Surpbitcoin , you have a problem. you have a 1 month old account and so NOONE will trust you with ~$5000

my solution, sell to someone with reputation and take the risk by going first or ship the avalon to the escrow so he can "reship" it to the buyer after checking it.
I already suggested that. I said to reship to BCB since he lives about an hour awayfrom me.
EDIT if bcb isnt good enough tho im fine with shipping to to john K, not sure where he lives but i would want overnight delivery from him to me.

you said you would release 25% no matter what. if you put it in escrow and release 100% upon me gibing the tracking number to john then we can make it work. 100 BTC and release of funds based on the box showing its been delivered.

Surp

Well if your willing to wait until its delivered, why not just let me open the box? I will make sure I am home all day tommarow. so the delay between me opening it and it being marked as delivered will be 5mins max delay. Ill even record the fedex guy walking to my house and ill film it then me placing the box down and opening it.
Exactly what i said.

To which you said
Sorry bud, ima sell to someone else whos more on my wave length

1207  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: (WTS) AVALON batch 2 In hand STARTING AT 91 BTC *** FREE SHIPPING*** on: June 18, 2013, 08:23:24 PM
I have a PM from you saying you are willing to do escrow 100% if I release escrow when the status of the box is delivered. Are you saying you never said this?

I did call you a scammer, i wont lie. When you said the above i think most people would call you a scammer
1208  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: (WTS) AVALON batch 2 In hand STARTING AT 91 BTC *** FREE SHIPPING*** on: June 18, 2013, 08:19:20 PM
I didnt change any terms.  I simply gave my view on you and what you said to me. Did i lie about one thing said?

Yes i do agree you can sell it on w.e. terms you want, I am just warning others of your insane terms
1209  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: (WTS) AVALON batch 2 In hand STARTING AT 91 BTC *** FREE SHIPPING*** on: June 18, 2013, 08:15:51 PM
I withdraw my bid, and recommend anyone who is looking to bid on this a very high warning as this is most likely a scam. Talk to the buyer for almost an hour and refused to do 100 escrow, but agreed to do 100% escrow if it would be released when status says box is delivered. The only logical reason I have for this is that the box is empty. I also agreed that I would film the Fedex man walking and me getting the box placing it down and opening it. He said I would simply send myself a brick and record that.

EDIT: I can provide logs for those who want

1212  Economy / Auctions / Re: CoinGator Complete BTC to PayPal Business | Includes Everthing! on: June 18, 2013, 04:47:06 PM

Here's what you get:

- the domain COINGATOR.COM
- all HTML and Code
- FTP and MYSQL access to site and code
- paid access to original developer

We had tremendous success operating CoinGator for the limited time it is was in operation. Sales were growing daily and the feedback was excellent. See this feedback thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=212375.0

However we determined that the cost to operate legally in the US was going to (at minimum) $250K in regulatory/licensing costs. This made continuing operations cost prohibitive. As you can see from my signature I have moved on to other projects. In the coming hours I will be updating this post with screenshots from the website. So please stay tuned for the updates.

Auction Rules:

1. Auction will run until I think the highest bid is a fair price.
2. Escrow is fine however I request we use John K.
3. Payment/bids must be made in BTC.
4. Minimum bid is 1 BTC.

Please don't anyone derail the thread and let's have a nice fun auction.

Bidding starts....now!

when does the auction end?

1214  Economy / Auctions / Re: 24 hour auction for 85/Ghs Avalon (4 module+PSU) on: June 18, 2013, 11:13:40 AM
Yeah why use escrow on an 85BTC deal with a trustworthy member such as Matt here.
Yep. I've never scammed anyone in the 2 years I've handled tens of thousands of bitcoins for others, always paid back every loan, and even bought back shares in failed endeavors at the original price. Despite enjoying myself far too much, I'm one of the most honest people in bitcoin. Thanks for recognizing that. It gets forgetten now and again in the misguided sockpuppet spam from the select few on this forum who don't like me.

No offense matt but I belive qukkM was being sarcastic. I could be wrong but atleast when I read it thats what I thought he was saying.

Anyways, I will bid 2btc since im assuming that 85btc bid will probably be withdrawn without escrow.

1218  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Suspected ASICS scammer on: June 16, 2013, 02:52:44 PM
Gonna have to agree this is for sure a scam. I talked with them and they kept telling me photos would be up in a week. i told them id wait to buy then. After waiting they finnaly put up a picture of a case and 2 cmd pictures. The first picture came directly from another site which they said. So there is a picture of the case not the unit. Then the 2 cmd have the username whited out so i cant check if its real or not.

I have requested from them multiple times to see a real picture.I also requested just the username of the mining account to verify and have even requested simply a picture of the older miner or new miner next to the cmd. All of these requests are quickly ignored by him either not responding or by trying to avoid them. Lately he seems to have given up hope of ever selling 1 unit and just outright tells me that im never happy and that he tried
1219  Economy / Digital goods / [WTS] Coinroll.it BOT on: June 16, 2013, 01:48:18 AM
right now I have it so it simply bets for me on the 50/50 game. You simply set the amount of times to bet and it will just keep betting. It also has a checkbox that allows you to enable or disable doubling. so for example you loose 1 then it bets 2. if you win it goes back down to 1 and then continues like that. Also there is a simple listbox so you can view the latest bets and see how it worked out and such.

If you want full source and ownership we can talk about it and we can also just talk about you getting the exe.

Also with the bot I made total I made 5btc. I did eventually loose those 5btc but that was due to me messing with the bot while it wasnt really done
1220  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] BFL FPGA with 1300 Mhash/s on: June 15, 2013, 07:11:43 PM
yea most things are selling from 2-4/5 btc per ghash. so right now its basically 8btc per ghash
