free, so worth of Bitcoin Gold will have no relevance, except you are selling altcoins therefore.

But can you teach me your methods of looking for farmed accounts? They are starting to invade the signature campaigns and there might be some managers that are tricked in accepting them.
No sig manager is tricked. They are all theymos controlled, all playing their role, all lining their pockets above real bitcoiners, all cashing in on your misery. My method was simple and foolproof, but if you cannot see it, you probably cannot be taught. Funny, no one else seemed to see it either. Bit like looking up to the sky. No one else (i should say not many) see's the problems coming our way. Have you looked up lately? Have you seen the sun? Really? I should not be here, but it is nice to see a few old faithful members. Twitchy - full respect to you - an honest and dedicated member. Loyce v - respect to you sir, the pharmasist, actmyname still banging heads on brick walls - respect for that. bbc.reporter you unwittingly led my research here. theymos will pay for his crimes. But look up guys, look at what is important right now. When I see, that so far honorable members suddenly start with conspiracy theories about theymos, then I wonder seriously whether they are still themselves.

I sent a PM, waiting for the approval or disapproval of the campaign manager.
Send me a pm for test if you want. Then we will see, if it although works.

Thanks for the answers, so far. But how on earth can it be that these Exchanges end up with almost exact the same prices for coins, where there is nothing implemented (like interfaces) to automatically sync these prices?? How can that be?
The difference is mostly caused on trading volumen at exchangers. Big exchangers like for exampke Poloniex, Bittrex and Bitfinex have on well known cryptocurrencies large trade volumen. If you choose exchangers with low trades or exotic ctyptos the price often changes with one buy/sell order and prices are unstable. But only experienced traders may take profit from arbitrage.

First of all look into your email account. Maybe the new security feature is already working. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2282758.0If so, then you can block your account. As experienced campaign manager you have surely a staked bitcoin address, from which you can send signed message and that is older than the new one, that is staked.

Password reset is shown for 30 days at trust page. Password change only three days. But I don't understand that. Shouldn't it be opposite or at least same time shown? When an account is hacked, then mostly when password is too weak, used also in other sites or account data are leaked. So in my opinion, for the case, that account is hacked, the probability is higher, that a password will be changed than being reset. Password reset requires, that the hacker also has access to the email. But mostly, I think, password reset is done, when one forgot password, like me actually. So I would suggest to show password change 30 days and reset three days or both thirty days or both three days.

Bitwala überweist auf das Bankkonto. Ich verwechsle immer die beiden Namen. Auf jeden Fall habe ich gute Erfahrungen mit Bitpanda gemacht.
